Chapter 394: Not Used to Chopsticks?

At the dining table, a long rectangular one, Lucy, dressed rather seductively, bent over with her wine glass, showcasing her best view right in front of Charlie.

Linda, who was drinking juice, saw this scene and couldn't help but spit out her drink in surprise.

Wow!

This was way too bold!

Although she knew people from many countries were more open than those in Henriana, this level of openness was unexpected.

It was outright seduction!

Nancy's amber eyes widened at the sight. Her mind went blank, focused only on the stunning view before her...

This was too shocking!

She had never seen anything so striking in her life.

The chopsticks in her hand dropped with a "snap," and she felt a rush of heat in her nose, nearly causing a nosebleed.

Charlie heard the sound of the chopsticks falling. His previously relaxed eyebrows instantly furrowed. Without giving Lucy a glance, he turned, picked up Nancy's fallen chopsticks, and meticulously wiped them with a napkin before handing them back to her.

At this point, Lucy's bold toast had attracted everyone's attention to Charlie, waiting for his response.

No one expected that, faced with such a beautiful woman as Lucy, Charlie wouldn't even glance at her. Instead, he dignifiedly wiped Nancy's chopsticks, shocking everyone except Smith.

Lucy was incredibly embarrassed. Her face went through several shades of color, her hand trembling slightly as she held the wine glass.

"Are you not used to using chopsticks?"

Charlie asked gently, almost as if afraid of scaring Nancy.

Under the gaze of so many eyes, Nancy's cheeks reddened to her ears. She accepted the chopsticks with a shy but polite smile, "I'm used to them, just slipped my hand earlier."

Charlie looked at her seriously, relieved to see her face without any strange expression.

Jokingly, he thought to himself, with his wife sitting right beside him, being seduced publicly by a woman was not an option if he wanted to live another year.

Oh, the will to survive!

After finishing all this, he turned back, still not looking at Lucy, and elegantly continued eating.

By now, Lucy's face had turned completely pale, her lower lip almost bleeding from biting it.

Even with thick skin, she couldn't bring herself to toast Charlie again.

She withdrew her hand, sat down angrily, and then glared at Nancy like a venomous snake.

Linda was inwardly jubilant. She provocatively glanced at Lucy, then picked up her own wine glass. Sitting down, she extended it towards Charlie, bypassing Nancy.

"Sir, may I toast to you?"

As soon as she finished speaking, everyone's attention shifted to her, especially Lucy and Rivata, who looked at her as if she were a fool.

Just a minute ago, Lucy had been snubbed, and now Linda was toasting Charlie?

Wasn't this simply asking for trouble?

Both of them revealed a scornful smile, expecting to enjoy the spectacle.

Linda's smile was sweet. She was young and had a face full of collagen, resembling a doll. Her smile seemed to brighten the world...
