Chapter 417: Can't Eating Shut You Up?

Being his own daughter, Andrew couldn't just ignore Vivian completely.

"Alright."

Andrew nodded, "I'll go over to her side tomorrow. Patrick, I'll leave this side to you tomorrow."

"No problem."

Having spent time with them, Patrick was aware of the situation between Vivian and Nancy. He casually said, "You arrange as you like, I'll take care of things here."

And so it was settled.

The next day, at noon.

All the participants of the training camp were eating in a unified cafeteria, which was more like a buffet.

However, most of the offerings were Western dishes like bread, cake, beef, and potatoes.

Many found it hard to adjust to this cuisine, including Vivian.

But what could she do? She couldn't just starve herself.

These past few days, she had become quite familiar with Lucy and some other girls. Seeing Vivian eating alone at a long table, Lucy and a few girls approached her.

"Vivian, didn't your teacher come with you?"

Vivian's hand holding the fork paused, her eyes dimming, "He did, but he's been busy these past two days."

"What could be so important?"

Lucy casually asked while eating, "Attending the training camp with you should be his priority, right? You know, half of the participants will be eliminated in the first public competition. If he's not here to guide you, does he plan to wait until you're eliminated?"

"Hahaha..."

The girls around burst into laughter. They didn't really like Vivian; they only enjoyed mocking Nancy with her. Otherwise, they found her quite unpleasant.

Vivian, angered, looked up, fury swirling in her eyes, "What's it to you? Whether I'm eliminated or not is my business. Can't eating shut you up?"

Her outburst silenced the girls, who pursed their lips awkwardly. The atmosphere had turned uncomfortable, making it hard for anyone to eat. Lucy stood up with the others, plate in hand.

"We try to show concern, and you don't get it. We don't want to eat with you anyway."

With that, they left, leaving Vivian alone.

Already struggling with the food, Vivian now lost her appetite entirely.

She pushed her plate aside and bit her lip in anger.

She knew very well.

Andrew had been spending all his time with Nancy, hardly considering her at all.

At that moment, she doubted whether she or Nancy was Andrew's real daughter.

Leaving her food untouched, she returned to the training room. It was still early, so she entered an empty practice room.

After resting for a while, another girl came in. Seeing Vivian sitting by the piano but not playing, she approached.

"Vivian, if you're not practicing, let me have a turn."

Already frustrated, Vivian pressed her fingers hard on the piano keys, producing a jarring sound, "I'm starting now, just wait your turn!"

The girl pursed her lips and said nothing, moving aside.

Vivian, in a bad mood, played the piano with a certain aggressiveness.

Not all girls could practice immediately, so when two others saw someone in the room, they entered.

"Hey, did you hear? In David's group, these past two days, no one dares to say anything to Nancy. They even walk around her."
