Chapter 1027 I Regret Not Loving Her with All My Heart

When Wesley issued orders, few people could resist his aura.

Even William, who was usually not afraid of anyone or anything could not help being shocked by his menacing air.

However, when William went out, he swore that he would exert his dominance today!

He could not show that he was frightened by Wesley!

With that in mind, William coughed solemnly and said in a slow but smug voice, "Let me tell you, I guessed it right-Yuna knew that what I gave her were just vitamin pills!"

If Yuna was aware of the vitamin pills, she should be able to guess that Wesley already knew about everything she had hidden.

Wesley felt as if his heart was about to explode. His heart suddenly jolted and he was both joyful and anxious-

His hands tightened abruptly. He stared at William and asked him slowly and clearly, "How did you know?"

William laughed and said proudly, "Yuna is more cautious and smarter than I thought. Today when I went to Rowdy's home, she suddenly told me that the medicine I gave her was not that bad! Brother Wesley, do you know what that meant?"

At this time, Wesley was not in the mood to joke with William.

Wesley narrowed his eyes and warned, "William, cut the crap. Get to the point!"

William felt a chill run through him which made him tremble.

He swore in his heart and scorned, "Wesley, now I know why you and Yuna like each other. You are both so boring!"

After venting his anger, William obediently explained, "Yuna meant that she had taken my medicine and knew they were just vitamin pills. If she thought it through she could guess that you already know everything and you've arranged for me to see her in the hospital."

William paused for half a second and emphasized, "In other words, Yuna knows everything."

"Yuna knows everything"...

William's last sentence lingered in Wesley's mind.

For a short period, Wesley was quite skeptical and did not dare to believe this was true.

The misunderstanding arose between him and Yuna when Yuna's grandmother passed away.

Though they had had many opportunities to resolve their misunderstanding, they did not trust each other, which led to their problems becoming more intense and complicated.

Yuna once believed that he really wanted to kill her.

He was also sure that Yuna really aborted their child.

The truth did not come out until today, thanks to William's medicine.

After such a long period of entanglement, Wesley and Yuna were finally clear about their feelings for each other. There was no misunderstanding between them.

Wesley could say in all sincerity that he loved Yuna.

Yuna might have liked someone else, but she had fallen in love with Wesley so that she confessed her love in the private hospital.

But Wesley didn't believe it.

Because of these hindrances, a relationship that should have yielded fruit only started to bloom now.

Instead of joy, Wesley felt excruciating pain.

He finally knew what Yuna's feelings were for him and Yuna finally knew the truth. But what's the point?

With Yuna's condition worsening, they didn't have much time left.

If he could turn the clock back, Wesley wished to go back to the day when Yuna took the brunt of the car accident for him and plucked up the courage to confess her love.

When Yuna said "Because I like you", he would definitely tell her that he loved her.

He would tell Yuna that he knew she was a mole sent by Rowdy.

But he didn't care.

As long as she was willing to stay, he could keep it secret. No one would know her identity and background. She would still be the Yuna that everyone respected.

However, time was the most merciless factor in this world. Once time passed, we could never go back.

Wesley had to face the cruel facts.

...

In fact, William was Brian's friend. It was Brian who sent him to the Eighth Hospital to see Yuna.

But William was familiar with Wesley.

In William's impression, Wesley was different from Brian.

Brian was a born business elite who governed the business circle. He was wise and calm and grasped the lifeblood of the economy.

In comparison, Wesley was "the King of the Dark". He was the strong and silent type and would never let any of his emotions show.

People like Wesley would never let others find his weaknesses.

But now William realized that he was wrong.

Wesley in the past was indestructible just because he didn't fall in love with someone.

Things were different now. He loved Yuna, which was his weakness.

William couldn't help shaking his head-

Love was not a good thing.

However, lonely souls wandering in this world still desired love.

When love came, people would open their arms to embrace it gladly and bathe in the river of love.

William looked at Wesley as if he had encountered a big problem. He asked, "Brother Wesley, have you ever regretted falling in love with Yuna? Even a second?"

Wesley didn't speak for a long time. He smiled bitterly and said, "Yes, I regretted it very much." He lowered his voice. "William, I regret not loving her with all my heart."

...

"Damn," William cursed in his heart. He was too shocked to make a sound.

He thought that only Brian who sailed in the sea of love could say such nauseating words. He didn't expect Wesley to do so.

People in love were all the same!

Love was indeed poisonous. He would never touch such a terrible poison!

Wesley glanced at William and asked, "Anything else?"

"Yes, it's more important than Yuna knowing the truth," William said, although he didn't want to. "Do you want Yuna or the child? You have to think about it carefully. "

Dr. Roberts had also mentioned this matter.

But when William brought this up, a sullen expression flashed across Wesley's eyes.

"Hey!" William took a few steps back as if he sensed danger. "I know it's cruel, but you must face the facts. Yuna's condition is bad! I know that you want to protect both of them, but..."

William stopped and didn't continue.

"But what?" Wesley asked coldly and desperately, looking at William.

Wesley would know the truth sooner or later, and there were no euphemistic ways to say it. He had to put up with this pain!

William gritted his teeth and what he said hit Wesley hard, "Even if you give up the baby, Yuna may not survive. If you want to protect both of them, you will lower their chances of survival and put them both at risk! This is not love, but imperceptible harm!"

At this moment, Wesley felt as his heart was being dug out and thrown into the blender. Buzz, buzz, his heart was crushed.

The bone-eroding pain spread to every corner of Wesley's body, searing his whole being.

Yuna was the person he loved the most, and the child was created by them.

Without Yuna, Wesley would not desire to live.

As for their child-

He would come to this world and grow up day by day like Brian's children. He would smile at him and Yuna and call them papa and mama.

But now, William told Wesley he had to give up either Yuna or the child.

It was like asking Wesley to choose between the left part or right part of his heart.

William knew it would be difficult. But in order to increase the chances of survival for one of them, Wesley had to make a choice.

And it couldn't be postponed any longer.

Wesley had set up a medical team for Yuna. Only after confirming who Wesley wanted to save, could they come up with the treatment plan.

Another further delay meant taking up Yuna's life.

William sighed and said, "Wesley, I can't give you any advice. I can only tell you that if you choose Yuna, she has a slim chance to live. But if Yuna can manage to give birth to the child, he can grow up healthily."

Wesley knew that William was not persuading him to choose the child.

He stared at William and asked, "What do you mean?"

William paused for a long time and said, "Judging from Yuna's behavior, I think she wants to protect the child."

"No way!"

Wesley's eyes were bloodshot, and he subconsciously denied Yuna's decision.

If Yuna died, what was the point of the child coming to this world?

He could not live by taking care of a child!

He could lose everything except Yuna. That was absolutely not an option!

William looked at Wesley and said in a relaxed tone, "Can I understand that you have made your choice?"

Wesley closed his eyes and felt his eyes getting warm as tears threatened to emerge.

Yes, he had made his choice.

He chose Yuna.

Even if the chance was slight, he was still willing to take a risk.

Of course he loved their child.

But he loved Yuna more.

Even if Yuna wanted to protect the child and even if she could, he couldn't give up on Yuna because of the child.

This was the last time he was arbitrary and chose not to listen to Yuna.

He wanted Yuna to live.
