Sophie’s questions made Leo hesitate for a long time.

“Feel strange about what?”

“Maybe it’s my intuition. Anyway, I just feel that there is something strange about this matter.”

“Are you referring to the call history in her phone? Don’t worry. I will find out more about this. If necessary, I will ask her to give me an explanation.”

“That is definitely a questionable point, but not the main one!”

“Then why did she tell you later?” Sophie asked persistently.

“Leo, please don’t find me annoying. I just have some doubts. Let me ask you again. Will this matter cause you trouble? Has her family come and cause trouble for you?”

Leo froze and sat there pondering.

Sophie continued to say, “We are living in a civilized society now and everyone is free to marry whoever they want. Do you think that her family members can do anything bad?”

In the midst of their conversation, Sophie’s cell phone rang.

Sophie got out of the car to answer the phone. After she returned to the car, she said to Leo with a smile, “Count yourself lucky. I’ll let you off today. Please send me home!”
