Chapter 106 You Did Well

Sierra Moore turned to look at him with a flattering smile. "Nathan Shaw, can we sign up too?"

Nathan Shaw looked at the excited couples, then he looked at the people around him and decisively refused, "No."

"But"

Sierra Moore held his hand and refused to let him go. She looked at him pitifully. The injury on her head made him reluctant to refuse. "I want that rabbit."

However, as Mr. Shaw, it was unworthy of his status participating in such a low-level roadside promotion. He comforted the person around him, "Be good. I'll buy it for you at the mall later."

However, Sierra Moore was unwilling. She shook her head and said, "That's different."

Nathan Shaw did not understand what was different. Just as he was about to speak, he saw that Sierra Moore had already limped over to sign up. "Hello, I want to sign up."

That person looked up at her and said with some difficulty, "Miss, I am really sorry. Only a couple can participate."

"I am with my boyfriend." Sierra Moore turned to look at Nathan Shaw. He was standing a few steps away, but she could not see the expression on his face.

She thought to herself, "He is such a domineering and powerful person. I guess he should not be willing to submit!"

"I'm sorry. I won't participate." Sierra Moore lowered her head sadly.

Her head became heavy as a familiar palm gently ruffled her hair. Sierra Moore quickly raised her head and saw Nathan Shaw standing behind her. "We will participate."

"Nathan Shaw!"

Sierra Moore looked at him for a moment and suddenly smiled. Her eyebrows were curved. "I like you so much."

Looking at her smiling face from the bottom of her heart, Nathan Shaw felt his heart move. What he heard was that one sentence. He thought to himself, "She clearly said the word like. She said she liked me!"

Nathan Shaw's eyes warmed. He lowered his head and leaned over. "What did you say?"

Sierra Moore felt regretful after she finished speaking. "I didn't say anything," Sierra Moore said as she turned her red face to the side with a lack of confidence.

Just at this time, the registration ended. The host shouted with a loudspeaker in his hand, "The registered couples, please come over."

People who registered all crowded to the designated square. Sierra Moore stared at the rabbit and quickly stuffed her hand into his. "Let's hurry over."

Nathan Shaw instantly held her hand. However, when he saw the crowd of men and women in the venue, he frowned with dissatisfaction. He thought to himself, "Could I quit now?"

There were a total of eleven couples signed up, and everyone lined up in two rows according to the requirements.

When Nathan Shaw was dragged over by Sierra Moore, almost everyone looked at them. There was no way around it. This person was a transcendent existence wherever he went. He always could make people turn back.

The male was handsome and the female was beautiful. This pair was too eye-catching. Even the host could not help but take a few more glances. It was a pity that such a beautiful girl was actually disabled.

Perhaps it was because the male host's gaze was too direct, when he was swept by Nathan Shaw's cold gaze, his heart trembled and he no longer dared to stare at Sierra Moore.

He coughed twice, held the microphone, and said, "Hello friends, hello everyone. Welcome to our game and now I'll announce the rules of the game."

"First of all, to ensure the fairness of the game, we must prove your identity as a couple."

As soon as he finished speaking, the people below broke into a big commotion. They thought to themselves, "How could the identity of a couple be proved?"

The host was obviously experienced. He smiled and said, "This is simple. As long as you hug and kiss in public for more than five seconds, it can prove that you are really a couple. If you can't do it, then I'm sorry to ask you to leave."

As soon as he finished speaking, some people already responded, and some people left awkwardly.

Sierra Moore was frightened by an affectionate couple beside her. She quickly pulled Nathan Shaw's hand and said, "Nathan Shaw, I don't want to play anymore. Let's go!"

She pulled his hand, but he didn't move. Sierra Moore turned around and saw that person's deep eyes.

"Don't you want a gift?" Nathan Shaw looked at her with his deep eyes and did not blink.

Sierra Moore was a little flustered by his gaze. She lowered her eyes slightly and said, "But..."

"But what?"

Her palm-sized face was lifted up by him. He looked down at her. The distance between them was so close that she could almost see how many eyelashes he had. Sierra Moore was so scared that she quickly closed her eyes.

She thought to herself, "He's so handsome!"

When he saw that she closed her eyes in fear, a smile flashed across Nathan Shaw's eyes. The corner of his lips revealed his good mood.

She did not refuse, and Nathan Shaw naturally did not stand on ceremony. At this moment, Mr. Shaw suddenly felt that the decision to participate in the game seemed to be not bad.

Sierra Moore was captured by the handsome trap, and her mind was dizzy. Only when the host's voice rang out did she realize what she had done and hurriedly reached out to push him.

Nathan Shaw looked at her with a dissatisfied expression. He looked insatiable.

After this round of elimination, there were still seven couples left.

The host continued to explain the rules of the game, "There will be three matches next. Two pairs will be eliminated in each match. The winner of the last match will receive our prizes."

The first match was to eat a sponge finger. The couple bit the two sides of the sponge finger separately and began to eat it when they received orders. In this process, they could not use their hands.

They would win once the distance was less than one centimeter. If they failed halfway, they could start again. According to the order of completion, two pairs of contestants who spent the longest time would be eliminated.

After listening to the rules, Sierra Moore was completely stunned. She clearly could not understand why there was such a match.

