Everything will be fine. I'm telling you, your hard work won't go in vain." Helena tried to comfort Aiden with her words for now but she was determined to help him out of this situation as soon as possible. She was laying besides Aiden holding him close in her arms while he was inhaling her smell which was helping him to calm himself.It was acting as a stress reliever for him.

"Hmm" he couldn't say anything more, he was exhausted and blank. Things went just opposite from what he thought, turning his beautiful dream into a nightmare. He wasn't worried for himself, but the defamation of his company which he had spent years to build along with Diana and his workers led to drop of his confidence.

He knew he didn't leave any corner for compromisation from his side and his mind was too occupied with everything that happened to think about what actually went wrong.

"Aiden"

"Hmm"

"I love you"

"I know"

"Please don't be like this. You're not my Aiden, you're lost somewhere. My Aiden is strong, strong enough to face and overcome such traumatizing past with a beautiful smile on his face. Strong enough to bound his family with love and care, strong enough to fight with anyone for his family. I want my Aiden back."

"I know, but I'm getting nothing right in my mind this time. I'm not getting what went wrong, I'm trying to recollect everything that happened but nothing's getting straight into my mind. And that's making situation hard for me. I don't know where do I start from."

Helena's heart was bleeding to see her strong husband being so vulnerable. But she knew she needs to be strong, for herself and for her husband. She needs to be his strength like he's always been to her.

"Aiden, look at me." She made him face her holding his chin. He looked at her eyes which was giving him some hopes, hopes to stand up and fight for himself and for those who have worked hard behind the company.

"You're not alone in this. I'm with you, our family is with you. We've worked hard for it, you've worked hard for it and I'm sure, God isn't that cruel to let us go disappointed after so much of effort. Have faith in yourself my dear husband, everything will go fine."

Aiden breathed out all his exhaustion and somewhere, he was relieved. Her words were like soothing music which helped to relax his nerves.

"I don't know about me, but I have Faith in you." Helena could see through his eyes, and she was quite relieved to see him smiling a bit. His smile was feeble but still seeing him smiling felt like it's been ages since saw him smiling.

"Let's start from the start then. Aiden, were you the only one who looked after the quality assurance of the cosmetics?" He nodded before speaking, "Yes, I was the one who looked after it and I was relieved once everything was fine."

This made Helena ponder in deep thoughts. This would definitely get all the blames upon him although there was nothing wrong with the products as per Melissa's statement. "Has the products been sent for laboratory test?"

Aiden nodded and spoke, "Yes, the products have been sent for the tests. But the board of directors suggested for triple tests from the top three laboratory services in the countries so that everything will be proved without leaving any space for doubts. And I guess that's a good idea."

"Hmm" She didn't want to disappoint Aiden but deep down she knew it would take a lot of time. It would be good to get certified from three difference labs but that would definitely get long and she was worried if things would go extreme before the results would come out.

"Where are you lost at wifey?" Aiden snuggled closer to her bringing her out of her thoughts. "Nothing, I just felt that we took a step forward to prove ourself. And we'll definitely come out of it. Promise me you'll stand strong."

He gave a smile, which was way more confident and determined than the one he gave earlier. "I promise, I'll stand up high and face everything. As long as you're with me, I'll always be able to face everything that comes in my way." His words motivated her even more to stand up for them with the fire inside her grew even more to bring out the truth.

"I'm sorry." Aiden's sudden apology made her eyebrows knit. "You're having to face all these when you deserved to be treated like a queen."

Helena didn't know what made him feel that way but she didn't want him to have any regrets. She immediately pulled his head up and sealed his lips with her pouring all her love and care in it. Aiden needed it more than anything right now, his heart craved even more for it. After rounds and rounds of breathless kisses, Helena cupped his face and spoke looking into his deep black orbes, "You're my king and this queen has her happiness wherever her king is."

Both of them smiled looking at each other before Aiden pulled her into a bear hug and cuddled her to sleep.
