A maximum of one hundred (100) points may be assigned to each entry by the panel of judges.

Sponsors reserve the right to select fewer Prize Winners if, in Sponsors’ sole discretion, Sponsors do not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified submissions. LIMIT: one (1) winning entry per user. A total of five (5) Prize Winners will be selected in the Contest.

If (i) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (ii) a potential Winner declines his or her prize, or (iii) a potential Winner fails to comply with any of the Official Rules as outlined herein, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected by the panel of judges, at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the submission process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of prize set forth in these Official Rules, the winning entries, or remaining winning entries, as the case may be, associated with the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question may be re-judged from among all submissions with purportedly valid claims for such prize(s).
