AIDEN'S POV:

Damn! Why is her phone not in reach? She's seriously making my nerves stress out. I threw my phone in frustration as I couldn't get to her even for once in half an hour. My men who were behind her lost her as she walked out with some woman and they're tracking her yet. I need to change those men, they're so useless. I couldn't help but rub my temples out of stress, I don't know what will I do if I don't get to see her within few minutes.

"Hey! Are you okay? Are you having headache?" My eyes immediately opened when I heard her voice just to make myself sure that I'm not overhearing her and to my goodness, she was actually in front of me. She was already massaging my temples when I sensed her in front of me and my heart passed through tunnel of emotions. Nothing came into my mind before I pulled her towards me and attacked on her lips, trying to control my nerves which were not in their place.

"Ahhh!" She screamed in between the kiss, and that made me realize what I did. Her lips were bleeding cause of my bite which made me feel guilty. I held her head and started sucking her lips, sucking every blood oozing out from her lips with every ounce of affection I have for her.

"I'm sorry wifey." I left her after giving a final peck and walked back to the chair and started working on laptop. I don't know what to say right now, I don't know what must be she thinking about me. I can't say she's in danger, I don't want her to be stressed but yeah, I'll have to make sure she stays careful around her.

HELENA'S POV:

Something is really wrong here, he walked out without even properly talking with me and the creases on his forehead explains everything. "What's the matter Aiden? What's stressing you out?" He didn't answer to my question which is not Aiden's personality. Something must be serious, so I walked to him, got myself comfortable on his lap and made him face me before giving a peck starting from forehead, cheeks, nose and then on his lips.

"Speak up babe. What's bothering you." He sighed and hugged me, "Your phone was not in reach for a long time and I was worried about you." He kissed on my knuckles. "Where's the ring that I gifted you on your birthday? That looks so beautiful on your hand." He said caressing my hand which made me smile thinking how he keeps notice about every single detail.

"Oh I've kept that in my bag this morning. It's in my cabin right now." He ruffled my hair and said, "Always wear that ring, that's special for me." Well well, that ring is special for me too. We talked for a while before I walked back to my cabin. And after a very long and hectic day, we both finally marched back to our home where every one were ready with their tricks to shoo away our stress.

Everyone were busy on talking with each other on the living hall after dinner when my phone vibrated. Thankfully nobody noticed it which made it easier for me to excuse myself and walk towards garden backside.

"You called me at this time? Is everything okay?" It was strange that Melissa called me at this time, my mind thought of hundreds of possibilities while walking to garden.

"Ah.. Umm.. I.. I just wanted to ask if you found out anything else. I mean the date for hearing on the case is after ten days. And it'll be hard if you don't get anything till then." As much as I've known her, I know this isn't the reason why she called me. There's definitely any other reason behind it but I didn't ask anything. We're not at such terms to ask anything to each other so I just replied to the question she asked.

"Ahh yeah the reports must be in our hands till then and I'm sure everything will go fine. Thank you for the concern."

"Ahh okay, good night."

"Goodnight."

I did say everything will go fine and I hope things would turn out to be fine, I can't wait for the day when the reports would be finally in our hands and everything would be proven.

"I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to listen to your talk. Actually I thought I'd have some ice cream with my daughter. After all, we didn't have a father and daughter time for long." I was dumbstruck to see dad standing behind me with bowls of ice cream in his hands.

"Ahh... Yeah.. sure dad." We both settled down on the bench and started having ice cream. Dad didn't ask me anything but my heart was not at ease. Things would've been different if my relationship with Melissa was still the same but dad was my strength when she had betrayed me. I didn't feel it right, I was feeling as if I'm cheating with him.

"Dad, I need to tell you something."

"I know you've been stressed these days and I'd be happy if you share your burden with me baby girl."

"Dad... Melissa has been working in a modelling company. And she walked on ramp for the recent cosmetic project." He was calm, he nodded at me as a sign to continue speaking. "And right now, she's been helping me in this case." I was expecting him to be angry, to shout but his calmness was scaring me. "Dad.. Are you angry on me?" He let out a little laughter before speaking to me.

"I'm not angry on you. I've always stood by your side and I'll still stand by you. You've already gone through much and I know you'll take every step with caution." I was relived to see confidence in his eyes and his words boosted my confidence. I just hope I'm doing it right by trusting Melissa this time.

MELISSA'S POV:

Shit! I couldn't say it to her. But what do I say to her when I'm not sure if I had seen the same person whom I'm guessing for? Gosh! But if my doubt turns out to be correct, I need to do something about it. I'll have to find about it at any cost.
