Chapter 657: Grandpa Has Something to Tell You

After watching the sightseeing cart leave, Nancy happily held onto Charlie's arm. "Honey, when are you planning to go back to get Grandpa? I want to go with you."

After Andrew's accident, Old Master Firth was the one who made Nancy feel warmth, and the Firth Family gave her a sense of belonging.

Charlie knew Nancy's feelings towards Old Master Firth and smiled as he led her into the courtyard.

"There are still a few finishing touches to be done here, but we'll need to go back to City Nustin. It won't be a quick trip, so once I get my work sorted out, we can go back to get Grandpa and the others."

He chuckled and shook his head. "Uncle and the others will be reluctant to leave their antiques behind. It'll probably take several trips by private plane to transport all their treasures. It's a big project. Grandpa also has many valuables that we'll need to help move. Moving the family is no easy task."

"No problem, I'm not afraid!"

Nancy hugged Charlie's arm tighter. "I'm great at packing. Ever since I was little, I was the one who did all the packing at home. I promise I'll take good care of Grandpa's treasures."

"Alright."

Charlie said, pulling out his phone and dialing Old Master Firth's number.

The phone rang for a while before it was answered, and Old Master Firth's irritable voice came through the receiver, "You brat, you finally decided to call me!?"

Charlie chuckled. "Grandpa, I've been really busy lately..."

"Busy! Busy! Busy! You're the busiest person in the world!"

Old Master Firth scolded him angrily, "How many years do I have left to live? Huh? You don't come to see me, and you don't even call. If it weren't for your uncles holding me back, I'd have flown over to break your legs myself!"

Nancy couldn't help but burst into laughter.

Hearing the laughter, Old Master Firth's voice stiffened. "This... is this..."

Charlie smiled and glanced at Nancy. "Grandpa, it's Nan."

Old Master Firth's voice instantly softened and became gentle. "Ah, it's Nan. Hahaha... you brat! Why didn't you say Nan was there? I got angry at you, and she might think I'm a grumpy old man."

"Haha, Grandpa would never."

Nancy laughed even more happily. "In my heart, Grandpa is always the most adorable and kindest grandpa!"

"Hahaha..."

Old Master Firth laughed joyfully but suddenly became serious. "Right, Nan, Grandpa has something to tell you."

Nancy was slightly stunned and instinctively asked, "Grandpa, what is it?"

Old Master Firth coughed lightly. "Nan, find some time to come back to City Nustin."

"Huh? What?"

Nancy was even more surprised. "Grandpa, Charlie and I are planning to go back to City Nustin in a few days. The estate here in Liverton is almost finished, and we're going back to bring you here to live."

Old Master Firth, however, was not surprised and became even more serious. "Nan, if you've decided to come back, don't wait a few days, come back tomorrow! If Charlie doesn't have time, you come back on your own!"

Nancy was baffled by Old Master Firth's urgency and became even more curious. "Grandpa, why? Is something wrong?"
