Chapter 179 Be Disgusted

Sierra Moore had just taken a bite and couldn't help but vomit on the plate. She said with a disgusted look, "What exactly did Wendy put inside this fried egg?"

Mr. Shaw's expression changed. He lowered his head to look at the golden fried egg on the plate. It was charred on the outside and tender on the inside. It looked the same as what Wendy had done every day. There didn't seem to be anything wrong!

However, Sierra Moore did not look like she was lying, so he cut a piece and put it in his mouth.

He thought to himself, "Oh, what is this smell?"

Nathan Shaw originally wanted to spit it out, but he endured it and swallowed it. He even said seriously, "I think it's pretty good. Don't be too picky."

Sierra Moore thought to herself, "Hey, hey, hey, who is the one being picky?"

It was unknown what had been put inside the fried egg, but it was bitter and astringent. Sierra Moore couldn't swallow it at all, but Nathan Shaw swallowed it without changing his expression.

Sierra Moore thought to herself, "He is usually the picky one. How could he be so abnormal today?"

Sierra Moore looked at Nathan Shaw speechlessly, then she pushed her plate over and said, "Then, you can have my portion too."

Nathan Shaw was speechless.

He thought to himself, "This incurable idiot!"

Since the fried egg, Sierra Moore reached for the bread and took a piece in her hand to look at it. "Eh? Is today's bread smeared with chocolate sauce?"

After taking a bite, she immediately twisted her face and said, "Ugh, why is it so bitter?"

Nathan Shaw was speechless.

It turned out that the bread was not smeared with chocolate sauce, but was burnt.

"Am I not awake yet? How did Wendy's skills become so bad?" Sierra Moore looked at the breakfast on the table and still could not believe it.

As he heard Sierra Moore's pertinent evaluation, Nathan Shaw's face turned very ugly. Although he had high achievements in other aspects, it was the first time he cooked for her.

For the sake of this table of breakfast, he got up to prepare before dawn and used up all the eggs in the refrigerator to make these two finished products.

He thought to himself, "Not only did she not know how to be grateful, she even dared to dislike it?"

God must have felt that he had been living too peacefully these past few years, which was why he sent such an idiot to anger him.

"I don't know what's going on with Wendy. The food is so unpalatable. Nathan Shaw, you should stop eating. I'll go to the kitchen to see if there is anything else to eat."

Sierra Moore was still worried that breakfast was too unpalatable when she saw Mr. Shaw throw the knife and fork on the table. "There is only this today. Do you want to eat it or not?"

Criticism had always been Mr. Shaw's exclusive property. Since when was it her turn to be picky?

Whether she liked it or not, Eldest Young Master would not serve her!

Sierra Moore looked at the person who lost his temper for no reason and was confused. She did not know where she had provoked him again.

Sierra Moore was completely shocked when she saw Nathan Shaw holding a fried egg on a piece of charred bread. She grabbed her hair and asked carefully, "Um, Nathan Shaw, are you feeling unwell?"

In fact, Sierra Moore suspected that Nathan Shaw was ill again. Otherwise, why was he so abnormal?

However, she did not dare to ask so directly. George Young had reminded her that she should not mention this matter in front of Nathan Shaw, lest she provoked him.

"I'm fine. You don't have to worry about me!"

Nathan Shaw seemed to be really angry. He took a bite of the bread. The expression on his face was a bit ferocious. He felt that he was not eating bread, but the person sitting next to him.

Sierra Moore was frightened by his ferocious expression and felt goosebumps all over her body.

Perhaps it was because it was really too hard to eat, but before Nathan Shaw finished eating, he threw the food on the plate. He thought to himself, "She could ruin my intentions if she wants to!"

"From now on, if I, Nathan Shaw, enter the kitchen again, I will be an idiot!"

Nathan Shaw's face was gloomy. He swept all the things on the table into the trash can. Then, without even looking at Sierra Moore, he went upstairs.

During the whole process, Sierra Moore was still in a state of absence. By the time she came back to her senses, the breakfast had already entered the trash can.

"Hey, Nathan Shaw, wait for me!"

Sierra Moore chased him, but she was locked outside by Mr. Shaw. If she hadn't dodged in time, she would have almost hit the door.

"Why are you throwing a tantrum?"

Sierra Moore curled her lips. Sometimes, she really could not understand this young master.

After being bothered by Nathan Shaw, Sierra Moore was no longer in the mood to make breakfast. She directly took the car key and went out.

The place where she had agreed to meet with Sophie Lucas was the Impression City Mall next to the city center. Eldest daughter of said that there was a shop here that was very good at making sweets.

Sierra Moore just happened to not have breakfast. When she arrived at the store, she ordered something to eat first and then called Sophie Lucas, "I'm here. How long do you need?"

"So early?" Sophie Lucas looked at the time on her watch and said, "Wait for me in twenty minutes."

Sierra Moore loved sitting in a corner by the window the most. She said that the view there was the best.

"Oh, you have actually started eating?" Sophie Lucas asked as soon as she came in.

She put the bag in her hand on the table and turned to the waiter who followed her. "A cheesecake and a cup of caramel Macchiato."

"What is this?"

Sierra Moore curiously looked at the bag on the table. It was a big bag!

