Leo’s POV:

I jolt awake and sit up on the couch. I have to rub my eyes to see clearly. Looking around, my eyes land on the bed where two people are sleeping peacefully.

I'm about to lie back down when my father's mind link comes through. "Leo, can you come to the office for a minute?" he asks in a rough voice.

"Yeah, sure. The girls are sleeping. I'll be right there," I reply, closing the mind link.
