Chapter 1287 Breakfast, or ... me? (3)

Inside the room.

"We're almost at A City!?"

Yuna took Wesley's hand, her pupils full of surprise, happy like a three year old child.

Although Wesley was "interrupted" by Kai, but for the sake of Yuna so happy, he can spare Kai this time not to die.

"How long until we get there?"

Yuna asked right after, his deer-like eyes flashing with excitement.

Wesley looked out of the window, sensing that the airplane had begun its descent, and not wanting to douse Yuna's excitement, he told her, "It's going to be soon. Sit tight and fasten your seatbelt."

Yuna's face bloomed into an even brighter smile, more obedient than ever before, obediently sat down, "clicked" to fasten the seatbelt, looking out the porthole window of the blue sky and white clouds -

Though her vision was weakened by her condition and she couldn't see out clearly at all, her senses were still normal.

The joy that grows from being back in a familiar place is unparalleled in this world.

It didn't take long for the plane to land safely.

Yuna unbuckled his seatbelt and couldn't wait to run outside.

Wesley hadn't seen such a lively Yuna, reminding him of a child with ADHD.

With a headache, he barked, "Slow down."

Yuna was like a released bird, not listening to Wesley at all, flying off the airplane and seeing a car waiting beside her.

Wesley then came down and decisively pulled Yuna's hand, "Get in the car with me."

As the car drove onto the airport highway, Yuna leaned over the car window and stared out of it without looking away.

While stranded on the island, all she could see every day were patches of trees and an endless expanse of water.

It was the most apprehensive time of her life - she was afraid that a landscape that monotonous and boring would be the last one she would ever see in her life.

Now she is finally back on land, but seeing the city, seeing the highways and the skyscrapers ...

She's finally back in her familiar place!

Wesley handed Yuna a bag of bread and another carton of milk and asked, "Are you hungry? Eat this first?"

When Yuna was on the island, she basically relied on dry bread to fill her stomach and had already become resistant to bread, as for milk ... the thought of the fishy smell of milk turned her stomach ...

"Vom-"

Yuna really couldn't control himself and dry-heaved, but fortunately didn't really retch.

Wesley quickly put down the bread and milk and held Yuna, his brows knitted up at some point,"Where are you uncomfortable?"

Listening to Wesley's tone, Yuna always felt that he could have the driver turn the car around and send her to the hospital in the next second.

Yuna waved his hand and said, "It's fine, it happens occasionally in the morning."

"Why is it like this?" Wesley thought that this was one of Yuna's illnesses, his brows knitted deeper, "I'll take you to the hospital."

Yuna:"... "She really didn't guess wrong ah ...

"Kai!" Wesley looked at Guang in the driver's seat and ordered, "Go--"

Without waiting for Wesley to say the word "hospital", Yuna raised her hand, interrupting Wesley's words and reminding him, "Wesley, I'm pregnant."

"..."

It was only then that Wesley remembered that both Brian and Chris had mentioned that in the early stages of pregnancy, pregnancy vomiting would occur in pregnant women.

The advent of new life often comes with a great price.

However, the little life ... in Yuna's abdomen may not be able to come.

Because Yuna pregnant this matter ... can not continue.

Wesley let go of Yuna's hand, looked at her and said, "There is one thing that I need to discuss with you."

Yuna intuited that the matter might not be simple, and looked at Wesley with unblinking eyes, "What is it?"

"...," Wesley said slowly after two seconds of contemplation, "in a couple days."

Yuna was almost certain that it must not be good news, or else Wesley would not have stopped talking.

She didn't pursue it.

She was in a good mood now, and if there was any bad news, it would be good to let her know in a couple of days, she wanted to be happy for a few more days.

It didn't take long for the fast-moving car to brake and stop in front of a villa.

Yuna instantly recognized this place - she had stayed here a few times with Wesley when she was still undercover with him.

Her first time with Wesley also happened here.

This place is full of memories and has ... great significance for Yuna.

Kai sensed Yuna's stupefaction, smiled and came over, if he had a point, "Sister Yuna, during the time that Brother Wesley is in A City, he will be staying here for a while, oh!"

Wesley's gaze flew to Kai like a sword, asking dangerously, "Do you want to go abroad again?"

Kai shook his head like a rattle, "Seven, I do prefer domestic."

Wesley warned Light, "Then shut up and don't talk too much."

Kai thought for a moment and solemnly said, "Brother Wesley, don't worry, I will never say anything that I shouldn't tell Sister Yuna! I understand everything!"

He dug a hole for Wesley, and as soon as it took shape, he turned and ran.

At the entrance of the villa, only Yuna and Wesley remained.

Yuna looked at Wesley idly, "What did Kai's words mean? What is 'shouldn't have told me'?"

