Chapter 390: Is fighting something to be proud of?

Indeed, Hamya's gaze changed the moment he saw Nancy.

He was furious!

Almost to the point of exploding!

If only he hadn't asked Nancy to play for an extra minute that day and had directly given her the pass card, she would have been in his team now!

But his anger wasn’t because Nancy hadn't chosen him; he was just mad at himself.

"Hmph!"

Hamya waved his hand dismissively, "I can't be bothered with you."

David laughed heartily, walking over and cheekily wrapping his arm around Hamya's shoulder, "Oh, come on, don't be mad. I'll drink a few extra with you later, as an apology for grabbing your few remaining hairs that day!"

Indeed, Hamya didn’t look great on the outside. With age, his hair had thinned, and being bald was just an unfortunate fact.

But he clearly wasn’t convinced, glaring back, "As if you didn't squash my already pig-like fat face."

The girls standing nearby struggled to contain their laughter.

They really wanted to burst out laughing, but out of respect for their teachers, they just bit their lips, trying hard not to laugh. However, their shoulders, shaking with suppressed giggles, betrayed them.

Oh my, Hamya and David were such entertaining characters!

They are so funny!

"Enough!"

Another judge spoke up, annoyed, "You're both so old, why do you still bicker like children? Is fighting something to be proud of?"

David raised an eyebrow and nodded earnestly, "Of course, it's glorious because I won!"

Hamya pushed away the hand that was on his shoulder and walked away.

The other two judges also shook their heads with a smile, following along, and naturally, the girls followed behind their respective teachers.

David waited for Nancy and Linda to catch up before walking forward with them.

"In this training camp, don't be afraid of anyone; yI've got your back! If anyone bullies or bothers you, just fight back. Even physical fights are okay."

Nancy and Linda both twitched their mouths at this.

What kind of teacher encourages their students to fight and cause trouble?

Nancy and Linda gave a forced laugh, vaguely nodding their heads, then quickly changed the subject.

The restaurant for dinner was actually in the hotel where Nancy and her group had previously stayed. Returning there felt almost surreal to Nancy.

Because they had already sent their luggage to the villas prepared in advance by the training camp today, there were a total of four villas, with each teacher's group members living in one villa.

First, this arrangement facilitated the teachers in conducting regular classes and guidance. Second, it was also to foster camaraderie among group members.

Nancy couldn't help but think of Charlie still staying at this hotel.

Oh, she missed him so much, thinking about the possibly long time before seeing him again.

As they walked to the dining room, Linda seemed to guess what Nancy was thinking and whispered, "Why don’t you call Charlie later to come down and join us?"

Nancy shook her head, "That doesn't seem right..."

After all, it was the organizers who invited them, not her.

Linda pursed her lips, also feeling it might be inappropriate, but then she got excited again, "No worries, later you can make an excuse to go to the bathroom and then go find him. I'll cover for you..."

Before she could finish, her mouth dropped open in an 'O' shape. They had entered the dining room and saw the man sitting in the main seat!
