Everyone seemed very happy except Lin Wan who sat in a corner silently with a depressing look.

“Lin Wan, are you okay?” Mrs. Hong asked concernedly.

Lin Wan cried and said, “He even thought of changing his bones. It’s going to be very painful!”

Third Uncle and the rest got up and left after seeing that Mrs. Hong hugged Lin Wan and comforted her gently, “We shouldn’t underestimate Li Mu. He’s a strong-willed man and can shoulder the family burden. Your judgment is good. And indeed Li Mu deserved to have you as his partner.”

After assuring her, finally, Lin Wan stopped crying. Then, she started scolding the Shen Family for being shameless and that Shen Xingyue was not a good woman.

However, she should have understood that he had nothing to do with her after she divorced him. No matter how shameless Shen Xingyue could be, she had no right to be angry with her as long as Li Mu was okay with it.

After she calmed herself down, Mrs. Hong suggested. “Lin Wan, I’m thinking of going ahead of them and leaving secretly to find out where Li Mu is. Besides, I want to destroy all the evidence that they have left to prevent the Cheng Family from investigating their identities.”

After Mrs. Hong had told Third Uncle and the rest about their plan, she summoned He Xiaoyu and Lin Kun. Then, they left hastily with four of them in a car.

As expected by Lin Wan, her guess was correct. After that discussion, Cheng Feng came to look for Lin Wan almost every day. Third Uncle used all sorts of excuses to reject him from coming in. He would always tell him two words, no way!

He Xiaoyu could not fully understand the whole situation so she asked Lin Wan softly, “Was this done by Li Mu?”

“Who else?” Lin Wan answered unhappily.

“Why did he steal the shoulder bone and leg bone?” He Xiaoyu asked perplexedly.

Lin Wan glanced at her and hesitated whether to tell her the truth. However, Lin Kun interrupted and answered, “He is planning to change his bones by replacing with the Bone of Death to acquire its power and speed.”

Slap! Mrs. Hong gave a harsh slap on Lin Kun’s head and scolded fiercely, “How dare you interrupt Miss Lin!”

He Xiaoyu opened her mouth widely and stared at Lin Wan. She sighed and nodded. “Yeah, it’s a South Seas black magic. After changing his bone, my husband is not an ordinary man anymore. Most probably, I won’t be able to fight against him after that.”

“Ha-ha. That will be great!” He Xiaoyu was overjoyed and could not help but shout it aloud.

“Miss He, you don’t have to show us how happy you are concerning this tragedy. We’ve been very nice to you recently. Is that how you repay us?” Mrs. Hong said unhappily.

He Xiaoyu blushed and waved her hands repeatedly. “No. That’s not what I meant. What I wanted to say is that I’m so happy for him because he’s going to be someone powerful!”

“Yes, indeed. He’s going to be very powerful!” Mrs. Hong gave a wry smile. “I didn’t expect him to have such determination to do it too. He had impressed me!”

“Is it going to be torturing?” He Xiaoyu asked worriedly.

“Yeah, it’s going to be very painful. One has to remain conscious while doing it. Though black magic can help lessen the pain, it was not something that ordinary people could endure. Li Mu is such an incredible man!”

He Xiaoyu stared at the bones and fell into contemplation. Meanwhile, Lin Wan gave an order by her side, “Lin Kun, cover the coffin and remove all the evidence they left so that the Cheng Family can’t find any of them later.”

“Okay!” Lin Kun rolled up his sleeves and started working on it.

“Wait!” He Xiaoyu stopped him suddenly.

Lin Wan and the rest looked at her puzzledly. Then, He Xiaoyu asked nervously, “Lin Wan, can you help me perform bone replacement?”

“You want to change your bone?” Lin Wan asked in shock. “Have you gone mad? It’s a very torturing process. Do you really want to go through that torture?”

“I’m not afraid of it. Is there any other bone that I can change except shoulder bones and leg bones?” He Xiaoyu asked softly.

“Stop dreaming!” Mrs. Hong said unhappily. “Why do we need to help you do it? Don’t ever think about it and give up on this thought.”

He Xiaoyu knew that her request was too much. Subsequently, she sighed and did not say a thing anymore.

Lin Wan kept rolling her eyes. And suddenly she felt that it could be a good idea to help her in changing her bones. She had had an experience with the Shen Family’s threat, Shen Xingyue and the two young girls. That was one against three. She was not in a favorable position at all.

If He Xiaoyu joined her camp, it would be a mother of his kid and his junior. Li Mu would know who to go to as he was not a fool after all.

She would find ways to chase away He Xiaoyu after she had gotten hold of him. What a good plan!
