Jack Lee pressed his hand on her shoulder and turned her around. "Sisi, I know that I have missed a very, very long period of your life. But I still want to ask you, do you still have me in your heart now?
"Do you still love me?"
The word "love" suddenly awakened the person who was wailing.
Sierra Moore looked up at him, then she suddenly reached out and pushed him away.
"Sisi?" Jack Lee looked at her in disbelief. She actually pushed him away without hesitation.
Sierra Moore did not dare to look at Jack Lee's painful expression. She stood up and lowered her head to look at her toes, tears falling.
"Jackie, I'm sorry. I'm already with Nathan Shaw. I can't betray him."
She suddenly raised her head and looked at him. "Jackie, just treat it as me betraying our previous oath. Just treat it as me letting you down. Don't come to me again in the future."
Seeing Sierra Moore turn around and leave, Jack Lee hurriedly got up to chase her, but he was stopped by someone.
Sierra Moore did not know that her words had been heard by someone. She only knew that she could not let Jack Lee catch up. She could not see his injured expression and could not face him at all.
Maybe because she ran too fast and was in a hurry to leave, she bumped into someone in the end.
The one bumped was even more miserable than being bumped into. Sierra Moore was knocked to the ground, and the silver dress spread out under her as if it was stained with a ray of cool moonlight.
"Miss, are you alright?" A voice sounded above her head. It was the person that Sierra Moore had bumped into.
Sierra Moore had no time to rub her butt. She raised her head and saw a person standing in front of her.
This person was very tall and was the highest among the people she had seen.
He was wearing a silver suit with a gray and white striped tie on the outside of the blue shirt. His delicate facial features under the moonlight made him look as if he walked out of a painting, which made her fall into his blue eyes in an instant.
That person, he looked down at the woman sitting on the ground. It seemed that he did not intend to reach out and pull her. He just repeated it in a faint tone, "Miss, are you okay?"
"Ah!" Sierra Moore suddenly came to her senses and realized that she had been staring at the other party's face all this time. She really didn't know any shame.
Sierra Moore cursed herself in her heart for being infatuated. She quickly waved her hands and said, "I'm fine. I'm fine."
She quickly got up and wiped the tears off her face. She looked at the other party with some embarrassment. "I'm sorry! I dirtied your clothes."
The man looked down at the shoe prints on his trousers and frowned. When he looked up at her, there was a faint smile on his face. "Your clothes are dirty too."
"Really?" Sierra Moore quickly lowered her head to look at her clothes. The layer upon layer of her dress was covered in dust.
She thought to herself, "Well, how am I going to meet people now?"
The phone in her bag kept vibrating. Sierra Moore took it out and saw that it was Nathan Shaw calling.
She thought to herself, "I just came out for so long, but I didn't think of telling him. He can't find me inside, so he should be worried!"
"Where are you?" Nathan Shaw's forbearing voice came from the phone.
Sierra Moore looked around and sadly discovered that she was lost.
Naturally, she did not dare to speak the truth to Nathan Shaw. Moreover, she had just met Jack Lee. Hearing the steady breathing on the other side of the line, Sierra Moore said hesitantly, "I'm outside."
There was a moment of silence. Sierra Moore felt that the air around her suddenly froze. Finally, she gritted her teeth and said as if she had accepted her fate, "Well, I don't know where this place is either. I seem to be lost."
Sierra Moore could almost imagine the frown on Nathan Shaw's face. She held her breath and waited to be scolded, but she heard him say, "I see."
The other side only said "I see" and hung up the phone.
Sierra Moore looked at her phone pitifully, thinking to herself, "Is Mr. Shaw giving up on saving me?"
There was the sound of clothes rubbing against each other. Only then did Sierra Moore remember that there was another person. When she thought of what she had just said about getting lost, her face flushed red with embarrassment.
It was unknown whether it was an illusion or not, but Sierra Moore seemed to see a flash of ridicule in those eyes. When she wanted to take a closer look, she only saw a perfect courtesy.
"Since you have a friend coming, then goodbye!"
Sierra Moore said goodbye to him.
He had already walked far away, but she still could not bear to look away. In fact, she had never seen such a handsome man.
Unlike Nathan Shaw and Jack Lee, this man only had half of Chinese blood. His excessively white skin and naturally curly hair made him look more handsome.
Especially his eyes, which were blue, were as clear as a pool of blue lake water.
When Nathan Shaw found Sierra Moore, she was kicking the weeds at her feet in boredom. Her clothes were dirty, like a princess who had escaped.
"What happened?" Nathan Shaw walked over with large strides, his brows involuntarily furrowing as he looked at her from head to toe in disgust.
Being rejected so bluntly by him, Sierra Moore lowered her head guiltily and stammered, "Well, I accidentally fell down just now."
Nathan Shaw thought to himself, "Some people could even fall down when walking!"
Nathan Shaw's eyebrows twitched. His gaze swept past her smooth shoulders and back. When she came out, she didn't even put on her coat. He felt she was really worrying.
