Chapter 20 The Vile Bastard

Sierra Moore could recognize these things because she was influenced by her grandfather when she was a child.

Elder Moore liked these antiques and paintings when he was young. He had studied them for half his life and collected a lot of things.

When Sierra Moore was young, there was a storage room at home. It was Elder Moore's collection for half his life. She had heard about it since she was young and knew about it at least.

Nathan Shaw sat on the sofa and lit a cigarette. The woman who led them in stood beside him and showed him the menu. The hollow design of her cheongsam on her chest was very classical.

However, Mr. Shaw killed the mood. He blew on his cigarette and said without looking, "According to the previous menu, bring me my bottle of red wine."

"Yes, Mr. Shaw, please wait a moment!"

Seeing the beauty twisting her waist and leaving, Sierra Moore couldn't help but laugh when she saw the resentful look in the waitress's eyes before she left.

She suddenly felt that whenever Nathan Shaw went, he would be targeted by women. But soon, she could not laugh because she felt the gaze Nathan Shaw cast on her.

"Do you think this place is funny?" Nathan Shaw's voice did not fluctuate, and even this questioning sentence seemed to be a statement.

Sierra Moore looked at him, and the smile on her face instantly faded.

Nathan Shaw did not intend to let her go just like that. He asked her, "What were you laughing at just now?"

"I was laughing at you for being an idiot!" Sierra could only reply in her heart silently.

"I think Your Majesty is very tasteful. You even come to such a high place for a meal. It feels so cool to spend a lot of money!" Sierra Moore swore in her heart and talked nonsense to him.

"Really?" Nathan Shaw's lips curved into a cold smile as he looked at her with a pair of blazing eyes. "Why do I feel like you're laughing at my stupidity?"

Sierra Moore thought to herself, "No way! How could he knew what Im thinking?"

Feeling guilty, Sierra Moore let out a hollow laugh twice and sat down in a corner far away from him.

Nathan Shaw pressed the cigarette butt into the ashtray and let his body sink into the sofa.

With his arrogant expression, he actually gave a lazy and charming feeling. His casual expression was perfectly portrayed by him, causing Sierra Moore's heart to thump slightly, and she quickly looked away.

Seeing her lips move, Nathan Shaw raised his chin at her. "Why are you sitting so far away? Come over and massage my back."

She thought to herself, "He actually asks me to massage his back. He really thinks that I'm his maidservant!"

Sierra Moore was extremely unwilling in her heart, but the bastard was always moody. She was now under the roof of his house, so she had to follow his instructions first.

Just as she slowly walked over, the door to the private room behind her was pushed open.

The one who came in was the beautiful woman from before. The women behind her were all wearing green cheongsam. Each of them held a large plate in their hands. They all walked in one by one like walking on a show.

The dishes were served very quickly at thiSerenity Clubhouse!

Sierra Moore took the time to sweep a glance at the dazzling beauties. At a glance, their beauty would give her a good appetite, and even the taste of the dishes did not seem to be that important.

Beauty in the cheongsam twisted her waist and walked over, "Mr. Shaw, the dishes have been served. Your wine is already decanted. Please enjoy!"

The beauties lined up and left the private room in succession. The beauty who came in at the beginning was walking at the back. She kept hinting at him with her eyes. Unfortunately, Mr. Shaw did not see her at all.

Sierra Moore held back her laughter, gently clapping her fist in her hand.

After the beauties left, Sierra Moore thought that she could finally eat now!

At this time, the door of the private room opened again, and three men in suits came in from outside.

Steven Jones walked to the front. When he saw the man sitting on the sofa, his smile was particularly coquettish.

He stood in front of Nathan Shaw and said, "When I saw your car outside, I guessed that you were here. How could you not share such enjoyment with your dude? It's a pity that I am still working for others on the weekend. My life is bitter!"

"Have you settled the matter?" Nathan Shaw asked, looking at the uninvited guest.

Seeing that Nathan Shaw did not cooperate at all, Steven Jones spread out his hands. He sat down unceremoniously, changed from being the guest to the host, and even greeted the others to sit down.

After sitting down, Steven Jones said to the two of them, "Let me introduce you. This is our Mr. Shaw."

Then he turned to Nathan Shaw and said, "I have an appointment with President Lucas of Grand Distance Group today for the cooperation. The other one is Neil Louis, the director of their company's sales department. We are dropping by to have a meal together at noon. Since you are here, you can listen to it later."

After Steven Jones finished his introduction, he hooked his arm around Nathan Shaw's shoulder and whispered, "Mr. Lucas's grandson was in the same school with you at a young age. Later, he went abroad with his parents. Do you still remember him?"

Nathan Shaw nodded, while James Lucas reached out to shake hands."Nice to meet you, Mr. Shaw. I didn't expect to see you so soon."

Nathan Shaw met his gaze. What surprised Steven Jones was that Nathan Shaw actually stood up and held the Lucas's hand. "Mr. Lucas, it's a pleasure to meet you. Thank you for what happened last time. I hope we can cooperate happily!"

"What happened last time?"

Steven Jones had a look as if he was about to get them busted. "You two have seen each other long ago? When?" He continued to think to himself, "Moreover, to be able to make Nathan Shaw say the words of thanks, it could be seen that what happened last time is not simple!"

