Chapter 670 He is Very Satisfied And Gave You A Kiss (1)

It was rare for Brian to be so mysterious.

Her long-term experience told Joanne that if Brian kept being mysterious, something unexpected would happen.

She took Brian's hand and looked at the watch on his wrist. "Okay, I'll start counting down now!"

Brian replied with a "hmm" as if he was very confident.

Joanne could not figure out what was going on.

Brian was so calm. If she was curious, she would lose.

In order to make herself look like she was not curious at all, Joanne turned on the TV and watched a reality show.

Brian had never watched TV, and even if he did, it would only be the financial channel. Joanne thought he would be up to his own business, but he sat still on the sofa, showing no signs of leaving.

Joanne couldn't help poking his arm. "Are you okay?"

Brian said, "I have something to do."

"Why are you still sitting here even though you have something to do?"

Joanne gave Brian a confused look. "You have something to do... then why don't you go and get to it?"

Brian did not answer but guided Joanne instead. "Why don't you ask me what's the matter?"

Joanne replied with an "oh" and asked, "What's the matter?"

Brian put his hand across Joanne's shoulder blade and pulled her into his arms. "I'll keep you company."

"..."

Only then did Joanne realize that it was all a trick.

However, she was willing to fall into such a trap.

In the afternoon, the sun was shining, and the breeze was gentle. The two little guys had fallen asleep. Brian had no business to deal with, and she had nothing to do-it was rare for her to have such leisure time.

Joanne let herself lean in Brian's arms and watched the reality show to wear down time.

It didn't take long for Joanne to feel sleepy, so she leaned on Brian's shoulder and fell asleep.

Brian tilted his head and looked at her. "Shall I carry you back to the room?"

Joanne shook her head and said vaguely, "No."

She didn't want to ruin such a rare leisure time.

However, her "sober progress bar" was obviously unable to hold on. Not long after she finished speaking, her whole body suddenly slipped into Brian's arms, and she was obviously asleep.

Simon happened to see it and asked in a low voice, "Do you want a blanket for your wife?"

"No, I'll take her back to her room."

While speaking, Brian had already hugged Joanne, adjusted a comfortable posture for her, let her rest assured in his arms, and carried her up to the room.

The two little guys were also sleeping in the master bedroom. The brother's and sister's intimate faces were facing each other, and their breathing was in synchrony. The scene was particularly warm.

Brian placed Joanne on the edge of the bed. She groaned, changed into a more comfortable position, and continued to sleep.

Brian pulled the neatly folded quilt at the end of the bed and covered Joanne with it.

In the end, he looked at the adult and the kids on the bed and suddenly felt that he was willing to allow this afternoon to extend infinitely.

Most of his world was here. For him, accompanying them was the greatest happiness.

However, Aiden did not intend to cooperate with his father. It did not take long for him to open his eyes from his sleep. When he saw Brian standing by the bed, he waved his little hand and made a vague syllable to attract Brian's attention.

Brian soon noticed that the little guy woke up, so he made a gesture to him, implying, "Shh." The little guy seemed to know that he couldn't disturb his mother and sister, so he was very obedient and didn't cry.

"Good boy."

Brian picked up Aiden and went back to the children's room to change his diapers, and then took him downstairs.

"Aiden has woken up." Martha came over and said, "Mr. Lambert, go ahead. I'll hold Aiden."

"That's not necessary." Brian patted Aiden's back and said, "I have nothing to do today."

Then Aiden rubbed his sleepy eyes and buried his face in Brian's arms as soon as he turned his head, sighing with satisfaction.

Brian thought that even if something happened, he might not be willing to give the little fellow to Martha.

When Iris arrived, she saw Brian sitting on the sofa in the living room with Aiden in his arms.

Brian was playing with Aiden, and there was a soft smile on his lips, which made him look different from the cold and ruthless Brian of the past.

In the past, Brian was more intimidating, but Iris preferred the current Brian.

Because the current Brian was happier than before.

"Brian." Iris called Brian and walked into the living room.

"Mom." Brian teased the little guy in his arms and told him, "Grandma is here."

Iris had already missed the two little guys so much after not seeing them for half a day. She held Aiden in her arms and asked, "Where is Joanne?"

"She is asleep in the room with Romy," Brian said.

"Let her sleep." Iris caressed Aiden's tender little face and said, "It's really exhausting for her to take care of the two little guys all the time."

"..." Brian did not speak.

Iris glanced at Brian and continued, "When I was young, I only brought you up, and you were as obedient as Aiden. But I still felt tired, not to mention that Joanne also has Romy who could make a scene better than anyone else."

Brian finally understood what Iris was going to say. He smiled and said, "Mom, I know."