Although he really wanted to scold her in his heart, he still could not see her being frozen.
Nathan Shaw took off his coat and draped it over her. He glanced at her indifferently. "Why did you suddenly leave the ball just now?"
Sierra Moore's heart skipped a beat. She rolled her eyes and said guiltily, "It's too stuffy inside. I came out to get some fresh air."
She thought to herself, "Speaking of which, he didn't even ask where I was on the phone just now. How did he find me?
"It was amazing!"
Sierra Moore was still imagining Mr. Shaw's special ability in her mind, but she did not notice that Nathan Shaw's hands that were tidying her clothes stopped for a moment.
It was only a momentary pause. Nathan Shaw tidied up her coat and bent over to help her remove the dust and dried leaves on her dress. "Did you see anyone when you came out?" He asked casually.
Almost immediately, Sierra Moore thought that he saw her with Jack Lee, so she took a step back in fear and avoided Nathan Shaw's hands.
Nathan Shaw looked up at her and slowly straightened up. He wanted to touch her hair but she subconsciously avoided him.
However, she underestimated Nathan Shaw's persistence. Seeing him take a small branch from her hair, Sierra Moore knew that she was using the heart of a villain to measure the heart of a gentleman. Her face suddenly turned red.
Nathan Shaw no longer looked at her. He turned around and said, "Let's go!"
Seeing his cold side face, Sierra Moore felt a pain in her heart. She reached out and wrapped her arms around his waist. "Nathan Shaw, I just saw Ethan Quinn."
In the dark, his eyes suddenly flashed. He patted the back of her hands and said, "Don't worry. He won't be proud for long."
When she returned to the charity party, Sierra Moore did not see Jack Lee and heaved a sigh of relief. She actually did not want these two people to meet each other.
The scene when the last time they saw each other outside Marseilles Hospital was still fresh in her memory.
Until the end of the party, Jack Lee did not appear again. Sierra Moore thought that what she said just now might really hurt him.
When they left, Nathan Shaw asked Ken to go back first and then he drove away with Sierra Moore.
The car did not return to the villa but went straight to the port.
As soon as Sierra Moore got out of the car, she could smell the salty smell. The sea breeze hit her face and it still hurt a little.
Sierra Moore was still wearing Nathan Shaw's coat. The cold sea breeze made her shrink back. She turned to look at the person behind her and asked, "Nathan Shaw, why are we here?"
Nathan Shaw parked the car and walked over. He held her hand as they walked toward the port. "To the sea."
Sierra Moore thought to herself, "Why are we going to the sea in the middle of the night?"
Sierra Moore muttered, but she could feel that Nathan Shaw was in a bad mood. She did not dare to provoke this man, so she could only let him pull her onto a private yacht.
The yacht had three floors. When Nathan Shaw and Sierra Moore came up, the yacht started and slowly left the brightly lit port.
This was the first time Sierra Moore was on a yacht. She was a little curious and scared.
On the deck, she did not dare to get close to the railing for fear of accidentally falling into the sea.
The speed of the yacht was getting faster and faster. Sierra Moore looked back and slowly could not see the light of the port. There was only a lighthouse flickering in the distance.
Nathan Shaw instructed the people on the yacht and turned to look for Sierra Moore.
When he came over, Sierra Moore was standing on the deck and enjoying the wind. Her wavy hair was scattered, adding a trace of charm to her.
Her body was still draped in his coat. When the wind blew, the two empty sleeves fluttered.
Hearing the footsteps behind him, Sierra Moore turned around and smiled at him. "Nathan Shaw, where are we going?"
"To the sea." Nathan Shaw hugged her from behind and rested his head on her shoulder. He asked, "Have you ever seen the sea surface when the sun just rose? It's very beautiful."
"Really?" Sierra Moore wanted to turn around to look at him, but he bit her lips and ate them bit by bit. His actions were gentle and full of love.
At night, Nathan Shaw drank a lot of wine. At such a close distance, Sierra Moore was almost drunk just by smelling him, let alone in this situation where they exchanged breaths.
She hated the smell of alcohol and wanted to reach out to push him, but she could not use any strength.
A kiss was obviously not enough, and the pair of eyes in the dark flashed with a faint light.
Behind him was the surging seawater. It was beating rhythmically against the hull of the yacht. The salty sea wind brushed against his face, giving off the magic that made his heart beat wildly.
Sierra Moore leaned back against the railing. Half of her body leaned out. She felt that her hair had fallen into the sea. She was so scared that she screamed, "I'm going to fall. Nathan Shaw, I'm going to fall into the sea."
Mr. Shaw was obviously angry in his heart. He did not understand at all how to show tender affection. He just wanted her here.
Sierra Moore held his arms in fear, afraid that she would fall down and afraid that someone would come up to the deck and see them like this, so she cried and begged him, "Nathan Shaw, Nathan Shaw, stop messing around. Someone is coming!"
"They do not dare to come up." After Mr. Shaw finished speaking, he lowered his head to block that chattering mouth.
