Right now I'm in hospital and checking a middle aged woman

"Hey Aunty what's your name !"

"My name is mrs Lee "

"Oh what can I help you mrs Lee"

"Actually I'm heart patient and few weeks ago I had heart attack "

"Oh sorry how are you now miss "

"I'm fine but last night I had pain in my heart "

"Oh let me check " after checking her

"Mam you are fine but you need rest and it's normal for heart patient "

"Oh thank you dr by the way can you give me your phone number "

"Yeah sure why not " I gave her my number

After few hours finally it's time to go back home

I was on my way when I saw ice cream parlour a smile appeared on lips because once me Chen and chanyeoul came here to ate our favourite ice cream I was lost in my thoughts when I heard horn and I start driving after few mints I finally reached and saw Chen playing with his toys but he came too me and hugged me as soon as he saw me

I smile "how was your day "

"It was good mom "

After a little chit chat I headed to my room and took a quick shower and changed into comfy clothes after that I start making dinner when I was about to done I heard chanyeoul voice his mood is bad since a week yeah I had asked him but he said it's none of my business and he is also behaving that old jerk but I don't dare to say anything

After I done I placed food on dinning table and call Chen and chanyeoul they both came and start eating me and Chen was talking but chanyeoul ate silently and left after we done eating Chen headed to his room yes we gave Chen his room but don't think that I'm living in same room as chanyeoul it's just because we are not ready yet I know you must think that we love each other but we want time any ways I headed to chanyeoul's room I knocked on his door and he said "come in"

"Chanyeoul here is your coffee " I said while putting his coffee on table he came to me and said "can we talk for few mints "

"Yeah sure " I replied

"Can I ask you a question " he asked me

I nod

"What if Chen's real parents will come and take him away from you "

"What do you mean !?and why will his parents come his mother left him"

"I know but by any chance they come will you give him back "

"I don't know what are you talking about but maybe I will give because he must want his real parents " I said while tears formed but the next sentence I heard made my tears flow "actually yesterday his biological parents came to me and asked me to give him to them "

I was shocked but I managed to say "WHAt ?chanyeoul I will be break "

"Sorry Yoona but that's true actually that lady was not his biological mother she was maid at his house and she kidnapped him"

Now I cried my heart out because I can not control anymore

Chanyeoul P.O.V

Yoona is crying since an hour but she slept while crying I placed her on my bed and hugged her and also fallen asleep

Next morning

I woke up by sunlight hitting my face and felt something on my hand I turn and saw Yoona sleeping on my shoulder I smile and though you look beautiful while sleeping hope you will not break

Yoona P.O.V

I woke up by showering voice and soon I realised that I'm in chanyeoul's room well it's Sunday so I don't have to go hospital I headed to my room and took a shower and headed to Chen's room as it's his last morning with us I went to him and wake him up after he woke up he took shower and I headed downstairs and start making breakfast after I done I saw chanyeoul siting on dining table and I sat beside him "chanyeoul when will his parents come "

"They will be there at evening "

My smile faded soon Chen came and I start feeding him while controlling my tears after he done we played games and talk a lot and had fun but soon door bell rang and my smile is disappeared as soon as I saw a couple girl is beautiful and boy is handsome they are not much older that us

"Hello it glad to see you " chanyeoul said to them

They said same that girl came to me and said "hey mrs Kim it's glad to meet you "

" same to you "

"Thank you so much both of you for talking care of our son " I just smiled soon Chen came and met with everyone chanyeoul and I went to him and bend on our knees

"Hey little champ they are your biological parents " chanyeoul said he was shocked

"Look baby mama will always there for you whenever you want but you need to go to your real parents " I said

"But mama I can't " he replied

"Look at appa we will always come to meet you and don't worry you can also come to our house whenever you want but the fact and reality is we are not your real parents but we love as our real son " chanyeoul said to Chen

"Okay appa but let them promise me they will drop me at this house whenever I want " Chen said

And finally that moment came which I hated the most it's time to see of Chen he came to both of us and hugged and kissed us we did the same to him and he left with his biological parents

The word BIOLOGICAL is hurting me but the next thing I did was that I hugged chanyeoul my cried my heart out

"Chanyeoul I hate this whole world whoever I love they went back I hate the fact that he wasn't our biological son even I hate the word biological " I shouted and patted on my back and I'm crying and crying

After two days

Chanyeoul P.O.V

It's been two days Yoona is crying in a mess she didn't eat anything and she isn't even talking with anyone but even going to her hospital she is now just locked in Chen's room and crying I am so worried for her health I can't see her like this I hate seeing tears in her eyes,I hate seeing her pale face

I went to Chen's room with tray filled with food

"Hey babe eat something "

"I don't want "

"Look if you will don't gonna eat how will you survive and also what will happen to your patients and think about your husband at least "

"But how can I ,I don't even know did Chen ate or not "

"Yoona do you think I gave my Chen to them without anything actually my some people are their and don't worry they are taking care of him so don't worry and if you will going to eat then we will go to eat your favourite ice cream "

"I don't like ice cream anymore "

"Stop behaving like children's Yoona ,try to understand that he wasn't our biological son"

"That's the biggest problem I hate this word and you are keep repeating "

"I'm sorry Yoona just please take care of yourself don't take stress "
