Tears had forgotten the word stop as they kept scrolling down Jude's cheeks. she kept on walking

Derek pulled away and looked at his mom.

"I know you are going through a lot and don't want to talk about it. That is why i am pretending to not know. tell me when you are ready"

Suddenly the memory broke when she heard her son speaking

"Mama! i am fine. please don't cry"

Jude hugged him tight as if it was the last time she would be able to hug him and burst out in tears

"Derek. you know Mama loves you very much"

"is my son big now?" Jude felt her heart was breaking as she said that.

"Yes mama i am very big now"

Derek said with the brightest smile on his face.

"Great! that's.....sob...soo.....great"

She had to do it. For Derek's sake and safety she had to do it

Calling a taxi she sat in but didn't let Derek get off her and kept hugging him until they reached their destination.

"Mama this isn't our home"

Derek said looking at the literal mansion in front of him.

"It is Derek! it's your new home"

"Are we moving out Mama?" Derek asked

"Yes Derek we are"

Suddenly the doors of the villa opened.

"He is fast. perfect place to keep Derek safe"

Jude thought as a tall man walked out.

"Jude! am i dreaming or hallucinating?" He clearly sounded excited

Jude hit him on the arm as he faked to be in pain.

He frowned. Never in the time he had known Jude did she ever asked for a pay back.
