Back then, Vivian came to Samburg alone. Without anybody familiar, she wandered alone the streets often. One day, she noticed that a man was stalking her.

At first, she thought he was a bad man, but later, she realized he was simply quietly following her. It seemed that he was afraid that she might do something to harm herself.

It was funny. Vivian once jumped into the river and pretended to drown on purpose. Surprisingly, the man jumped after her without the slightest hesitation.

However, she ended up having to save him.

After talking to each other, she found out that the man’s name was Leo. He followed her because he was afraid that something bad might happened to her after seeing her walking alone at night. He had no evil intentions, and he simply wanted to protect her.

Vivian once asked Leo whether he would do the same thing if it were another woman.

Truthfully, he told her that he would still help that woman out. However, he would choose to call the police instead. He would only go all out for her.

Since then, Vivian concluded that he was the right person in her life. He was a man who was willing to give her anything, even sacrificing his own life for her.

Many men were crazy over her. Some wanted money, some wanted power, while some wanted her body.

However, Leo fell in love with her at the first sight. Without even knowing her background, he was willing to risk his life for her.

That was exactly the reason why she fell so deeply in love with Leo. She would do anything to stay with him until the end of the time.

After pondering for a moment, Vivian rolled down the windows of the car and said to Frank, “Mr. Frank, please get in the car. I have something to say to you.”

In the face of Vivian’s invitation, Frank was excited. Quickly, he pulled open the door of the passenger seat and entered Vivian’s car.

After driving for a while, Vivian pulled up at the side of the road and said politely, “Mr. Frank, I’m very sorry. I wasn’t aware of Chloe’s situation, so I mentioned her mother and made her upset. I hope you can forgive me.”

Generously, Frank responded, “It’s okay. I know you didn’t do it on purpose. I won’t take it to heart. Actually, Chloe likes you a lot. She always talks about you a lot...”

Before Frank could finish his sentence, Vivian interrupted him, “Mr. Frank, there’s something I want to discuss with you. From tomorrow onwards, I will change the location of Chloe’s class to the music room in our school. The lesson lasts one hour. Please come and pick her up immediately after the lesson ends.”

Vivian sounded resolute. Although she said she wanted to discuss it with Frank, it seemed like there was no room for any discussion.

Upon hearing Vivian’s words, Frank was stunned. No women dared to talk to him in that manner before. Instantly, his interest in Vivian grew.

“Ms. Vivian, what’s wrong with having the class at home? Why does it have to be at school?”

“Mr. Frank, I will continue to teach Chloe only if you agree to my request. Otherwise, I’m afraid you might have to hire another teacher.”

Vivian sounded determined. At that moment, she suddenly oozed an imposing aura.

Subconsciously, Frank answered, “Alright then, we’ll do as you say. Don’t worry. I’ll cooperate with you.”

Vivian said with a smile, “It’s getting late. I should go back now...”

Right away, Frank understood what she meant. Quickly, he uttered, “Goodbye then. Be careful on your way back!”

Vivian had no thoughts of asking him to stay. After Frank exited her car, she stepped on the accelerator and sped away, leaving Frank behind.

Vivian did that because she did not want to upset her student. She wanted to have a private talk with Frank, but what she did gave the so-called evidence for somebody who recorded the meeting.

Looking at the Toyota speeding away, Frank could not help but exclaim, “She has quite the character! I love challenging women like her!”

Vivian had no idea that Frank was starting to fall in love with her. Hurriedly, she rushed back to her house, and as soon as she entered the house, she raged.

Just as she had expected, Leo was already at home and got unhealthy food.

There were a few KFC packaging and bottles of beer on the coffee table. Leo was happily watching a comedy show.

Pissed off, she rushed into the kitchen and threw all the chicken wings and drinks into the rubbish bin.

Leo felt his blood boiling with anger. It was fine if she did not want to cook for him, but how could she throw all his food away.

Pointing his finger at Vivian, he wanted to snap at her, yet he had no guts to do so. A few moments later, he asked softly, “What are we going to have for dinner tonight?”

That was Leo’s life. He was once the head of Delaney family, but Vivian was taking control over their family soon.

Especially after knowing that Leo had low sperm vitality, she changed into a completely different person.

After having dinner, washing up, and chatting for a while, Vivian snuggled up into Leo’s arm like a cat.

Tentatively, Leo asked, “It’s still early. Why not we watch some television first?”

“No way. Today is the last time I allow you to watch TV. If I ever catch you watching it again, I’ll smash the TV up.”

