Chapter 358: Please Help Me, I Beg You

Charlie looked at Andrew without any sign of anger but with a calm demeanor. He just stared at him and chuckled coldly, "Do you even believe what you just said?"

As the atmosphere grew more awkward and the conversation more strained, Nancy tugged at Charlie's hand and smiled at Andrew.

"Master, we still don't know exactly what's happening. We can only adapt to the situation as it unfolds. Let's not discuss this for now. I'll check where they are..."

After saying this, she turned back to the laptop screen. With a mix of surprise and excitement, she pointed at the screen and exclaimed.

"They're almost here, they're about to arrive."

Hearing this, Andrew and Charlie stopped their argument and both looked at the computer screen.

The red dot on the screen was getting closer, clearly entering the streets controlled by Charlie.

Andrew pursed his lips tightly, his voice hoarse with emotion, "They're really... coming..."

Charlie, for Nancy's sake, refrained from saying more about Vivian. His deep gaze fixed on the laptop screen, and when he saw the red dot stop opposite the hotel, he chuckled coldly, "The show is about to begin."

Soon, Jake's voice came through Charlie's Bluetooth earpiece, "Young Master Firth, there's a van with at most eight people inside. Do we act now?"

"Not yet."

Charlie responded, pressing his finger on the earpiece. "First, confirm if Vivian is in the van. If she is, make every effort to ensure her safety."

Hearing this, Andrew glanced at Charlie with a hint of guilt. Regardless of Charlie and Nancy's dislike for Vivian, they were still doing everything possible to ensure her safety. This magnanimity and character were something most people couldn't achieve...

He really shouldn't have been so agitated earlier.

Just then, Nancy's phone suddenly rang, startling everyone. They all looked at Nancy's phone.

The caller ID displayed "Vivian" in bold letters.

Andrew's heart sank, and his legs involuntarily stepped back. Luckily, Alexander was close enough to catch him.

Vivian's call to Nancy's phone confirmed that Charlie and Nancy's guess was completely right.

The phone kept ringing, but Nancy just stared at it without answering.

After the call disconnected, it rang again within two seconds. Nancy continued to look at it, still making no move.

On the fourth ring, Nancy finally picked up the phone, answered it, and placed it next to her ear.

Suppressing her voice, she deliberately made it sound a bit lazy, "Hello..."

From the other end, Vivian's voice, trying to sound calm, came through, "Nancy, it's me, Vivian..."

Nancy gave a signal to Charlie and the others, then placed the phone down and switched on the speakerphone.

"Vivian, calling me so late, what's your problem?"

Nancy yelled angrily, mimicking the arrogance and haughtiness she had experienced from Vivian countless times before.

Under normal circumstances, Vivian would definitely have yelled back, but this time, Vivian didn't. Instead, her attitude softened.

"Nancy, I've run into a bit of trouble. Please help me, I beg you..."
