Chapter 916 Brother Wesley Seemed to Kill Yuna

Wesley looked at Yuna in disbelief.

He didn't want to face the fact that Yuna did not care to explain and admitted everything.

Or rather, he didn't want to face what Yuna had admitted to.

He had made a real effort to trap Yuna into coming back for the memory card and successfully kept her around.

Even though Yuna had refused to tell the truth after she came back, he took the initiative to reveal the so-called "truth".

Yuna had been hesitant. He didn't know what she was worried about, so he proposed to her.

Marriage was like a rebirth for ordinary people. He was willing to start a new life with Yuna, which was enough to show how much Yuna meant to him.

Then Yuna agreed to marry him after everything was settled.

This meant that Yuna also wanted to spend the rest of her life with him, right?

But what was her sentence supposed to mean?

She didn't want their child at all, nor had she trusted him. Instead, she had never doubted Rowdy?

Did Yuna really kill their child with her own hands?

Wesley instinctively refused to believe anything Yuna said.

He quickly calmed down and found an excuse for Yuna. He asked, "You did this for Aunt Iris, didn't you? You lied to me because you want to go back and save her, right?"

Yuna slowly opened her eyes and looked at Wesley.

It was useless for Wesley to realize this at this time.

Aunt Helen and Aunt Iris had been kidnapped by Rowdy because of her. Brian would definitely have to pay a heavy price to get Aunt Iris back.

More than a year ago, she almost caused Brian and Joanne to divorce.

Now, she could no longer get Brian into trouble.

As an apology to Brian, she should save Aunt Iris for him.

Besides this, if her child really had no signs of life, what was the point of staying with Wesley? Just to let Wesley watch the baby and herself die in succession?

If so, she would rather make Wesley hate her.

She had said before that it was much better to hate someone than to love someone who would die soon.

As she was thinking of this, the look in her eyes became frosty. Her beautiful fair-skinned face showed only coldness.

She looked at Wesley and said slowly, "Wesley, don't deceive yourself anymore. Do you know how ridiculous you sound when you tried to find excuses for me?"

"Yuna, shut up!" Something seemed to spurt from Wesley's eyes. He ordered coldly, "Come with me!"

"Wesley, don't be naive!" Yuna suddenly raised her voice and said, "Actually, your guess is right. I bought Mifepristone as soon as I found out that I was pregnant. I have never believed you! I promised to marry you just to stall for time, do you understand?!"

A stalling tactic...

Wesley remembered very clearly that Rowdy had said the same thing.

That day, Rowdy told him on the phone, "How do you know that marrying you isn't Yuna's way of stalling?"

Ah, what a tacit understanding Yuna and Rowdy both had.

Wesley felt like there was a sharp scalpel cutting the surface of his heart. Then, a hand with the white glove dived into his heart, took out some things, and threw them into the trash bin.

He glanced at them-they were his final love and tolerance for Yuna.

Final.

"Do you have any other questions?" Yuna asked, "Oh, you must wonder why I chose to take Mifepristone today, right?"

"..." Wesley neither admitted nor denied it. He just stared at Yuna, his look becoming frosty and his expression scarier by the second.

Yuna was ready to risk everything. She continued fearlessly, "You are right about another thing. I did take the pills partially because of Aunt Iris. I don't want to see her get hurt again. But the major reason is that I don't want to stay with you anymore!"

Wesley sneered and said, "I believe you."

It was an undeniable fact that Yuna had killed his child when she took the drugs.

If the baby was still alive, he might have suspected that Yuna did this just to save Aunt Iris.

However, if Yuna really loved him and wanted to stay with him, she would not kill their child to save Aunt Iris.

Yuna could do such a cruel thing only because, as she said, she had never trusted him and she even didn't want to stay around him anymore.

Even if Yuna didn't hurt the child, she would find another way to escape.

It had always been his own wishful thinking about the relationship between himself and Yuna.

It grieved Yuna when she heard Wesley saying that he believed her. But she pretended to be relieved and said sarcastically, "Finally, you're wising up!"

She was mocking Wesley for trusting her so much before.

Then Yuna smiled and said, "In that case, let me tell you my real plan."

"Go ahead, I'm listening," Wesley took a step forward, stopped in front of Yuna, and said as he looked at her, "Let's see if I have the impulse to kill you when you finish."

