Chapter 31 He Couldn't Escape

Feeling the burning heat, Zoey moaned, and all the following shouts were swallowed back into her stomach. She was concentrating on tasting the taste of the lips.

Wyatt's original intention was not to do anything to Zoey, but once he had physical contact with her, there was no way he could withdraw.

For him, Zoey was a bone-attached poison. He could not escape, but she was the antidote.

He was already prepared to be pushed away by Zoey, but not only did she not push him away, she even began to pander to him.

This kind of feeling made him instantly forget the extremely high tolerance he had maintained in front of Zoey for a long time.

He bit down on Zoey's petal-like lips.

"Oh, it hurts..."

Zoey's delicate moaning came out from between her teeth, and her voice was trembling slightly.

A burst of heat rose from his lower abdomen. Wyatt reluctantly released her lips. His arms propped up his upper body, and his deep eyes were like a deep pool with ripples spreading out in circles after a stone was thrown into as if he wanted to see into Zoey's heart.

Zoey blushed under this burning gaze. She turned her face to the side, but her arms clung to Wyatt's sturdy back.

"I want you."

He reached out a hand to hold Zoey's chin and turned her face back to the front. He looked at her carefully, and his voice already became hoarse from the shock of desire.

Zoey answered with a kiss.

In the next instant, the clothes covering her body had been stripped from her waist by a pair of fiery hands.

---

She lazily got up, but the room was still full of ambiguous atmosphere, and it was hard to tell when it was.

Zoey looked around. She was the only one in the large room.

She thought to herself, "He should have gone to the company..."

Her long white legs slid off the bed as she bent down to pick up the clothes scattered on the carpet. Several crazy scenes from last night flashed back in her mind. She immediately blushed and shook her head, trying to drive away those scenes.

She thought to herself, "Too shameful..."

Walking to the bathroom, she saw a few spots on her body in the mirror, which was full of traces of love. Her slightly pink skin still seemed to feel a touch left.

Because of last night's lingering, she had slept so sound yesterday that she did not even know when Wyatt had left. Otherwise, she could have seen the "masterpiece" she had created on his body.

It was originally a small mistake, but due to a strange combination of circumstances, the relationship between the two of them seemed to have improved yet again.

At the thought of this, the corners of Zoey's mouth could not help but rise.

Everything was developing in a good direction.

Just as she was humming and brushing her teeth, the phone on the bed suddenly rang.

The number of the call was so familiar to her that it instantly destroyed her good mood when she got up. But even if she was extremely unwilling, this call still had to be answered.

"Hello?"

As soon as the call connected, Howard's impolite voice rushed out through the line.

"Zoey, I trust you so much. I gave you all my trump cards. Why did you lie to me?"

Zoey was glad that the two of them were not in front of each other. Otherwise, she would not be able to cover up her contemptuous look.

"I didn't lie to you! What's wrong? Why did you suddenly call?"

"Last time, I asked you to help me ask about how much Wyatt used to bid for the land. You told me it was 30 million, but what happened? In the end, the price he won was 35 million!"

The more Howard spoke, the angrier he became. If not for the fact that he felt that Zoey still had some value, he would have already found someone to deal with her to vent the hatred in his heart.
