Hospital director waves a nurse over, clears his throat all friendly-like: "Mr. Blackwood just called with orders. Said you've been under the weather lately, especially with this fever. Wants us to take extra good care of you."

Almost said no, then thought better of it: "Fine."

Makes things easier anyway.
