Chapter 1119 The Feeling of Truly Love Someone

Joanne did not know how long she had been tossing and turning in bed before she gradually felt sleepy.

The sleepiness was very vague. She felt as if a faint mist had covered her body. It just blurred her thoughts and did not make her fall asleep.

Fortunately, even though the feeling was very faint, she was feeling more and more sleepy.

When Joanne felt that she was about to fall asleep, she suddenly felt a warm touch on her waist. It seemed to be the touch of a hand.

The hand followed the curve of her waist all the way up and finally stopped at a certain part. It was obvious that the other party was up to something.

In a daze, Joanne vaguely realized that it was Brian.

Because she was familiar with him, she knew that she would not be hurt. She closed her eyes and was unwilling to wake up, trying to pretend to be asleep to avoid this disaster.

Brian covered Joanne with his long legs and bit her warm and delicate earlobe. There was a sense of hinting in his voice. "Joanne, I know you aren't asleep yet."

He knew her too well. When her eyelashes fluttered, he knew what she was thinking and also knew that she was not asleep yet.

Joanne didn't say anything.

She knew that it was meaningless for her to continue her act, so she reluctantly opened her eyes and looked at Brian innocently.

He stroked her cheek with his warm fingers and asked softly, "Why you can't sleep?"

Joanne could no longer pretend to be asleep, but she could play dumb.

She shook her head with a blank face as if she didn't understand. "I don't know." After a pause, she continued to guess, "Maybe it's because Gavin's operation was successful that I got too excited."

"Whatever the reason is, it doesn't matter anymore." Brian said meaningfully, "What happens next is more important."

Joanne fell silent.

She knew what Brian was going to do next.

However, she decided to play dumb to the end.

Joanne pretended to be sympathetic, nodded, and deliberately misinterpreted Brian. "Sleep is indeed very important. It's late, let's sleep!"

Of course, Brian knew that Joanne did it on purpose. He stared at her for a few seconds, slightly smiled, and corrected her. "Joanne, I'm not talking about sleeping."

Joanne stubbornly played dumb to the end. "It's what I'm talking about!" Then, she deliberately asked, "We now have different opinions. What should we do?"

Brian raised his eyebrows and said calmly, "Actually, it's easy to deal with this situation."

Joanne looked at Brian confusedly. "Huh?"

He lifted her nightgown with his slender fingers and said, "We'll do what I want first, and then we'll go to sleep."

Joanne's face changed again and again, and the word "pervert" flashed through her mind.

Brian did not realize that he was a pervert to her. On the contrary, he was very satisfied with his solution and looked at Joanne with a faint smile. "In this way, there will be no different opinions between us, right?"

Joanne didn't say anything.

She did not know if she should say "yes' or "no".

Brian smiled harder. "Joanne, I'll take it as acquiescence if you don't speak."

"Alas, I..."

Joanne was about to say something, but it was too late.

Brian had been targeting her for a long time. Before she could finish her words, he directly kissed her on the lips and forcefully breathed into her nose. Her thoughts were immediately disturbed.

Then, she felt a slight chill on her shoulder, and the sound of cloth tearing came.

Deep down, Joanne gritted her teeth and secretly cursed.

"Bastard! You just ruined another nightgown of mine!"

Joanne patted Brian angrily. "This is my favorite nightgown!"

"So?" They had been married for so long, and he was well aware of her skills of playing dumb. He deliberately misinterpreted her meaning and asked a question that made her blush. "Joanne, are you telling me that you deliberately put on this nightgown to wait for me?"

Joanne was speechless.

She felt that all the blood in her body was surging up, and all of a sudden, it rushed to her cheeks.

She looked at Brian angrily and anxiously as she corrected him exasperatedly. "You're wrong! I just want to tell you that you ruined my favorite nightgown!"

Brian glanced at Joanne and said calmly, "It doesn't matter. I'll take you to pick a few ones I like tomorrow."

Joanne recalled several times and confirmed what Brian had just said he would buy her the ones he liked.

She had never felt so puzzled before. She looked at Brian in confusion. "Shouldn't I choose what I like?"

Brian kissed Joanne's shoulder. His voice was a little low and hoarse. "Joanne, what you like is not enough..."

His words were obviously not finished yet.

Joanne vaguely felt that the answer was not what she had expected, but she still asked, "Not enough?"

Hiss!

A longer cracking sound filled the air, and a chill hit Joanne.

Brian threw away the rag on his hand and continued, "It's not easy enough to take off."

