Gu Baisheng raised her hand and pointed to the left, "That way."

Mo Shaoyan turned around the car to drive to Qu Xiaobo's home, "Does Miss Qu...?"

"She doesn't know about it. Please don't tell her." Gu Baisheng was nervous, so she interrupted before Mo Shaoyan finished his sentence.

Mo Shaoyan nodded, "I know. Relax. I won't tell her."

If Qu Xiaobo knew about Zhang Kai's death, she would pass out on the spot.

"You'll fly to Gui Town, won't you? So, I just come and have a look."

Gu Baisheng followed Qu Xiaobo in.

The living room was a mess.

Gu Baisheng looked at the piles on the floor and asked her, "What are you looking for?"

"Zhang Kai's phone charger doesn't function well. I think his phone runs out of battery, so he couldn't answer my phone. I remember I have the same type of charger, but I can't find it now."

"Have you found it?"

"No." Qu Xiaobo took out a dusty paper box under her sofa while speaking.

But when Qu Xiaobo opened the box and took things out on the blanket one by one, Gu Baisheng realized that they were all important things to Qu Xiaobo.

They were paper cranes, a love letter, a rabbit toy, and a dim gold bell.

There was also an old ring.

"Do you keep all these?"

Gu Baisheng reached out to take the paper cranes.

Qu Xiaobo smiled shyly, "They're all love tokens gifted by Zhang Kai."

"Why do you keep them inside this box under the sofa? It's so hard to find."

Qu Xiaobo smiled and answered the question cunningly, "Zhang Kai can't see them! If he ever sees them, he'll know that I love him so much that I can never leave him."

"Why did you break up with him before?"

Qu Xiaobo reached out to take out a phone box.

She shouted happily after opening up the box, "I found it!"

Gu Baisheng got into the car at the same time.