Wesley was calm and pushed the matter to Kai, "This is what Kai brought up, why don't you go ask him?"

"Without your verbal permission, how dare he tell me?" Yuna poked Wesley's chest, "You say it!"

Wesley vaguely felt that if he didn't fight back, Yuna was going to climb on top of him.

As soon as he pulled Yuna over, he ambiguously approached her, "We still have a lot of time, we can talk slowly later. For now, let's do something else first."

Do ... something else?

Yuna certainly knew what Wesley was going to do.

Besides, Wesley didn't look like he was joking.

Yuna was forced to retreat back and forth, and in the end, she could only find a chance to escape from Wesley's clutches and bring the topic back on track,"I'm hungry, can I eat breakfast before going to Joanne's house?"

Wesley had no intention of letting Yuna go and continued to press towards her, "Are you sure you want to eat breakfast? Don't you want to eat something else first?"

"... "Yuna looked at Wesley breathlessly, "Wesley, right now my vision isn't clear enough, but I can still see you clearly-- "

Wesley raised an eyebrow good-naturedly, "What kind of me do you see?"

Without thinking, Yuna said, "Just like a pervert!"

"Since it's already been seen through by you-" Wesley nonchalantly rolled up his sleeves, making a gesture to trap Yuna, "all the more reason for me to do something about it, isn't it?"

"Ah!"

Yuna screamed and dodged in panic before realizing that Wesley didn't actually mean to grab her-

At the moment, he was standing idly with his arms around his chest, admiring her embarrassment.

So, from start to finish, Wesley was just teasing her?

Yuna was really furious, kicked Wesley and walked to the restaurant to sit down, then she heard a familiar voice-

"Well, knock it off. You're hungry after a night on the plane, aren't you? Come have breakfast."

This kind voice, Yuna would never forget.

She looked over at the sound, and sure enough, it was Aunt Helen.

"Auntie Chou ..."

Yuna called out to Aunt Helen with a trembling voice, her eyes abruptly red.

Aunt Helen walked over and touched Yuna's face, "It's all back, why are you still crying? Silly child."

Yuna hugged Aunt Helen hard and said with suppressed sobs, "Aunt Helen, I thought I would never see you again."

"How come?" Aunt Helen smiled and patted Yuna's back, "Aren't we meeting now?"

Yuna smiled, trying desperately to control her tears.

There are people that one would have thought one would never see again.

It's a great feeling to be reunited after such a long time.

"Right, where's Emily?" Aunt Helen asked, "I heard the other day that Emily was with you. Yuna, how is the little one doing now?"

Yuna looked at Wesley, signaling him to answer Aunt Helen.

Wesley walked over and said, "In that case, Emily is home."

"Home ah ..." Aunt Helen, like happy and like disappointed, pondered for a moment, and said straight away, "It is good to be home. He is still a child, needs the company of his family. You quickly eat breakfast ah, I'll go see if the porridge is ready."

Wesley sat down before realizing that Yuna had been looking at Aunt Helen's back and asked, "What's wrong?"

"Does Aunt Helen ... miss Emily quite a bit?" Yuna slowly retracted her line of sight and looked at Wesley, "Couldn't you have been more detailed with Aunt Helen just now? Even if you say one more sentence 'Emily is currently fine' it would be good, so that Aunt Helen can rest assured!"

Wesley met Yuna's gaze, and there was a shocking sobriety in his voice,"It's impossible for Emily to live with us. So it's better to never give Aunt Helen hope."

"..."

Yuna pursed his lips and was suddenly speechless.

As it turned out, Wesley was also well-intentioned.

Just as the two were silent, Aunt Helen came out with congee and said with a smile, "It's all ready, you guys eat."

Yuna stood up, took another set of bowls and chopsticks and set them on the table, saying, "Aunt Helen, why don't you eat with us."

Aunt Helen waved her hand, "I got up early in the morning and ate." Saying that, she pointed outside, "I planted some vegetables in that plot in the corner of the garden, go water them."

After saying that, Aunt Helen went straight out.

Yuna stirred the porridge in the bowl, tasted it, and said, "It's still a familiar flavor."

If Wesley had a point, he said, "Stay a few more days, and you'll find that a lot of things still have the same flavor that you're familiar with."

"... "Yuna tried to control not to think wrongly, "Cough", changed the topic, "How is Rowdy? "

Without answering, Wesley asked, "Do you care about him, or do you simply want to know how he is doing."

Yuna smiled and looked at Wesley, "You'll be jealous when I say I care about Rowdy, right?"

Wesley snorted coldly, "It's good that you know."

Yuna:"... "How can you not follow the cards again? Shouldn't Wesley directly threaten her?