Iris nodded with satisfaction. "It's good that you know."

Brian said, "I'll go up to see Joanne and Romy."

Romy might have inherited Joanne's habit of sleeping much; she cried more than her brother and slept longer than her brother. Brian thought that she and Joanne would sleep longer. When he opened the door, he saw that both were awake, and Joanne was feeding her milk.

Surprised, he walked into the room. "When did Romy wake up? Did she cry?"

Joanne smiled. "She didn't cry."

It was strange that Romy always liked to attract people's attention by crying. But today, Joanne didn't know when Romy had woken up at all. She just vaguely felt that there was a hand touching her face in her sleep.

She thought it was Brian, but Brian's hand was not so small, and his touch was not so soft.

When she opened her eyes, she saw that it was Romy.

The little fellow somehow woke up. She opened her clear and bright eyes and put her little hand on her Joanne face. She didn't cry or make a fuss. When she saw her mother wake up, she raised the corner of her mouth as if she was smiling and uttered a vague syllable that couldn't be heard clearly.

For a moment, Joanne's heart was so soft that she didn't feel sleepy at all. She got up and picked up her daughter. The little girl rubbed herself in her mothers arms like a spoiled child. Joanne checked the time and found that it was time to feed her.

When Romy was full, Brian happened to return to the room.

Joanne held her daughter to Brian and asked, "Where is Xi Yu? Who is with him?"

"Aiden is downstairs," Brian said, "Mom is here."

With Iris looking after Aiden, Joanne was very relieved. "Oh," she said, "then I'll go and get some milk for Aiden."

After taking the milk downstairs, Martha took Romy away. Only then did Brian remind Joanne, "Have you forgotten something?"

Joanne thought for a while, and her mind was filled with the time when Aiden and Romy were supposed to drink milk, drink water, and change diapers.

The problem was that she didn't forget these things.

She looked at Brian in confusion. "What?"

Brian was obviously unhappy and approached Joanne. "Try to think it over?"

"Is it related to Aiden and Romy?" Joanne recalled every detail again and said with certainty, "No!"

This time, Brian's tone was even unhappy, and he reminded her, "It's already been two hours!"

Joanne suddenly remembered that she had promised Brian that she would read the news two hours later.

Brian's voice was very deep, and there was no emotion in it. "If I hadn't reminded you, would you completely forget it?"

"No!" Joanne shook her head with certainty. "It's just that I need some time to recall..."

Brian forced Joanne into a corner and asked in a dangerous tone, "Then how do you remember when Aiden and Romy should drink milk so clearly?"

Joanne was stunned and stared at Brian incredulously. "Mr. Lambert, are you jealous?"

Brian admitted it bluntly. "Yes."

Joanne burst into laughter. All of a sudden, she wanted to admire Brian's current state.

She didn't forget that Brian used to be jealous all the time.

However, since she was pregnant, she had been staying at home. The men she had met most often were Gavin and Chris. It had been a long time since Brian had become a jealous man.

After such a long time, he finally found a new person he could be jealous of. In fact, it was not easy.

Joanne tried to appease him. "There are too many things. It's normal for me to forget one or two from time to time."

Brian frowned. "Why did you just forget about my stuff?"

Joanne blinked her eyes and said innocently and honestly, "Because your matter is the least important..."

After that, Joanne realized that she had said something wrong.

"Damn it..."

As expected, the very next second, Brian leaned on her. "Say it again?"

"She is doomed after saying that only once."

"If she says it again, would she be worse?"

Joanne stood on tiptoe and kissed Brian's lips decisively. "I won't forget next time!"

Brian touched the spot which had been kissed by Joanne, and the anger in his heart had been extinguished.

However, should he pretend to be still very angry?

Joanne didn't know what Brian was thinking, but she felt that his anger was dissipating. She hurriedly said, "I'm going to read the news now!"

Brian looked at Martha and Iris, who were not far behind him, and decided to let go of Joanne for the time being.

Anyway, there was still much time left for the day, and there was also a long night...

The opportunity could not be missed, so Joanne ran upstairs quickly.

She thought she would see the news related to herself, but she only saw a video interview when she opened the news website

The title was very straightforward.

"The conclusion of the debate-What did Brian and Miley do after entering the hotel according to the staff of the hotel?

The person who was interviewed was the staff of the hotel where Miley resided. And the name of the reporter was a little familiar. Joanne thought for a moment and realized that it was the reporter who took photos of her and Brian in the suite last night.

This kind of five-star hotel paid great attention to the privacy of its guests. Generally speaking, the staff would not easily reveal what had happened to the guests in the hotel.

This time, it was obvious that someone had instructed him. The staff turned his back to the camera and told them exactly what had happened after Brian and Miley entered the hotel...