As she saw Sierra Moore reach out her evil hand, the corner of Sophie Lucas's mouth curved up and she said with a smirk, "A birthday present for you!"

"Birthday present?" Sierra Moore asked, surprised. "Are you going to tell me that it's my birthday today?"

"What else? Is it my birthday?" Sophie Lucas rolled her eyes.

"Please, you don't even remember your own birthday. Are you already at your old age?" Sophie Lucas couldn't help but criticize Sierra Moore as she saw her face full of puzzlement.

"I've been too busy these days!" Sierra Moore was suddenly filled with grief and indignation.

In the bag was a paper box with a bow tie. "It's so tight. What's in it?"

Sierra Moore tried to open the box. Sophie Lucas smiled and slapped her hands away. She stuffed the box back into the bag. "Don't be in a hurry to open it. Look at it when you get home."

"Alright!" Sierra Moore nodded. She guessed that Eldest daughter of must have given her something strange again, so she was embarrassed to let her open it in front of so many people.

"In that case, accompany me to put the things in the car first." It was really not appropriate to go shopping with such a big bag.

Sophie Lucas nodded and took a sip of coffee before asking her, "I say, my Sisi, why did you come out on such an important day? Didn't your tyrant lose his temper?"

As soon as she said this, Sierra Moore thought of what happened in the morning and immediately frowned.

"Nathan Shaw often loses his temper. Sometimes, I don't even know what he is angry about. He doesn't want to tell me."

Sophie Lucas couldn't help but bring her down, "A person like Mr. Shaw will not frown a bit even in the face of a disaster. If he lost his temper, it must be because you made him angry!"

"Of course not!"

Sierra Moore glared at her unhappily and said in a sour tone, "Sofi, I found that you've been very strange lately. You've been helping Nathan Shaw. Is he your friend or am I your friend?"

"Of course, my good friend is you!"

"But I have my reasons for saying this," Sophie Lucas said without hesitation.

Sophie Lucas used to hate that person, but now she had been speaking up for him. What was the reason for this change?

Sierra Moore blinked and had a very bold guess.

"Sophie Lucas, tell me honestly. Do you like Nathan Shaw? Otherwise, why are you always helping him?"

"Pu!"

Sophie Lucas choked on a mouthful of coffee in her throat. Her cough was earth-shattering.

She looked like she had a guilty conscience. Sierra Moore pushed the tissue box over and looked at her worriedly. "Am I right?"

Sierra Moore knew it'd be like this!

Sophie Lucas barely got back her life. When she heard this, she couldn't help but slam the table and shout, "Damn you, Sierra Moore! I'm going to break off all ties with you!"

" For the sake of a man, you even betray our friendship. In the past, you said that the person you liked the most was me. Was it all a lie?" Sierra Moore pouted, feeling wronged.

"Ah, don't cry! That's not what I meant."

The more she spoke, the more confused she became. Sophie Lucas beat her chest and stomped her feet as she wailed, "my Sisi, I'm innocent!"

"I wronged you?" Sierra Moore looked at her suspiciously.

"Darling, you must believe me. I have no interest in that tyrant. In the eyes of me, there is only you." Sophie Lucas nodded sincerely.

After being amused by her, Sierra Moore felt that bit of unhappiness in the morning disappear all of a sudden.

Sierra Moore covered her mouth and chuckled. "Alright, alright. I was just joking with you."

Sophie Lucas almost believed it, but Sierra Moore actually said that it was just a joke.

Sophie Lucas ground her teeth in anger. "my Sisi, you have learned bad things when you are with the tyrant. This is called being stained black when near pitch. The ancients did not deceive me."

"Sofi, have you changed to teaching Chinese now?" Sierra Moore could not help but laugh.

"What? Are you looking down on a teacher?" Sophie Lucas was dissatisfied with her tone and wanted to slam the table again to cut all ties with her.

At this point, Sophie Lucas thought of something, "There is something I want to ask you directly. Do you know that your brother has transferred to another school?"

When mentioning Clarison Moore, Sierra Moore could not help but think of Ethan Quinn.

A trace of pain flashed through Sierra Moore's eyes. She nodded and said, "I know."

Sierra Moore had never mentioned the past, and Sophie Lucas did not ask. Seeing that she was unwilling to say more, Sophie Lucas changed the topic in a few words.

"I say, you and Mr. Shaw can't always be like this."

At the mention of Nathan Shaw, Sierra Moore suddenly became worried. "Then, what do you think I should do?"

"How about this? When you go back, take the birthday present I gave you to Nathan Shaw. After he sees it, he will definitely not be angry with you," Eldest daughter of suggested.

"Really?"

Sierra Moore thought to herself, "It is just a gift, and his anger will be cooled down?"

Sierra Moore looked at Sophie Lucas suspiciously, obviously not believing what she said.

"my Sisi, do you want to take a gamble?" Sophie Lucas's face showed no signs of guilt, and she even winked at Sierra Moore.

"As long as you show the gift I gave you to Mr. Shaw, not only will he not be angry with you, but he will also be very happy."

Sierra Moore thought to herself, "Is it really so miraculous?"

Sierra Moore silently stared at the bag on the table, wishing she could see through it. She was very curious about what was inside.