"Not easy enough to take off...?

"What a pervert!"

Joanne's face immediately turned red, and before she could protest, Brian's kiss drowned her.

This time, for some reason, he was obviously not as gentle and patient as before, and he seemed eager with his movements.

Joanne was no match for him, and his attacks suddenly became stronger. She soon completely lost the ability to resist and became soft. No matter how he willfully took advantage of her, she could only make hums like a little kitten.

Brian liked this side of her the most.

At this moment, she still had her usual gentleness and coquettishness, but she had lost the firmness that was deep in her bones. She had become exceptionally obedient, like a little pet.

Brian suddenly wanted to tease her.

Having been married for two years, he had completely mastered the sensitive points of her body. He specifically chose a few parts and controlled his strength just right, which was enough to make her itch.

As expected, before long, Joanne lost control of herself.

She took the initiative to wrap her arms around Brian. Her voice was soft with a kind of charm that did not usually exist. "Honey..."

"Yeah. I'm here." Brian kissed Joanne while asking, "What's wrong?"

Joanne sounded as if she had been wronged as she cried and pleaded, "Hurry up..."

Brian could almost guess that if he continued to tease her, Joanne would definitely give him a hard time tomorrow when they woke up.

He decided to stop here so that he could do this again tomorrow.

Brian's movements became gentle as he slowly filled up the emptiness that he helped create.

Joanne felt the familiar fulfillment, and the itchy feeling was relieved a lot.

She hummed, and her face flushed like a peach blossom, making her look even more charming.

Brian looked at Joanne and gradually lost control of his strength.

Joanne could not take it and felt a little uncomfortable. She frowned slightly and protested.

He kissed her lips and apologized in a low voice. "I'm sorry, honey."

After he dominated the business world for so many years, he had seen all kinds of people and met all kinds of temptations.

Only Joanne could make him lose control instantly.

This abnormality was due to his love for her.

Thinking of this, Brian naturally controlled his strength and smoothed Joanne's slightly frowning eyebrows.

At this time, if someone asked him - how did it feel to love someone?

Brian would probably say, "It feels like when the one you love makes you lose control, you're willing to control all your impulses for her."

...

Next morning.

The morning light had somehow filled the entire room.

When Joanne opened her eyes, Brian was no longer in the room. Another set of nightgowns was already put on her.

She did not look for Brian. She lifted the quilt and got out of bed, putting on her slippers, only to find that her legs were a little weak.

"It's all Brian's fault!"

After entering the bathroom, Joanne found that there was already toothpaste squeezed into her toothbrush. She smiled, dipped the toothpaste with a little water, and began to brush her teeth.

With a casual movement, Joanne's nightgown suddenly slipped down from her shoulder. She was about to pull it up but inadvertently saw that her collarbone and neck were covered with red marks of different sizes.

If these red marks were seen, she would probably be too ashamed to walk out of the room in the next few days.

Joanne thought to herself, "It was indeed a smart move that I bought a few turtleneck sweaters while shopping!"

After washing up, Joanne put on a turtleneck sweater and walked out of the room.

It was very quiet in the living room downstairs. She thought that Brian should not be there.

It was so early. He wouldn't be in the study either.

Joanne thought for a moment and walked to the children's room. Sure enough, she saw Brian pouring milk for the two little kids in there.

Brian was a person with a strong sense of time. Gavin once said that when Brian was at his most hardworking time, he would not allow himself to waste a minute.

His time would only be spent on meaningful things.

However, since the birth of the two little kids, Brian began to spend some time on the trivial matters of the children. Even if it was something that could be done by someone else like getting them formula milk, he was happy to do it himself.

Just because of this, Joanne decided to forgive him for what he did last night.

She walked into the room and Brian noticed her. He grabbed the back of her head with one hand and took her into his arms. He kissed her forehead and said, "Morning. Are you hungry?"

Joanne touched her stomach and nodded. "Yeah!"

Brian looked at her and pondered for a moment. He said thoughtfully, "You should indeed be hungry."

Joanne knew what he was referring to.

She glared at him. "Can you not mention what happened yesterday?"

"No problem." Brian played along. "Since you don't want to mention it, what happened yesterday... shall be written off."

In other words, he wouldn't argue with Joanne over Noah.

Joanne was speechless.

She thought about it secretly. It sounded that Brian's words made sense, and they seemed very fair.

But she thought about it carefully. "Why do I feel like I've suffered a loss?"