"..."

Yuna felt a chill of fear. It seemed that the cold-blooded Wesley was back. He no longer cared about her, would not reach a compromise with her, or be merciful toward her.

As expected, Wesley continued, "Yuna, this time, I will send you to accompany my child in person.

It was not true that Yuna was not afraid.

However, as the show had come to this point, she couldn't reveal her purpose at this time.

Otherwise, Wesley would really kill her.

Yuna concealed her panic quietly and said in a calm tone, "I was going to pretend to have an accidental miscarriage so that you would send me to the hospital. As long as I leave the top of the mountain, I would have a chance to escape. I didn't expect you to come back so suddenly that I didn't have time to throw the bottle away. But it doesn't matter. Anyway, it all ended the same way."

Wesley sneered and said, "Yuna, how did you feel when you took the medicine?"

Yuna spread out her hands casually, answering, "Nothing special, just like taking pills for colds. The only difference is that cold pills are used to relieve the symptoms. But the drugs I took today will solve a big problem for me."

She didn't feel anything when she took the medicine.

For her, the child was a big problem.

Wesley was completely infuriated this time.

He could tolerate everything about Yuna. If Yuna aborted the child for some special reason, he could even forgive her and take her back to recuperate.

However, he couldn't stand Yuna's nonchalant way of describing their child as "a problem".

It could only mean that Yuna had never wanted to keep this child.

She had never loved him at all.

He had thought that Yuna knew the truth and that she had returned to Rowdy to spy on him. But in fact, it was just his wishful thinking.

No wonder no matter what he said, even if he proposed to her, Yuna had never admitted that she knew the truth or that she was working undercover.

In that case, did their days at the top of the mountain make any sense?

This moment was probably the most ironic time throughout Wesley's whole life.

The smile on his lips became obvious and colder. "Yuna, very good," he said.

As soon as he finished talking, he suddenly grabbed Yuna's wrist and dragged her out.

Yuna suppressed her panic and asked, "Wesley, where are you taking me to?"

Wesley forcefully pressed Yuna against the wall.

Yuna was stunned and then sneered. "Wesley, is this the only trick you know?" She asked.

"You're reading too much into it," Wesley glanced at Yuna with disgust, "Yuna, when I think that I slept with you, I feel... disgusted."

Yuna felt a stab of sadness, but she pretended to be surprised and looked into Wesley's eyes, saying, "What a coincidence!"

In other words, their intercourse disgusted her too.

As expected, Wesley's face became darker. He said through gritted teeth, "You won."

Before Yuna could react, she was rudely pulled out by Wesley.

Kai had been waiting outside. When he saw them, he asked in a hurry, "Brother Wesley, what's wrong?" Wesley walked so fast that Kai could only catch up with him quickly.

Wesley roared in a low voice without looking back, "Don't follow me!"

Kai froze on the spot.

He suddenly had a feeling that Brother Wesley was going to kill Yuna.

What did Yuna do? Did Brother Wesley really want to end her life?

Kai suddenly thought of Aunt Helen. At this time, finding Aunt Helen was the smartest choice.

Knowing the situation, Aunt Helen asked Kai to take her to Wesley as soon as possible.

At this time, Wesley had already taken Yuna out of the OB/GYN Department. Aunt Helen happened to see them when she came out of the inpatient building of the surgical department.

"Little Seven," Aunt Helen shouted, "what happened between you and Yuna?"

Wesley didn't answer. He opened the car door and pushed Yuna into the car more roughly than before.

How could a pregnant woman be treated like this?

Aunt Helen's face turned pale. She ran over and asked, "Little Seven, what are you going to do to Yuna?"

Wesley acted as if he didn't hear Aunt Helen's words. He pressed hard on the accelerator and drove away from the hospital.

Aunt Helen sighed and almost fainted.

Kai hurriedly held the old lady and said, "Aunt Helen, let me take you back to the ward."

It was normal that he couldn't stop Wesley.

However, even Aunt Helen couldn't stop Wesley now, which made things completely abnormal.

No matter what Yuna had done, she could only survive by luck at this time.

Kai quietly made the sign of the cross and prayed to various gods that Yuna could survive this day safely...
