Chapter 34 After All, You Even Hid It from Rowena

"Ryan, you can fight." Mason smiled evilly, "But there are so many people. Even if one person only fights with you for a minute, you won't be able to defeat all of them."

"Rowena." Ryan looked around. There were too many people. If he fought with them, he could go out alone without any problem. However, he still had to protect Rowena. Then there was no chance of winning. He whispered to Rowena, "Promise him first and think of a way to deal with him later."

"Ryan, no." Rowena was still as determined as before. That was her bottom line, "Take the bell out first. Even if they catch me, they can't hypnotize me without the bell. I'm valuable to them. I won't be in danger."

Although she said that, Rowena knew that even if Mason did not kill her, he would torture her.

"No." Abandon Rowena? If he wanted to do so, he wouldn't have personally accompanied her to this appointment. He gritted his teeth... he could only force his way out.

Thinking of this, he did not speak anymore. He pulled Rowena and rushed a few steps into the crowd.

When the group saw Ryan move, they also took action, surrounding them.

Soon, it was close combat.

These people seemed to come from all walks of life. There was a middle-aged man with a beer belly and a young girl around twenty years old. However, all of them knew some fight skills. They were not ordinary people at all!

"That hypnosis can allow the hypnotized to learn martial arts?" Ryan felt that it was inconceivable and took the time to ask Rowena.

"It won't. These people know how to fight." Rowena followed behind Ryan. It was not easy at all. There were too many of them. Even with Ryan's protection, she needed to dodge the crazy people's continuous attacks.

"Hahaha, don’t waste your energy." Mason stayed aside at the side of the hall. Looking at the two of them slowing down and becoming exhausted, he was in a good mood, "It's useless. You'll be exhausted before walking out of this room."

"Shut up." Ryan roared out fiercely. But he knew that Mason was right. He was about to be tired out soon.

It would be good if someone helped.

Even if it was just one person, they still had a chance of survival.

He gritted his teeth and exerted all his strength to strike down another person, but he felt his wrist pause uncontrollably. His movements slowed down for a second.

And it was precisely this one second of delay that revealed his weakness. One man's fist directly rushed towards Rowena.

"Ah!" Rowena cried out in alarm and dodged backward, but it was already too late.

At this critical moment, a black shadow suddenly flashed over and grabbed that man's wrist. Then, with a cracking sound, he broke his bones.

Rowena was still in shock as she looked up at the person who had arrived.

She only saw the man wearing a black trench coat with a high collar black shirt. Before she could raise her head to look at his face, the man grabbed the trench coat with one hand and stretched his arm to wrap her up. Then, her cheek touched the soft fabric.

It was a familiar smell.

"Aren't you capable?" The man asked in a mocking tone. Rowena could hear his voice from the top of her head, "What happened? You can't even protect your sister this time?"

Ryan stared at the person. Sebastian?

His arrival might mean that he knew everything. But with the help of this warrior-like man, who could almost equal the combat strength of ten subordinates, they were at least safe now.

"Don't talk nonsense. Get out first." Ryan was very dissatisfied with Sebastian's sarcasm. In this situation, he did not believe Sebastian could do better than him.

No one saw Mason stand aside, and he could not conceal the hatred on his face.

Well, he came to his place and made trouble.

He had everything since he was a child and had always been God's favored one. Now that he finally had a chance to turn the table, did he come here to make trouble again?

"Sebastian!" Mason gritted his teeth, at the same time a sense of sorrow in his voice.

It was useless. No matter how to struggle, it was useless. If these two worked together, they would be able to escape successfully. And what he had arranged for such a long time was a failure. It could not be a failure. However, because of the appearance of Sebastian, the game completely collapsed.

Hatred once again spread from the top of his head to the bottom of his feet. His eyes were bloodshot as he saw the two men and one woman slowly approaching the only exit. However, this hatred could not find a way to be eliminated.

He could wait.

After knocking down the last person, the three of them could finally take a rest for the moment.

"Go to find Mason." Ryan had just sat on the steps, then he stood up again and entered the inner room.

Only left Sebastian and Rowena sitting here.

"Just now... Thank you." Rowena muttered.

It was the third time he had saved her at a critical moment. When she was wrapped in his trench coat just now, that overbearing yet gentle aura surrounded her and made her sink. She almost wanted to fall asleep in his arms just like that.

Just like that, it made her feel at ease so much that even if she was in danger, she could relax her entire body and mind.

"It's fine." Sebastian looked at her. This woman's relaxed look was much cuter than her usual nervous state.

Soon, Ryan came out alone, "Damn it, he ran away. This guy doesn't have any ability. But he knows how to escape like a thief."

"How can you belittle him? Who was it that almost lost his strength and fell just now?" Sebastian retorted mercilessly.

"It's none of your business." Ryan rolled his eyes, "How did you find out?"

"Yesterday, I was intercepted when I investigated Rowena." Sebastian did not hide and admitted his investigation frankly, "This interception is extremely similar to that happened when we investigated Heartbeating's president last time. So I once again doubted Rowena's identity."

When he heard this news, a trace of happiness inexplicably flashed through Sebastian's heart.

"Today, we didn't focus on you, so you followed us here." Ryan continued. He was very unpleasant today. Was his work so full of loopholes that they all took chances readily? "How long have you been here? To what extent have you heard our conversation?"

"From the beginning. Of course, there are still a few doubtful points, but you won't tell me even if I ask." Sebastian said with a sly smile, "After all, you even hide it from Rowena."

Obviously, it was a provocation.
