HELENA'S POV:

I was super excited and was praying that the journey ends as soon as possible so that I can see my dad. The flight took off and I was planning to take a quick nap. But it had been only ten minutes since the flight took off and there was an announcement.

"THE WEATHER HAS TURNED OUT FOGGY AND AN UNPREDICTED RAINFALL SEEMS TO BE ON IT'S WAY. WE'LL HAVE TO DO AN EMERGENCY LANDING AT KANSAS TILL THE WEATHER GETS BETTER. THE AIRLINE HAS ARRANGED HOTEL FOR ALL THE PASSENGERS TO STAY TILL WE CAN CONTINUE OUR JOURNEY BACK. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE."

Hell no! Why today? Couldn't this weather wait till I get to my home? So annoying. Gosh, I just hope I get to reach home as soon as possible. Soon the plane landed and I walked out with my handbag. I felt chills running down my spine as the cold air blew past my cheeks. It's better if I get inside the hotel room as soon as possible or else I'll turn into a dead meat soon.

But before that, I had to go and collect my luggage and bag. So I walked out to collect my belongings but then I remembered something. I'll have to inform Gina, Merry and Diana about the emergency landing. What if dad calls anyone of them and they ask him about me thinking that I've reached home already? The first thing I'll do after getting a room would be to call and inform them.

AIDEN'S POV:

I was excited to meet mom but I was more excited cause I'm travelling via plane. As I travel through my private jet most of the time, I miss the fun of traveling through a plane. I can enjoy these little things until I reach California cause there's less chance of people knowing me here. Well, I'll enjoy every bit till I reach home.

I was dragged out of my lala land due to an announcement.

"DUE TO THE SUDDEN CHANGE IN WEATHER, WE'LL HAVE TO DO AN EMERGENCY LANDING AT KANSAS. THE AIRLINE HAS ARRANGED HOTEL FOR ALL THE PASSENGERS TO STAY TILL WE CAN CONTINUE OUR JOURNEY BACK. WE'RE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE."

Well well that wasn't expected at all. But seems like even God wants me to enjoy and have some fun before I go to home. The cold breeze welcomed me as soon as I walked out and I'm loving it already. I'd love to get a room with a proper balcony where I can sit and have a cup of warm tea while enjoying the weather.

But I'll have to collect my bags before getting room for myself. I walked out for baggage reclaim but then I remembered something. I should inform aunty before mom calls her. She'll have to cooperate with me to keep up the surprise with me. I dialled her number while waiting for my bags.

"Hey aunty, there's a change in plan. I'm now at Kansas." I was explaining everything to her when I saw my luggage on conveyer belt. I collected it while my phone pressed on ear with the help of my shoulder. "So I want you to tell her that I'm out for business trip if she calls you." I said while waiting for my bag. I saw my travel bag coming towards me so I collected it as well.

I was still busy on phone when I walked with both my belongings towards a corner table. "Yeah aunty, I'll take care of myself." I was opening the lock of my bag with keys while I was still busy on phone and then kept my passport on the side pocket. "Okay aunty, I'll talk to you later. Bye." I cut the call and walked out towards the hotel pulling luggage by one hand and the other hand carrying the bag.

HELENA'S POV:

I was waiting for my bags when I thought of at least informing Gina instead of standing still there. I'll inform Merry and Diana after getting into hotel room. So I dialled her number and she picked up my call on fifth ring. "You reached so early?" She questioned as soon as she picked up the call.

"Only if that could happen. Actually I'm in Kansas right now." I was explaining everything that happened to her when I saw my luggage coming towards me on the conveyer belt. "So you'll have to tell dad that I'm out for official work okay?" I said while collecting my luggage.

"Yeah I just hope I get to see him soon. I'm getting really impatient to see him." I was waiting for my bag while talking to her when I saw my bag coming towards me. I collected my bag and walked towards a corner table and opened the bag with keys.

"Yeah yeah, I know I'll have to bring something for you when I return." I was still talking to her while I was putting my passport on the side pocket of my bag. I was about to pick up my bag when I heard some noise. I turned around to see some people demanding for better rooms. 'It's better if I hurry up or else I'll have to adjust in the leftover room.' I thought while looking at those people.

"Gina I'll call you later." I cut the call and hurriedly ran along with my luggage and bag towards the reception. Thankfully, I got a room on the fifth floor and I must say, the room's really good. Wow, it also has a balcony. Let me freshen up myself first, then I'll enjoy some warm tea and fresh air.

I walked towards my luggage and took out my clothes to change. I had to take my conditioner so I opened my other bag. But then, I saw something that I never imagined to. My eyes went wide to see a fresh pair of CALVIN KLEIN underwear in front of me!