"Did it have anything to do with him suddenly returning to the country?"

"Youre welcome. Mr. Shaw is too polite." James Lucas nodded at him, and the two exchanged glances. Only they knew the deep meaning behind it.

Within New York, they were both in the business field. How could they not know each other?

Moreover, they had such identities!

However, in the past, they were only acquaintances, and recently, because of someone, they became familiar with each other.

Steven Jones was still tangled with the "what happened last time". After he sat down, his two long legs rested on the coffee table. He lit a cigarette and asked Nathan Shaw, "Avery said that you stood her up in England. Why are you in such a hurry to return home from abroad?"

Nathan Shaw held the teacup on the table and gracefully shook the liquid in the cup. His gaze inadvertently swept over the people who were still in a state of fragmented thoughts. His thin lips parted slightly. "Debt chasing!"

Steven Jones had just drunk a mouthful of tea in his mouth. When he suddenly heard such a reason, he nearly sprayed it all over the ground, and his image under his well-dressed clothes was completely gone.

"Debt chasing? Are you kidding me? What debt does a big boss like you have to personally deal with?" Steven Jones drew his handsome face closer. His short red hair looked rebellious and handsome.

His actions seemed very rude, but he had always been laid-back. People who knew his personality would not mind.

Hearing this, Nathan Shaw looked to the side. As he was seeing that her head was almost out of sight, the corners of his mouth curled up into a smile that was hard to read. He said in a tone that could not be refused, "Let's talk about this later."

"Since the dishes are all served, let's talk while eating!" Steven Jones shrugged.

Sierra Moore already felt uncomfortable. Hearing them say that they wanted to stay for lunch, she felt even more awkward. She quickly went to see Nathan Shaw, thinking to herself, "This bastard should not like others to disturb his meal!"

Nathan Shaw moved a little. Sierra Moore saw that he did not say anything and walked toward the dining table. She was thinking that he had refused it.

Unexpectedly, Steven Jones also stood up and warmly greeted the other two people, "Mr. Lucas and Mr. Louis, come over and sit. Not just anyone has the chance to have a meal here. Today, you guys will have a good meal."

After the four of them took their seats, the empty table didn't seem empty now.

Only Sierra Moore was still standing foolishly by the sofa, looking at this scene with some confusion. She thought to herself, "So they're sharing a table just like that?"

"Nathan, who is this woman? Why haven't I seen her before? A new one?" Steven Jones asked meaningfully as he sat down next to Nathan Shaw. He put his face closer and squinted his eyes.

This woman was naturally referring to Sierra Moore. Nathan Shaw looked up at him and said, "Eat and shut up."

"Then why doesn't she come over and eat with us?" Steven Jones was still unwilling to give up and stole a glance at Sierra Moore.

"She is not hungry!"

In fact, Sierra Moore had been starving for a long time. When she heard Nathan Shaw's words, she knew that he did it on purpose. It must be because she didn't give him any noodles to eat just now. She thought to herself, "What a miser!"

"Quite good. It's best if I starve to death!" Sierra Moore muttered in a low voice and struggled to shift her attention away from the food.

Steven Jones looked at Sierra Moore doubtfully, thinking to himself, "Why would she come here if she is not hungry? Moreover, everyone is eating. Could it be that she is just standing there and doing nothing? Only Nathan Shaw could do such a thing."

Steven Jones was not surprised. On the contrary, James Lucas had a puzzled look on his face, thinking to himself, "It seems that Nathan really does not care about her?"

Her current situation was somewhat related to him. James Lucas felt a little guilty, so he took the initiative to greet her. "You must be Miss Moore! I've heard a lot about you!"

"Eh?" Sierra Moore looked at him in a daze, thinking to herself, "Why did he suddenly address me?"

She blinked twice, "Mister, are you mistaken? I have never seen you before. I don't know you."

James Lucas obviously did not expect her to be so direct. He smiled awkwardly and said, "Miss Moore is really funny. In fact, I have heard about you from others. We have never met before."

On the other hand, Steven Jones was staring intently at Sierra Moore, seemingly very interested in her reaction.

Perhaps it was Sierra Moore's words that pleased Nathan Shaw. His cold face turned clear, and he stretched out a hand toward Sierra Moore, "Sisi, come here."

He calling her "Sisi" frightened Sierra Moore terribly.

"Nathan Shaw is indeed vile enough." As she thought to herself, she saw his expression as if he was summoning a puppy. Sierra Moore immediately felt uncomfortable.

What happened before was enough of a lesson. With so many people around, Sierra Moore did not dare not to give Nathan Shaw respect. As expected, she obediently walked over.

Nathan Shaw's gaze swept over him, and Steven Jones immediately understood. He moved out of his seat and moved to the side with the tableware.

After Sierra Moore sat down, she looked at Nathan Shaw uneasily. She wondered what this bastard was up to.

"You seem to be very dissatisfied with me. Do you want me to give you a chance to tell me what you are thinking?" Nathan Shaw leaned over and whispered in her ears with a flirtatious look.

As she heard this, Sierra Moore's eyes lit up. She thought to herself, "Have the bastard already deeply reflected on himself for saying this? But it seems impossible for such a bastard."

Sierra Moore had grown more prudent now. She looked at him warily and said in a small voice, "What another conspiracy do you have?"
