Chapter 560: I'll Go Dismiss These Poor Sods

Why would Nancy mind?

She lives here with three big boys and Linda, which makes it a lively place.

They had a joyful day, and the next day, Linda took them to the sales office to look at houses.

"Look, you three check out the place first, especially Jilian and Damian. Let me know if you fancy any model later; I'm going to find my uncle and talk to him, then I'll come to find you."

After Linda told this to Henry and the others, she grabbed Nancy's hand and ran towards the sales office's management.

Jilian and Damian were thrilled; they waved at Linda and then quickly turned to examine the property models.

"Wow, this house is so beautifully built."

"Yes, I'd be happy to live here, even if it means working hard every month to pay off the house."

Henry also liked the houses, but since he had Charlie's mansion to live in, he wasn't interested in buying these smaller apartments.

And he clearly remembered Charlie saying that once the manor was completed, he would give him a courtyard.

Seeing Jilian and Damian's happy faces, he smiled and put his arms around their shoulders, "Look, pick what you like. If money is short, you can take my five million; you must buy the house you like."

Jilian and Damian's eyes welled up as they turned to look at him.

"Henry, I... no words, brother, I'll keep this kindness in my heart."

"Henry, you're the best. From now on, you're my real brother!"

Henry smiled and looked around.

Since they arrived, no one had paid them any attention.

Typically, in a sales office, as soon as customers arrive, a sales lady would come up to serve tea, pour water, and gently explain the housing types. It was rare for them to be neglected like this.

Henry frowned and shouted at the sales ladies chatting together, "Hey, are you selling houses or not? Won't someone come over and attend to us?"

The sales ladies glanced over with disdain in their eyes.

But customers are guests, and since they were called over, ignoring them could lead to complaints, which they couldn't afford.

One of the sales ladies gestured to her colleagues, "You guys keep chatting. I'll go deal with these poor sods. Oh, and save a piece of mousse for me; I'll eat it when I come back."

"Hehe, Dalia, go ahead, we'll save you two pieces."

Dalia smiled and bantered with them before leisurely walking towards Henry and the others. When she faced Henry and the group, Dalia's smile took on a mocking tone.

"What type of unit are you interested in? We have two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom units, starting at 115,000 per square meter. The smallest unit has seventy-six square meters, and the total price for a unit is at least eight to nine million."

Indeed, after hearing Dalia's words, Jilian and Damian showed shocked expressions.

The smallest unit costing eight to nine million was an amount they never dared to imagine before!

Dalia sneered internally, a bunch of paupers daring to look at houses, I'll scare you to death!

But her face still wore a superficially polite smile, "Don't think our houses are expensive. This is Liverton city center, and our houses are fully furnished. You can move in with just your bags. Gentlemen, are you paying in full or taking a loan? The down payment for a loan starts at 30%, so you'll need to pay around two million at least."
