Chapter 484: I'm Your Fan

“Oh my, I thought Linda was dreaming big, but Nancy is lost in a fantasy! She dares to say anything!”

“Exactly! Our country's participants have always been mid to low-tier in previous training camps. Young pianists from Europe and America are incredibly skilled, many of them already at the international master level. Nancy claiming to far surpass them? She must not fear twisting her tongue in the wind!”

Rosey added timely, “Give me a break. I was at Taurus during the training camp. Although I didn’t watch the competition, I know Linda’s performance. First place, huh? She must think you all are ignorant and wouldn’t know the truth, so she’s spouting nonsense to provoke you.”

“They must be crazy! Why lie about such a thing? Everyone will know the true rankings once the training camp ends.”

“Linda, Nancy, I suggest you go to a hospital. Delusions aren’t easy to cure!”

"Hahaha..."

The girls laughed mockingly again.

Nancy shook her head, “Ah, I wanted to keep a low profile, but some people won’t allow it.”

She chuckled lightly, “We did win the first public competition, and when we decided to leave the camp, Smith even begged us to return…”

Before she could finish, Rosey growled angrily, “Nancy, how dare you! Smith? Begging you? Please, enough of these tall tales. Sisters, let's drive them out!”

This time, Nancy and Linda's words truly hit a nerve. These girls had wanted to attend the training camp, but the limited spots were taken by Nancy and Linda, who had little fame. They were already resentful.

Hearing Nancy and Linda's apparent boasting, they couldn’t tolerate it anymore.

Several girls surrounded Nancy and Linda, ready to get physical.

Just then, a man's voice calmly spoke from behind them, “I can attest that what they’re saying is true.”

The girls turned to see a man in an expensive silver-white suit making his way through the crowd towards Nancy.

The man had an Asian face but spoke with a somewhat foreign accent, clearly not a native Henrianan.

Though his accent wasn’t pure, he was handsome, standing at 182 cm, towering among the others, exuding an aristocratic demeanor.

Nancy stared at the man, certain she had never seen him before.

The man approached Nancy, extending his hand in a gentlemanly manner, “Nancy, hello. I'm Micheal Thompson. I was present at the first public competition of the camp. Your piano performance deeply moved me. I can responsibly tell you, I am your fan.”

Nancy glanced at his outstretched hand but didn’t move.

There were too many people at the first competition; it was impossible for Nancy to see everyone, let alone remember each face.

But this man’s sudden appearance and claim of being her fan made her suspicious of his motives.

Meanwhile, the girls, seeing such a noble man declaring himself Nancy's fan, were green with envy. Their eyes turned red as they glared at Nancy, as if she were their enemy…
