Chapter 3

"As the saying goes, it’s better to guide than to suppress.. I’ll be your son’s girlfriend and help him meet his physical needs."

Sandra's words left me stunned.

I have to admit, her suggestion was a real eye-opener.

Yes, if my son were to get a proper girlfriend, after having a regular and healthy sex life, he would naturally stop that kind of behavior and wouldn't harm his body anymore.

But, Sandra is almost forty, and my son just turned 18. He’s always called her Aunt Sandra… This would be pretty shocking, wouldn’t it?

As Sandra expected, I did feel a bit reluctant, but I was also curious—why would she want to be my son’s girlfriend?

"Sandra, your idea is a good one. But why do you want to be my son’s girlfriend?"

Sandra blushed slightly and gave a shy smile.

"I know this suggestion might sound a bit ridiculous, and it will take some time for you to accept it. But where will you find a girlfriend for your son on such short notice? It just so happens that I've been single for three years since my husband passed away, and you know as well as I do, Nancy, how hard it is to go without sex for three years. Lately, I’ve been thinking about finding a boyfriend, but I haven’t found the right one yet."

"Since both your son and I have this need, why don’t we just help each other out? Then, when the time comes and we’ve both found the right person, we can part ways amicably."

Sandra’s words stirred a deep sense of sympathetic heartache within me.

They say women hit their peak in their 30s and 40s, and here we both were, in our prime years - both widowed three years ago. Talk about bad timing.

Just three years without a man had driven Sandra to shamelessly suggest that she and my son could ‘help’ each other out. And I can't say I haven’t been tormented myself.

On many silent nights, I’ve found myself tossing and turning in bed, crying out in despair, tortured by an overwhelming sense of emptiness.

After thinking it over, it seemed that aside from Sandra, it would be nearly impossible to find someone to be my son's girlfriend in such a short time.

Considering that my son’s issue couldn’t wait, and out of our years of friendship, I finally agreed to Sandra’s proposal.
