"Wow! I'm so excited, ten billion! I'll ask my dad for five billion and take you out to have fun!"
Vivian and Taylor were already planning how to spend the ten billion, but at that moment, Nancy's previously anxious expression suddenly transformed into a bright, sunny smile.
"Ah, Mr. Lesser, I hadn't finished my sentence and you hurried to interrupt me. How impolite!"
Quentin sneered, "Ha... What else could you possibly say other than begging for mercy?"
"Hehe..."
Nancy let out a sly laugh, then turned around, pointing at the five Grand Era Group IT bigwigs who had stepped onto the stage, and said deliberately, "I was saying, if I were to participate, they wouldn't stand a chance."
"What?!"
The five experts turned livid upon hearing Nancy's words.
"Nancy, don't be so arrogant!"
Nancy smiled even wider, "Really, if Mr. Lesser had listened to my suggestion and let my brother take my place, you might have had a fair fight. But Mr. Lesser insisted on his perception, thinking I was chickening out..."
Here, Nancy's smile vanished, and she clasped her hands together in a supportive gesture, "If you five lose to me, you might as well quit the IT industry! Blame your Mr. Lesser for that!"
Quentin, hearing this, stood up quickly and yelled at the five, "Don't let her disrupt your focus. Just focus on the competition!"
One of them laughed dismissively, "Haha, Mr. Lesser, don't worry about our focus. I could beat her even with one hand tied behind my back!"
The others joined in the laughter, "Exactly, a wild chicken can't compete with an eagle. She can only scurry on the ground while we soar high above!"
Nancy shrugged off their comments with a smile, "Enough talk. Let's get this over with. We need to continue with the product launch after beating you five."
Nancy clapped her hands, and Henry immediately brought her laptop up, while other staff set up six tables and chairs, five in a row for the experts and one across for Nancy.
True to her word, Nancy, with little talk and firm action, sat down with her laptop, facing the five experts. Once her computer was on, she looked at them.
"Are you ready? I'm about to start."
The five experts twitched nervously, sharing the same thought as Xander Chandler and his crew had once harbored.
Unsure if Nancy genuinely had the skills or was just foolish, she had the disadvantage of being alone yet she still warned her opponents of her imminent action.
Xander and his group laughed from below the stage.
"Hahaha... Thomas, look at those five, totally baffled by the boss!"
"Hehe, finally, someone understands the frustrating feeling we had back then."
"Go boss, take them down!"
Though shocked, the five experts hurriedly booted their computers, feeling an unexplainable anxiety, "Re... ready."
"Okay."
Nancy nodded, crossed her fingers again for emphasis, and with a cheerful expression, warned, "Here I come."
As her words faded, her playful demeanor turned serious. Her hands landed on the keyboard, moving at a blistering speed.
