Chapter 463: Are You Feeling Proud of Yourselves?

"She's just too arrogant and full of herself. An arrogant person will not have a good ending!"

"Linda is just brainless. Nancy Swinton quit, and she follows suit, thinking too highly of herself."

"Pfft, haven’t you realized by now? Linda is just Nancy’s lackey. Like owner, like dog, serves her right!"

"Hahaha… With the two of them gone, we can compete properly in the upcoming public competitions. It was so suffocating always being overshadowed by them."

As she spoke, she immediately felt the changed gazes of the other girls towards her. She stuck out her tongue, hurriedly shut her mouth, and lowered her head, no longer speaking.

Lucy glared at her, feeling inwardly insecure, but still mustered up the courage, "We didn’t drive Nancy away because we were afraid of her! Her piano skills are just mediocre. If it weren’t for Charlie, could she have won first place?"

The other girls also felt inwardly insecure, but they would never admit that Nancy was far superior to them.

"Exactly, what’s so special about Nancy? If it wasn’t for her man knowing Smith, could she have won first place?"

"Rivata already said the competition was rigged. We were just righting the wrongs. We are not afraid of Nancy!"

The girl who spoke earlier then awkwardly chuckled, "Yes, right, you’re all correct. Anyway, now that we’ve driven Nancy away, it's our world."

"Hahahaha…"

As soon as she finished speaking, the girls burst into excited laughter.

With Nancy gone, these people, all of equal skill, could all potentially win the final championship. How could they not be excited and thrilled?

Suddenly, a cold, harsh male voice echoed at the doorway, "Are you feeling proud of yourselves?"

The girls, engrossed in their conversation, hadn’t noticed someone approaching the door. Startled by the voice, they all turned to look, and upon seeing Smith's dark, gloomy face, they all stood up in fright.

"Smith..."

One by one, they lowered their heads like children who had done something wrong, not daring to look into Smith's eyes.

There was no choice. Putting aside Smith's identity as the undisputed leader of the entire training camp, the fact that they collectively drove Nancy away was something they knew Smith wouldn’t ignore.

Although they were bowing their heads, they were not afraid. If Smith was just going to scold them, they could endure it. But if Smith dared to bring Nancy back, they would threaten him with a mass withdrawal.

This was something they had already agreed upon beforehand, which is why they had the audacity to drive Nancy away.

Smith stood at the doorway, not entering, his cold gaze sweeping over each girl's face, "Very well, quite impressive. Organized and disciplined, this training camp really did produce some 'talented' individuals!"

His words seemed like a compliment, but the coldness and sarcasm in his tone were so apparent that the girls collectively inhaled a breath of cold air.

They could tell that Smith was truly angry.

Lucy, unwilling to submit, raised her head to argue with Smith, "Smith, you can't blame us. If Nancy hadn't been so arrogant and disrespectful, we wouldn't have treated her this way."
