HELENA'S POV:

I was all set on black pencil skirt reaching till my knee with skin stockings and a black coat over white shirt. I had set my hair open along with black pencil heels and a light makeup for today's makeup. As I came out of washroom, I saw him lost in something. I called him twice but he didn't respond for once.

"Hey, what are you thinking about?" he looked at me finally when I placed my hand over his shoulder. "Ah, did you say anything?" He asked standing up from bed. "I've been calling you since quite a time but you seem to be lost somewhere. What's bothering you?" He sighed and sat back on the bed holding a file.

Oh yeah, I know that file. It's the same file sent by Mathews and Co. including their terms and conditions. "Hey, what are you thinking? Have you thought anything about the deal?" He nodded his head before speaking, "Yeah. I got background report from our company and it shows everything clear. There's nothing wrong with the company as per the reports. And even every single members from the board of directors have voted for signing the deal."

"But what have you thought about the deal? What do you want to do?" I could see he was still in dilemma but I just wanted him to relax. I've never seen him getting this confused about any kind of deals. "I don't know. Everything seems to be fine and their strategies seem to be profitable as well. But my instincts are telling me something is off about it. But I'll have to listen to other members as well."

"Whatever decision you take, I'll always stand with you. I know you'll do the best for the company, I trust upon you." He hugged me tight once before we both walked out of the room towards the car to reach out to the meeting spot. I know he'll do the best for the company and I'll always be there in every decision he'll take.

AIDEN'S POV:

I wasn't tensed about the deal but my mind was telling me that something was definitely off about the deal. But after getting the background report and everyone's approval, I couldn't deny the proposal without any reason as well. And what if I'm wrong? What if I'm.over thinking? Our company will be at great profit if we lock the deal and everything goes well.

I was lost in my own thoughts but she came and said those words, which boosted my confidence. I got that confidence to take decision without having a second thought. As we both drove towards the meeting spot, I called Diana once before entering into the hall and talked about every details ad finalized everything.

The same manager from Mathews and Co. was there to attend us at the hall along with other men, most probably representatives from their company. "Hello Mr. Aiden Rudolf and Ms. Helena Parker, we're here to discuss about the deal and we hope we're going to share a partnership." He started the meeting and I was waiting him to introduce to his boss and the head of the company. But his blabbering wasn't coming to an end and I was getting bored. So without wasting any more time, I cut him off in between, "Mr. Kyle, we'd like to talk with the head of the company without wasting much time. We've to get back today itself after the deal."

I noticed his face sweating when I talked about his boss and then he started stammering, "Actu... actually, our boss is... our boss is out of city for business trip. He was about to come back for today's deal but he couldn't make it up. So..."

"So the deal is not happening today. This is not joke Mr. Kyle, neither this is any way to do business. If you think Red Diamond Groups of Companies works this way, then you're wrong. We don't see anything more to discuss about it right now. If your company wants to do deal with us, then ask your boss to be serious about business." With that said, I walked out of the hall and I just wanted to kill someone right away. What the hell do they think about us and our company? Is this any kind of joke?

I sat inside my car in driving seat and was waiting for her when I heard a knock on the window. "Forgot your own wife huh?" There she was, standing with her arms folded on her chest and my eyes softened looking at her.

"Aiden, I know you're angry and so am I. But as I told you, I'm always with you. We've left the decision upon them and now it's up to them. Don't stress yourself. You're the best." She gave a quick peck on my lips making me smile. "Yeah, just smile like that. It suits better on you." She gave a beautiful smile making my heart flutter.

HELENA'S POV:

We're finally going back to home today so I was packing everything back and he was getting fresh in washroom when someone pressed the bell. It was delivery boy who had come up with a bouquet and card with him. After getting them inside, I was about to read the card when he came out of the washroom. "What's all this wifey?" He asked while wiping his face.

"Someone has sent bouquet and flower for you." He checked the card and he shook his head before placing it back on the bed.

"Who's that woman who sent flowers and card to you?" I asked raising my brows though I was unsure about it.

"I'd be happy if it was from any woman but it's from Henry Mathews, most probably he asked his manager to send it telling that he's sorry and will meet us soon."

"What do you mean that you'd be happy if it was from some woman? What does that mean Mr. Aiden Rudolf?" I asked folding my hands on my chest.

"Aww my wife's jealous."

"Yeah whatever." I turned back and started packing again but then he pulled me towards himself and kissed me till I was breathless. "That was just a joke wifey, you know I love you right?"

"Yeah I know and that better be a joke."

He pecked on my cheeks and started getting ready and then my eyes fell upon the flower and card. I don't know what's with the company and this owner, but everything seems to be so strange. I just hope everything goes well.
