Ethan found Andrew smoking in the stairwell. When Andrew heard footsteps, he glanced over and casually put out his cigarette in the nearby trash can.

"Got what I asked for?"

Ethan's eyes lingered on the cigarette butts before handing over the manila envelope.

"Chase M. has someone backing him. Whoever it is has been covering up his past for some reason. But he hasn't been careful - we found plenty of dirt, even though we couldn't identify his supporter."
