HELENA'S POV:

As I walked out after collecting my suitcase, I was checking on my phone to check upon the message I had received just before boarding into flight from the company.

I was informed that some Ms. Hazel from the company will be there to pick me up. As soon as I walked out, a lot of people were waiting for their people. I moved my eyes around the crowd and then saw a lady in her mid forties holding placard:

WELCOME MS. HELENA PARKER

(RED DIAMOND GROUPS OF COMPANIES)

I walked towards her and asked, "Ms. Hazel?" She looked at me and asked back, "Ms. Helena?" I nodded at her and she gave me a warm smile. "Hello Ms. Helena, I am Hazel Watson and I'm responsible for looking out at the management for interns."

"Hello Ms. Hazel, I'm Helena Parker. Nice to meet you." I greeted her politely. "Let's go." I followed her and we both hopped inside the car which had company's logo on it.

"So miss Helena, as you know about the agreement, you'll be working as an assistant to Legal adviser Mr. Henry Collins for two years. You'll be paid by the company for two years of your internship and you'll be provided with shared apartment to live in the housing apartment owned by the company during your internship.

After your internship, you'll be placed in any company under the Red Diamond Groups of Companies. But young lady, I suggest you to dedicate your best within the time being so that you'll be placed at the main branch itself. Job placement in main branch is obviously more beneficial and my instinct says that you indeed have a bright future." She said smiling at me.

"Thank you so much ma'am. I promise I'll do my best." I sincerely smiled at her and she wished me all the best. We both exchanged our numbers.The car stopped outside the housing apartment. She started walking towards the lift and I was following her, analysing the environment around me.

We both walked out of the lift as the door opened on sixth floor. She walked towards the corner most door of the corridor. A woman in her mid twenties opened the door when Ms. Hazel pressed the bell.

"Hello Ms. Hazel, looks like you've brought our partner with you." The lady said looking at me over Ms. Hazel's shoulder.

"Yes Gina, I've brought your room partner. Now I'll take my leave. Take care." Ms. Hazel smiled to her and turned towards me. "Okay Ms. Helena, I'll take my leave now. If you need anything, then please don't hesitate to call me." I nodded at her and she walked away after bidding goodbye to us.

"Welcome home Helena." The lady whom Ms.Hazel addressed as Gina said leaving space for me to enter inside apartment. "Thank you." I smiled at her and entered the apartment.

"Hi. Myself Gina, Gina Kyle. I'm working as an intern in finance department since two months. Here, have this fresh juice." She said forwarding a glass of juice towards me once I was done with keeping my suitcase aside. Average height, brown eyes, golden brown hair and beautiful smile, she is really very pretty.

"I'm Helena Parker and I'm from Montana. I'll be working in Legal department as assistant to Legal adviser Mr.Henry Collins for upcoming two years. Thank you so much for the juice." I said and took the glass of juice.

As she was about to speak, someone barged inside the room with bunch of bags in her hands. Her dark brown hair was all messy and she was sweating and panting.

"What the hell Merry? Are you coming from the world war?"Gina hurriedly helped her with bags and gave a glass of water. "Something more extreme than that, I brought all these dresses for you and me from sale in the mall. My god, people were going so crazy over there. Pheew..." She threw herself on sofa and closed her eyes without noticing my existence in the room.

After taking some deep breaths, she finally opened her eyes. Her eyes fell upon me and she was startled as if she's seen ghost. Her reaction was so funny that I couldn't control myself from laughing and even Gina was laughing like crazy.

After we were done laughing, she looked at both of us with detective eyes. "Ahh...uhum. Merry she's Helena. Our new room mate." Gina introduced me to her and she looked at me from top to bottom.

She walked towards me and I just stood there, unaware about her next reaction. She first smiled at me and then hugged me tight. I was startled with her sudden hug but I managed to hug her back.

"Hi Helena. I'm Merry, Merry Cason and I'm working as an intern in the advertisement department." She was introducing herself and I can say she's full of energy from the way she's excited to talk to me.

Before I could introduce myself properly, she continued speaking, "We'll have fun together. We'll go shopping and do fun together. Oh well, you must be tired right? Go and freshen up. We'll be preparing dinner till then." She showed me my room and I decided to take a shower as I was tired from travelling.

I called dad and informed him about my safe landing. After talking to him for some times, I had dinner with my roommates and then walked towards my room to get some sleep. As I was tired, I drifted to sleep in no time.
