To most people, this would seem like nothing more than a boring stroll, but combined with the information from the network admin, it painted a different picture.
In the footage from the privately installed camera, I could clearly see Tyler setting up his own camera in that blind spot.
As the video played and Tyler saw his own face appear on the screen, his expression immediately darkened.
He shot to his feet, towering over me with an intimidating presence, but his voice betrayed him.
“Ms. Anderson, I swear, it wasn’t me who put that there!” he stammered, clearly nervous.
A few teachers at nearby desks glanced over at the commotion. I quickly pulled him back down into his seat and lowered my voice. “Keep it down!”
Tyler, now visibly shaken, sat back hard in the chair as I tugged him down, his large frame suddenly clumsy and unsteady.
I didn’t know much about him, but judging from his reaction, this guy only seemed difficult to handle. In reality, he wasn’t cunning at all.

Tyler was drenched in sweat, his hands clenched tightly. “You know, we sports guys aren’t exactly the brightest. As long as we can pass, that’s all that matters.”
Normally, I would’ve laughed at his comment about not being smart.
But now, thinking about how Sarah was caught in a situation where she’d suffer no matter what, I felt a chill down my spine.
If the blackmail worked, she would live in constant fear. If it failed, the video might get leaked, and her reputation...
