AIDEN'S POV:

"Yeah, tomorrow. Okay then." As I hung up my phone, my beautiful wife came out in navy blue formal suit with a white high neck inside and I was worried. "Hey, why are you wearing such clothes? Are you feeling cold? Are you having fever?" I didn't find her temperature raised when I touched her forehead which ease my heart. "Hey, you don't have fever. Are you feeling cold?" I thought we were on rooftop all the night so she must have caught cold but she wasn't speaking anything all the time and at the end, she murmured something and walked away from me.

"Hey, what are you saying? Are you still angry on me for morning? I'm sorry wifey, I was just joking with you. I love you." I hugged her from behind and gave a peck on her cheeks. You know, wise men have said it once and I believe that saying goes on forever. "Never hesitate to say sorry to your wife if you want to be happy even if it's not your fault" and I absolutely agree with that. Well in my case, I was at fault though but I wouldn't mind to do anything that makes her happy.

"Babe."

"Hmm."

"Are you still angry on me for morning?"

"No."

"Then why aren't you looking at me?"

"Because I'm angry on your for something else."

"What made my wife angry on me? Did I do anything wrong?"

"I'm feeling so hot and I still have to wear all these warm clothes because of the love bites you gave me which couldn't be even hidden because of make up. And what will people say when I go for meeting wearing such clothes in this season?"

I couldn't help but chuckle looking at the way she was complaining with a cute pout on her face.

"You're laughing on me? I'm freaking out after thinking a but going out on these clothes." She walked away from my arms towards her dressing table and started setting her hair.

"Don't worry wifey, we're not going anywhere today." I said looking at her from the mirror and she stopped doing what she was doing and turned around at me looking confused. "Aren't we supposed to go for the deal today?" She asked raising her brows.

"No, but we're having a video conference with all the board of directors and legal department regarding the proposal. I got an email from the company yesterday stating everyone's agreement for the deal but I still want to make things clear with everyone. So we're looking over the deal tomorrow and will decide about it if everything goes smoothly. So for now, let's get ready for the video conference so just relax okay?" I kissed on her forehead and she nodded smiling at me.

She walked towards the other end of the room with her laptop and I was sitting on the bed with my laptop and the meeting started. I was not so sure about the deal but other members from board of directors looked confident about it. Although the final decision would be in my hands, I still have to think upon their suggestions. So even if we're going to start partnership with them, I need to first make sure that everything is okay about that company so that we wouldn't face any complications in the future.

HELENA'S POV:

The meeting was going on and I was listening to everything. The meeting ended with a conclusion that the things will be finalized only after we get background report of the company and as a legal advisor, it was my team's responsibility but as I was not there, other trustworthy team was given the responsibility. After a long discussion for an hour, the meeting finally came to an end and I let out a breath of relief as soon as I put the laptop aside. I was thanking God that anyone didn't ask me about my dress and finally I wouldn't have to act like I'm okay when actually I'm feeling like getting inside refrigerator.

I was taking off my suit when my phone beeped with a message and my eyes popped out of socket when I saw the text.

"IT WAS A NICE IDEA TO WEAR A HIGH NECK TO HIDE THOSE MARKS BUT BABY YOU'VE GOT A HABIT OF MASSAGING YOUR NECK TIME AND AGAIN SO TAKE CARE FOR THE NEXT TIME! ;)"

I was feeling my cheeks turning red out of embarrassment. What if other too noticed those marks? What will they think about me? 'God! What should I do now? Why don't I dig a hole on Earth and vanish from this world?' I was thinking while he asked,

"Hey, what are you thinking?"

And I subconsciously replied, "About digging a hole on Earth" while my eyes were still focused on the mobile screen without even realizing what did I just say. I came back to senses only when he took my phone from my hand and as soon as he saw the message, I saw him controlling his laughter which made me more embarrassed. I walked to washroom after collecting some comfortable clothes and didn't come out until I looked normal again.

I was avoiding looking at him, out of embarrassment as well as in anger. How can be laugh at me when I'm anxious if any one else saw those marks too? I was sitting on the bed trying to get my hair into a bun but I wasn't getting hold of my hair. Ughh! Why is everything in this universe making it hard for me? I gave up and was about to lay on the bed when I felt a pair of arms on my waist and I know who it is.

I didn't speak anything neither did he, but he started doing something with my hairs. I was patiently waiting to see what he does and within a minute, my hairs were tied into a loose braid. Wow! He knows how to do this!

I was thinking on my mind when his voice rang on my eardrums, "Yeah yeah, I know how to do this and there's lot more I can do for my wife." With that sentence said, he turned me towards him and gave kisses on every single part on my face and I swear, he was looking so cute that I couldn't hold myself from pulling his cheeks. I thought I was angry at him but the moment he pulled me on his arms while laying on the bed,I knew I horribly failed in it.