Leo dared not talk back to her. After hesitating for a moment, he said, “It can’t be that accurate.”

“I don’t care. Before I get pregnant, you’re not allowed to watch TV. I can’t control what you did in the office, but you have to obey my orders at home.”

Leo had no choice but to obey her words. Helplessly, he shrugged, “Alright then. I’ll listen to you.”

“Hey, have you cut ties with Sophie?”

Leo was sick of that topic. Mumbling, he tried to avoid the question, but Vivian’s anger grew, and she grabbed Leo by the collar.

“I’m asking you a question. You better don’t lie to me. Did you cut ties with her?”

“You’re making it sound like I’m having an affair with her. We have nothing to do with each other. What do you mean by cutting off ties?”

Not wanting to ruin the mood, Vivian stopped forcing Leo. Instead, she caressed Leo’s tummy while pouting, “When are we going to have a baby?”

“It’s easy. Drink a few cans of beer and you’ll get a baby!” Leo answered.

Stunned for a few moments, Vivian grabbed him by the collar again, “What nonsense are you talking about. I never heard that someone getting pregnant after drinking a few cans of beer!”

Leo retorted, “Well, you’re asking me when I’m going to get pregnant. I can get a belly bump right after drinking a few cans of beer. I’m the one who’s supposed to ask you this question.”

Hearing Leo’s question, she smiled and punched him again.

After arriving at home, Frank asked the maid what happened.

Madam Harriet told Frank the whole story. Chloe couldn’t say clearly, but she was only a nine-year-old kid. She was still not that good at talking.

However, he found out two main issues.

First, Vivian loved Chloe. Secondly, Chloe addressed Vivian as her mother, and Vivian did not oppose Chloe calling her that.

Although Frank knew that Vivian did not reject Chloe out of pity, he thought it was worth a try.

Frank was like a warrior. He believed that there were no women he could not take down. Seeing Vivian’s reaction today, he wanted to own her.

After pondering for a few moments, Frank picked up his phone.

The next morning, Mr. Victor summoned Vivian to his office.

Vivian hated him. When there were other people around, he would pretend to be a solemn person. But when it was only the two of them, he would look at her with a perverted gaze.

Since the first day she started working, Mr. Victor had been giving her hints.

Of course, Vivian knew what he meant, but she simply shrugged it off.

She was not an innocent fresh graduate who had no experience in working. No doubt, she would not get trick and give her body off to her superior so easily.

Not to mention how deeply in love she was with her husband. No matter what happened, she would not betray Leo. Even if she had no feelings for Leo anymore, she would not get herself involve in a man like Mr. Victor.

“Vivian, how’s work recently? Do you have any problems?” Mr. Victor pretended to ask.

“Thank you for your care, but I’m doing pretty well right now! I don’t have any problems!” Vivian answered politely.

“Alright. If you have any problems or requests, feel free to talk to me. I will try my best to help you out.” Mr. Victor kept trying to lure her.

“Well, I’m satisfied with my current situation!” Vivian would not take the bait.

Seeing that Vivian was not taking the bait, Mr. Victor said in a rather solemn tone, “In that case, I want to remind you to be prepared. To be honest, your colleagues had been talking about you recently.”

“Oh, why are they talking about me?”

“As you know, our school pays much attention to teacher’s quality. Recently, there are rumors about you being too close with some of our male colleagues. This might ruin the school’s reputation, but I’ve been trying to help you put in a good word with the superiors.”

Vivian said sarcastically, “Really? I don’t think I’m too close with any of the male colleagues. If the school thinks that I’m ruining our school’s reputation, I can quit right away. I don’t want to trouble you anyway.”

Vivian would not get scared so easily. In the face of Mr. Victor’s threat, she was unfazed.

Mr. Victor knew his method was not working. Vivian was a tough girl.

The traditional method would never work on her. If he wanted to get her, he had to think of other ways.

“Ms. Vivian, how about this? We’ll talk about your performance after work today. Wait for me to contact you.”

Frowning, Vivian did not reject him immediately.

“Mr. Victor, if there’s nothing else, I’ll make a move first to prepare for my next class.”

“Oh, sure. Go ahead!”

Standing up, Vivian walked towards the door. Looking at her slender figure, Mr. Victor thought to himself, ‘This woman is too stubborn. Just wait and see how I’m going to make her follow my order!’

A cold gaze flashed across Vivian’s eyes after she left Mr. Victor’s office, but soon after, it returned back to normal.
