Chapter 670: Don't Hold Back, Get Them!

Charlie showed no mercy, “Stop wasting time with your slow counting!”

“You! You! You!”

Mr. Strong was so furious he could hardly speak. The man held by Charlie yelled out, “Mr. Strong, you told me to get the stuff from the grave, but as soon as I started, they came, grabbed me without a word, and even hit me…”

He opened his mouth, pointing to it with extreme grievance, “Look, they knocked out my tooth!”

“Damn it!”

Mr. Strong was livid, “Who the hell gave you the guts!”

Charlie was losing his patience, “Stop blabbering, what do you want?”

“What do I want?”

Mr. Strong spat on the ground, his face twisted with a fierce expression, “You didn’t even bother to find out who I am!? You dared to hit my brother, so of course, I’m going to kill you all!”

He waved his hand at the group of construction workers behind him, “Don't hold back, get them!”

The construction workers wielded tools like shovels and wrenches, their faces fierce and menacing.

Nancy pulled Linda back a bit, not worried at all about Charlie and Henry.

Just as the construction workers raised their weapons and charged at them, suddenly, from behind Charlie and his group, came the sound of footsteps. Within seconds, dozens of men dressed in black clothes and sunglasses charged forward, bypassing Charlie and running straight towards the construction workers.

These men in black, even without mentioning their intimidating attire, clearly had a more commanding presence compared to the construction workers. Their height and build alone indicated they were trained professionals.

The construction workers, despite their strength, were no match for these evidently well-trained bodyguards in a real fight.

Seeing the men in black charging at them aggressively, the construction workers, in a surprisingly coordinated move, turned around, still holding their weapons, and ran back into the construction site without even facing the black-clad men.

“Hey, you all!”

Mr. Strong jumped in anger, “Get back here! Damn it, I’m not paying you to just eat for free!”

One of the workers shouted back while running, “Mr. Strong, why fight when we know we can’t win? That’s just stupid!”

Mr. Strong, “…”

He wanted to run too, but he didn’t get the chance. The men in black quickly surrounded him.

Their focus was entirely on him, ignoring the construction workers. No one even chased after them; they just encircled Mr. Strong.

Seeing this, Mr. Strong instantly deflated. He looked at Charlie and, with a forced, ingratiating smile, said, “Haha, may I ask your esteemed surname, sir? Let’s talk this out. We live in a law-abiding society, let’s settle this like gentlemen.”

He quickly took out a cigarette, doggedly approaching Charlie. As he passed the men in black, he slowed down, watching them nervously out of the corner of his eye. Seeing no reaction from them, he sped up and darted in front of Charlie.

Holding the cigarette to Charlie’s mouth, he said, “Sir, have a smoke, calm down. There’s no problem that can’t be solved, right?”
