HELENA'S POV:

I still can't believe it. I've completed two years of my internship. Two whole years and it just feels like yesterday when I entered this office as an intern. I'm feeling happy, proud and also emotional. I'm nervous right now cause today, we'll get to know about our job placement.

"Merry, Gina we're getting late. Are you planning to get late today as well?" I was sitting on dinner table trying to have my breakfast but I couldn't even gulp a single bite of food properly .

"If you keep on eating this way, we're definitely going to get late." It was Gina who said that, I was surprised to see their plate half emptied. "Looks like Ms.Parker didn't even notice when we came and started having our food." As Merry said this, Gina started laughing. I ate as much as I could and hurriedly walked towards parking with both of them.

"Don't worry Heli, you'll definitely get job in the head office. I should be the one to be worried." Gina said looking at how impatient I was getting. "Think positive both of you, we all will get job in head office." Whole way to office never felt so long as today.

"Best of luck to both of you." I wished both of them before going to my department. All of the interns including me from our department were standing in front of Mr.Collins in his cabin. He handed certificates to everyone then he came forward with our placement letters.

As soon as he handed me my letter, I took my dad's name in my heart and opened the letter and what I saw made my heart skip a beat. I looked at sir expecting him to tell me that I was daydreaming but he was already smiling looking at me.

"So everyone, congratulate our new legal advisor, Ms.Helena Parker." His words were ringing on my ears along with applauds from my fellow interns. Everyone congratulated me and left the cabin but I was still in daze.

"Sir... I.. Legal Advisor.." I was about to say something when sir said, "I'm getting retired after two months and I was looking for a perfect candidate after me and I'm glad I got one. You're the one who can handle this post with sincerity. I'll be guiding you within these two months and inform you about every single details about the company. Now I'll see you tomorrow. Enjoy your day today."

I walked out of the cabin after thanking him and I couldn't help my happy tears from flowing down. I called dad as soon as I reached out of the cabin and he picked on the very first ring. "Heli you didn't call me today, is everything okay? How are you?" He bombarded all the questions over me as soon as he picked the call.

"Dad... Dad I got job. I'm...I'll be legal advisor now. Can you believe it?" I was literally dancing while telling him. "I knew it. I knew that my baby girl will make me proud. I knew it. I'm so happy for you baby." I could feel he was crying while talking to me on phone.

"Two more months... sob sob... Two more months dad. After two months of guidance.. sob sob.. I'll be officially a legal advisor." I couldn't describe how happy I was. Only if I could hug my dad right now.

"Are you... Are you coming home?" I felt a difference in his voice, maybe he's waiting to meet me. "No dad, I'll have to work hard for two months or even a bit longer here. I'll definitely come after I clear everything here." I talked with dad for sometimes and then dialled Andrew's number but he didn't pick up my call. It's been a month since I last talked to him properly as he's busy on his work.

But then I thought of a better idea. I'll tell him this good news once I officially become the Legal Advisor. I thought of not telling Mel as well cause she might tell it to Andrew. As I walked towards cafeteria, I saw both of them waiting for me with a wide grin on their faces.

"Good news?" I asked as soon as I reached near them and they both nodded their head like children in happiness. "Good news?" They asked me back and I nodded equally excited. They both jumped in excitement and engulfed me in a group hug.

"You know what I'm now managing head of my department and Gina is assistant director of her department." Merry exclaimed in happiness. "And I'll be Legal Advisor."

"We all worked hard for it and now we've finally made it guys. We should celebrate it. Let's go." Gina was about to pull me when Zayden came towards me along with Diana. "We'll be waiting for you, come soon." Merry pulled Gina along with her and they walked away.

"Congratulations Ms.Legal Advisor." Diana dramatically wished me so I replied dramatically as well, "Thank you Ma'am. I appreciate it." And we both burst out laughing whereas Zayden was looking at us confused. After some chitchat with her, I joined Gina and Merry in celebrations.

Just few more months to go now. I won't let down anyone who've trusted on me for sure.
