The wind in the early spring was so cold that even the bones could feel it.
Wesley took the unconscious Yuna to the shore. He couldn't care about him being embarrassed, but first untied the rope on her hands and kept pressing her chest.
"Yuna, wake up!"
Although it was still the usual tone of giving orders to Yuna, he could not conceal the panic in his heart.
However, Yuna did not move at all.
Wesley emphasized,
"Yuna!"
"Don't sleep, open your eyes!"
That time, Yuna did not listen to him.
Wesley pinched Yuna's cheeks. He took a deep breath, covered her lips, and gave her artificial respiration.
It was repeated several times, and then pressed her chest. She finally spat out the water she drank, but still she didn't wake up.
The cold wind was like a knife. Wesley didn't think about it too much and held up Yuna. Before he reached the door, he started to scream, "Aunt Helen, open the door!"
When Aunt Helen opened the door, she saw that Wesley was drenched and held a girl who was also wet. He then rushed to the room in the second floor as soon as he entered the door.
"Xiaoqi, what is going on?" Aunt Helen followed him upstairs.
Wesley didn't have the time to explain, but laid Yuna on the sofa, and took off her soaked coat. When he was about to take off another piece, he suddenly thought that it was inappropriate, so he looked back at Aunt Helen and said, "Help me change her clothes."
Aunt Helen found two sets of home clothes from Wesley's wardrobe, and handed one to Wesley. "Change your clothes too, don't catch a cold."
Wesley changed his clothes and returned to the room. Yuna was already wearing his clothes. The clothes were large, and she seemed to be thinner. She lay her head on the sofa with her head tilted, exposing her long eyelashes; the whole look appeared unkempt. It was hard to believe that she was the undercover person from Rowdy.
Aunt Helen touched Yuna's hand and shook her head. She said, "No, it's too cold. Take her to the bed and dry her hair. I will go down and cook a ginger soup for you to get rid of the cold."
Wesley took her to the bed; he then went to the bathroom and took the hair dryer, and blew her hair indiscriminately.
The most desirable thing about Yuna was the hair, which was black and soft; it shone with the sun rays were cast on it. Occasionally, a few hairs hung down from her forehead, and looking from the side, there was a feminine beauty to her, aside from her vivaciousness.
The hair was dried, and Aunt Helen had cooked the ginger soup. She brought a bowl up and gave it to Wesley. "You should drink first; I'll pour some for when this girl wakes up."
After Wesley finished drinking the ginger soup, Aunt Helen took the empty bowl, then smiled and asked, "Wesley, what is your relationship with this girl?"
Wesley had already expected Aunt Helen to ask, so he answered fluently, "The relationship between boss and employee."
"I don't think it's that simple." Aunt Helen was not so easily fooled; she had already seen through everything. She said, "From the time I came in, your eyes haven't been removed from her. Tell me the truth, are you thinking about something with her?"
At that time, a Samoyed-which was a tall five-or-six-year old boy-ran in from outside the door, and kept rubbing Wesley with its head.
Wesley half-squatted down and touched its head, "She's not as good as Mu Xiaowu."
Aunt Helen reluctantly smiled and looked at Yuna on the bed. "I won't ask you about what happened. Just because of the nervousness you just had, I know that this girl is more special for you than others. I just want to tell you that some people will only appear once in your life."
After that, Aunt Helen patted Mu Xiaowu's head. Xiaowu, let's go.
The Samoyed then rubbed Wesley's leg, and then followed Aunt Helen downstairs.
Wesley went to the bed and looked at Yuna.
She had just been choked by the water; there was no reason for her to not have woken up after so long. He leaned over and looked carefully and heard Yuna's even and long breathing.
She was not unconscious, just fast asleep.
Wesley squinted, and he kicked a wooden stool in front of the bed.
Yuna was very alert. She suddenly bounced up from the bed after she heard such a loud noise, only to find that everything in front of her was strange. Looking at it, she was so scared that she was almost suffocated-Wesley!
The things before the coma gradually floated on Yuna's mind-perhaps, the figure she saw before being drowned by the darkness had really been Wesley.
But she still felt it was a little unbelievable. "Wesley, you saved me?"
"Otherwise?" Wesley leaned closer to Yuna and said, "Who else would save you besides me?"
Yuna subconsciously leaned back to keep a distance between them. "Thank you." After looking around, she asked, "Where is this?"
"My room."
Yuna goggled and almost jumped out of bed. "How can I be in your room!"
Wesley stared deeply at Yuna. He added, "You're also wearing my clothes."
Yuna looked down and saw that her clothes had disappeared. Instead, she was wearing a loose gray home menswear, which made her look like an eight-year-old girl who had stolen the clothes of an adult. It was so large that her shoulders and collarbone were fully exposed.
She then suddenly tightened her neckline and trembled while asking, "Who changed my clothes?"
"Is there a third person besides me and you in this room?" Wesley's slender sly eyes revealed a fascinating evilness.
Yuna was indeed tempted by him. She looked at him with shock and forgot to look away.
