Chapter 486: I Can't Wait Anymore

“What a great display of authority!”

Just then, another man's cold voice rang out. Everyone turned to see Charlie standing there with several people, startling the girls. They were shocked upon recognizing the individuals with Charlie.

David!

Hamya!

Patrick!

And another man they didn't recognize, but who clearly held a distinguished status.

Charlie's icy gaze swept across their faces. “Who exactly are you planning to show a lesson?”

The girls were taken aback by Charlie's imposing presence, not daring to utter a word.

Rosey, witnessing this scene, trembled with fear.

Seeing the girls scared stiff, Charlie didn’t bother with them further and walked towards Nancy.

His companions immediately got excited.

“Hahaha... Nancy, didn’t expect to meet you here again!” said the cheerful middle-aged man.

Nancy nodded politely at him, “Hello, Teacher David.”

Hamya, standing next to David, also smiled, “As soon as you left the training camp, David said it lost its meaning. With the champion gone, only second-rate players remained. And Nancy, the Jasmine you and Linda played in the first public competition was stunning. So, we decided to come to Henriana to discover more unexplored musical talents.”

As soon as Hamya finished speaking, the girls were dumbfounded!

They hadn’t expected Nancy and Linda to be telling the truth!

Everyone knew that David and Hamya were mentors at this training camp. Their presence here dispelled any doubts.

Sure, Nancy might have paid Micheal to lie, but she couldn’t possibly afford to hire David and Hamya for that!

Infuriatingly for them, it seemed Nancy and Linda’s departure from the camp had even drawn these mentors away.

What kind of influence did they have to achieve this?

Meanwhile, the renowned domestic pianists present, seeing Patrick Hastings, David, and Hamya, rushed over like they were on fire, eager to make their acquaintance.

But since they were engaged in conversation with Nancy, these pianists waited patiently like well-behaved students for the international masters to be free.

Nancy, amidst all the pianists, shone so brightly it was hard to look directly at her.

Without any pride or sense of superiority, she smiled modestly, “Hehe, since the teachers are here to discover more beautiful music from Henriana, then... Linda and I shall humbly perform the piece we prepared for the second public competition.”

David and Hamya were thrilled to hear this, especially David, who had heard Nancy and Linda’s performance. He rubbed his hands together, beaming, “Great! Let’s go now, hurry, I can’t wait anymore…”
