I sit up straight as I watch him; this doesn't sound good.

I see the doctor glance down the hallway before looking back at us.

He's having trouble telling us, "Please, tell us," I beg him.

The doctor looks at me but stays quiet.

"She's my sister," I say as a tear rolls down my cheek.