In all fairness, Wesley was really good-looking, with a well-defined silhouette and a perfect face, which always made people feel difficult to tell the right and wrong.
If he went to be an actor, he would be able to attract a large number of girls.
However, it seemed to be inconvenient to be a fan at a time like that; he took advantage of her, so getting back at him was the most important!
"Wesley!" Yuna threw a pillow over and said, "You're a villain who takes advantage of others! Shameless! Dirty!"
"..." Wesley did not speak, but hooked his mouth calmly.
Yuna suddenly had a very bad feeling, and cautiously asked, "Is there anything that you didn't tell me?"
Wesley placed his hands in the pockets of his casual pants and said slowly, "I gave you artificial respiration when I picked you up from the bottom of the lake."
"Boom-"
When lightning struck, Yuna couldn't move.
Artificial respiration, which meant that Wesley touched her lips...
She had cherished her first kiss for so many years. While unconscious... it was gone!
"Wesley!" Yuna was like a little tiger who had her teeth pulled out and rushed over from the bed. "I'm going to kill you!"
Yuna knew that she could not beat Wesley when fighting, so she couldn't do that to him. She should just bite and scratch him, only that way would he not hit back.
Wesley did not expect Yuna to use that trick, and scolded coldly, "Yuna, enough!"
Yuna at the moment was full of hatred; her mind was in a chaos and she didn't even think before she spoke. She roared, What!? Give me my first kiss back!
After that, she pushed Wesley hard, who had just taken advantage of the situation and suddenly, she fell into his arms back-first.
In the end, both of them fell on the bed, but Wesley still pressed her.
"What the hell!?"
Yuna used her full strength to push Wesley, but was easily suppressed by him.
Looking at her boss's dark and bottomless eyes, Yuna's heart suddenly swayed and she felt that something was spreading in her heart, and her pulse accelerated.
"That kind of reaction... wasn't that the so-called heartbeat?"
Yuna suddenly panicked, and for the first time in her life, she had the idea of running, but Wesley pressed against her, and she could not move at all.
"Really, was it the first kiss?" Wesley stared at Yuna, and the evil spirits made her feel that he was planning something bad.
Yuna didn't know if it was her own illusion, but Wesley seemed to be laughing inside.
She became more flustered and struggled. "What does it have to do with you?"
"Of course."
Just when Wesley finished talking, the door was suddenly pushed open, and Aunt Helen's voice came in. Xiaoqi, that... Looking at the situation in the room, her voice stopped and seemed unable to accept it. "The children now are..."
The door was slammed shut. Yuna's face had turned into a crisp tomato color, then she grabbed a pillow and slammed it on Wesley's face. "Get out!"
Wesley dodged it and Yuna seized the opportunity to escape and rush out. She almost bumped into Aunt Helen on the stairway.
She didn't know that Aunt Helen had deliberately blocked her.
Yuna was very sorry and she bowed. "Auntie, I am sorry, I didn't notice you."
"It doesn't matter, you didn't hit me." Aunt Helen grabbed Yuna's hand and said, "Come here, first drink a bowl of ginger soup."
"Ah?" Yuna was stunned by Aunt Helen. "No, aunt..."
"Call me Aunt Helen." She pressed Yuna to sit down and gave her the warm ginger soup. "I don't know why you were soaked, but the weather is cold. Drink a bowl of ginger soup so you won't catch a cold."
It was hard to decline; Yuna took the ginger soup and drank it. She then said, Thank you, Auntie, I need to go.
"Don't, don't rush." Aunt Helen quickly pulled Yuna, and looked at the clothes on her body. "The clothes that you changed into are a little larger, but it was the only way, since there are only clothes of mine and Xiaoqi's. You would have surely been disgusted by the clothes of an old woman, so I changed yours with his."
Yuna was confused. "Aunt Helen, my clothes... were changed by you?"
"Yeah," Aunt Helen smiled and said, "Who else do you think did it?"
Yuna tore Wesley in her heart for a thousand times, and squeezed a smile. "Aunt Helen, thank you."
"You are welcome." Aunt Helen patted Yuna's hand and said, "You are the first girl that Xiaoqi has brought home. I should take care of you!"
"Aunt Helen," Yuna asked aimlessly, "The Xiaoqi you mention... is Wesley?"
"Yeah. He is the seventh of his generation in his family. That is his nickname. Now it's only me who calls him that." Aunt Helen smiled very kindly and asked, "What else do you want to know about him? "I can tell you all, I watched him grow up!
Yuna smiled and said, "This is enough."
The well-known Wesley, everyone in city A would call him "Brother Wesley"...his nickname was actually Xiaoqi?
If Wesley dared to scold her someday, she would tell his nickname to the world!
At that time, Wesley's face would turn black.
Thinking of that, Yuna smiled happily. She stood up and thanked Aunt Helen once again. She said politely, "Auntie, I need to go now."
Aunt Helen still wanted to keep Yuna, but she didn't know what excuses to look for.
At that time, Wesley appeared on the stairs, staring coolly at Yuna's back. "Come back."