When she saw the sponge fingers sent by the organizers, she felt extremely regretful. She couldn't help but wonder if it was too late to quit now.

Nathan Shaw looked down at the long sponge finger in his hand and couldn't help but curve the corner of his mouth. The more he thought about it, the more he felt that the decision to join this game with her was very good.

When he raised his head, he had already returned to his casual appearance. It was the complete opposite of Sierra Moore's conflicted expression.

"Open your mouth."

He handed the biscuit over. Sierra Moore was used to being "enslaved" by him, and she almost reflexively opened her mouth to bite the biscuit.

As the two rows of teeth closed, with a click, the biscuit broke into two pieces.

The competition had yet to begin, but the biscuit was no longer useful. Sierra Moore looked at Nathan Shaw awkwardly. "I'm sorry! I didn't do it on purpose."

In fact, what she wanted to say was, "Eldest Young Master, don't you dislike showing up in public?"

"How about we leave?"

Nathan Shaw looked at the half biscuit in his hand and was stunned for a moment.

When he heard her apology, the corners of his mouth suddenly curved up and he looked at her with a faint smile. "The competition hasn't started yet, but you are so impatient."

Sierra Moore obviously didn't mean that, but Nathan Shaw had a careless look. In the eyes of others, it really seemed that she was too impatient.

Sierra Moore was so angry that she puffed up her cheeks. Anyway, she had never won an argument with him.

It was not considered a foul before the competition. The organizers did not want the handsome man and beautiful woman to lose without a fight, so the host brought a biscuit over and said to Sierra Moore ambiguously, "Miss, don't be impatient this time!"

With this teasing, Sierra Moore felt so embarrassed that her face turned hot.

Nathan Shaw took the biscuit, but he did not put it into her mouth like before. Instead, he looked at her thoughtfully.

Sierra Moore was frightened by his gaze. Just as she was about to ask him, she heard him say, "Who am I?"

Sierra Moore thought to herself, "What kind of problem is this?"

Although Sierra Moore had doubts in her heart, she still replied, "You are Nathan Shaw!"

"That's right." Nathan Shaw nodded and said casually, "I am Nathan Shaw, so..."

"So?" Sierra Moore looked at him. "So what?"

On the other side, the host had already announced the countdown to the last ten seconds. The game would begin when the contestants heard the shouts start ten seconds later, and they could immediately raise their hands to signal once they finished.

The other couples were already biting on their biscuits, ready to start at any time. On the other side, Nathan Shaw still looked leisurely.

He played with the biscuit in his hand and said to her in the same tone as usual, "So, we cannot lose."

Sierra Moore thought to herself, "Because you're Nathan Shaw, we cannot lose?"

Sierra Moore was uncertain. She looked at him carefully and asked, "Then what if, I mean what if we accidentally lose?"

"What do you think?" Nathan Shaw looked at her with a faint smile.

Being stared at by his meaningful gaze, Sierra Moore was just about to say something when she heard the countdown start. "Three, two, one."

"Begin!"

Sierra Moore could no longer remember when the biscuit was placed on her lips. She only remembered what Nathan Shaw had said.

"We cannot lose!"

Therefore, when the host shouted, Sierra Moore bit down on the biscuit and try hard to eat.

Crack! Crack! Bang! Bang!

The biscuit was not long and she finished it in a few bites. When she touched his cold lips, that moment of touch woke her up. Sierra Moore hurriedly pushed him away. It was unknown whose heart was the first to beat wildly.

He was just casually biting the biscuit, waiting for her to send it up herself.

However, Sierra Moore was too nervous just now and actually forgot to leave a section of it for judgment. This time, it was all eaten up.

Some couples had already raised their hands after they finished it. After the measurement, it was confirmed that the distance was less than a centimeter and they successfully advanced to the next match.

Hearing the cheers of the others, Sierra Moore lowered her head in disappointment. When the hand holding Nathan Shaw's sleeve slid down, it was caught by another hand and slowly raised up.

Sierra Moore looked up at him in surprise and saw him take out a small section of biscuit from his lips. Based on visual estimation, it was less than a centimeter.

So powerful!

Looking at her adorable expression, Nathan Shaw patted her head in a rewarding manner. "You did well just now!"

Now Sierra Moore's face turned completely red.

After this round of the biscuit-eating game, among seven couples, two pairs were eliminated, leaving five pairs to enter the next round.

This time, it was a test of tacit understanding. When the host asked a question, the couple should respectively write the answers on the question boards. If their answers were similar to each other, they would win.

The five groups of contestants would answer questions during the same period. The two pairs with the least number of correct questions would be eliminated.

Soon, it was Sierra Moore and Nathan Shaw's turn. The host sat down in between the two of them.

Sierra Moore was a little nervous, her mind constantly thinking about what she should do if she did not guess correctly and lost.

The five minutes countdown began, and the host began to ask questions.

"May I ask where you two met?"

Nathan Shaw and Sierra Moore put down their pens almost at the same time, and then they opened the answer boards under the guidance of the host.

Sierra Moore glanced at Nathan Shaw. What she wrote was "at the airport".

Nathan Shaw flipped open the board, and the word "funeral" appeared on the paper.
