The two families were walking in a hurry on the mountain path downwards. As soon as they reached the foot of the mountain, some warriors hurried over from far. The warriors were from Lin Family and Shen Family.

The Lin warriors found Third Uncle and whispered, "Lady Wan and her husband have left. By their request, we should leave and get rid of Shen Family as soon as possible. She will contact you soon."

The Shen warriors were quietly reporting to Shen Xingyue as well.

Shen Xingyue immediately decided to go back to the village, meet the Zixing Sisters, and find out the whereabouts of Li Mu.

A while earlier, Mrs. Hong and Lin Kun learned the situation and returned to the stone house quietly.

Seeing Lin Wan, Mrs. Hong was excited. "It's okay, Lin Wan. They are with us."

Lin Wan was overjoyed. She was about to make some arrangements, but then what Mrs. Hong said made her uneasy.

"There are a lot from Shen Family too. I suppose they are after Li Mu."

The smile on Lin Wan's face turned into worry. Li Mu took a deep breath and asked, "Mrs. Hong, was Sheng Xingyue there?

"Well, can we just avoid them too?"

"Better not. You have no reason to avoid your clan as they didn't do anything wrong to you. You have no reason to hide, or would you like to hide for the rest of your life?"

Lin Wan smiled and said, "Your brother was right. You have no reason to avoid them and running away solves nothing. Speak to your clan in person. The sooner you take care of the matter, the less trouble it will cause."

Shen Ming'er was still worried. "We understand what you mean, but our master will punish us. What should we do if she doesn't allow us to leave Shen Village?"

Lin Wan whispered a hint to them, "Silly girls, you have your feet and she can't watch over you all the time. Can't you just run away?"
