Chapter 360 Enjoying the flora

She blinked her watery eyes and looked at him pleadingly. "Bradley, you're incorrigible."

After saying this, she pushed him away forcefully and slipped out of his embrace, shyly running upstairs.

Bradley watched her with thin lips, a hint of amusement in his eyes.

In the afternoon, Freya descended the stairs wearing a yellow dress.

Bradley was sitting on the sofa in the living room making a phone call. When he saw her coming down, his eyes widened.

He quickly ended the call and walked over to her.

Before she could react, Bradley wrapped his arms around her waist.

She gasped in surprise as she fell into his arms.

"Wearing something so sexy, aren't you afraid I'll get jealous?" he teased.

Freya glanced down at herself and pouted.

"Where's the sexiness? I'm just showing a bit of shoulder, nothing more."

"Where else do you want to show?"

His voice was low as he glanced at her collarbone.

Freya instinctively crossed her arms over her chest and gave him a cautious look. "Bradley, where are you looking?"

"Go upstairs and change. Even if you want to wear this, you should only wear it for me." he said domineeringly.

The place they were going to later would be crowded.

He didn't want anyone else to lay eyes on her, fearing he might lose control and gouge their eyes out.

"Why do I have to change? This outfit looks nice." she said.

She does not think this is revealing. Instead, she felt confident in this dress.

"Not changing? Should I help you?"

He said, reaching out his hands to her.

Freya was startled and quickly took two steps back, keeping her distance from him.

She genuinely believed he would do such a thing.

Not daring to argue further with him, she hurried upstairs to change into a different outfit.

This time, she didn't dare to show even her shoulders, opting for a dress with a high collar.

Bradley didn't say much this time, simply wrapping his arm around her waist and leading her outside.

"Dear, can you tell me where we're going?" she asked.

Not asking didn't mean she wasn't curious.

"We're going to Peach Blossom Garden. The peach blossoms there are in full bloom, perfect for a date",

He said, smiling with narrowed eyes.

The two of them walked out of the courtyard and encountered Patrick coming over.

Freya greeted him, "Is Patrick also going out?"

Patrick raised an eyebrow and smiled, "Yes, to accompany you two to Peach Blossoms Garden, to admire the flowers and the beauties."

Upon hearing this, Freya turned to look at Bradley.

So...

He was taking her out not for a date but to see a beauty?

Suddenly, she became curious. Just how beautiful was this woman that Bradley and Patrick would personally go to admire her?

Solterra was known for its peach blossoms.

Peach trees are everywhere.

Every year at this time, the peach trees in Peach Blossom Garden would bloom, attracting many people to admire the scenery.

Shadow arrived in a car.

After the three of them got in, they left the villa and headed towards Peach Blossom Garden.

The closer they got to Peach Blossom Garden, the more people there were on the streets.

Freya opened the car window to look outside and saw that the whole street was crowded with people walking in one direction.

Because the crowd was too dense, Shadow parked the car on the side of the road.

The four of them then walked to Peach Blossom Garden.

From afar, the air was filled with the fragrance of peach blossoms.

On both sides of the street, peach trees were in full bloom, their branches hanging down with beautiful blossoms.

The air was filled with a sweet fragrance, giving the feeling of bathing in a peach blossom forest.

Freya took a deep breath and smiled contentedly.

Bradley glanced at her, his dark eyes full of amusement. He wrapped his arm around her waist and pointed forward.

"We're almost at Peach Blossom Garden. The scenery there is even more wonderful there."

"This is the Flower Festival of Solterra, similar to the Chinese Valentine's Day in the East. It's a festival for young men and women. When Peach Blossom Garden reaches this time of year, young men and women will come here to date and make wishes. It is said that dreams will come true here, and couples can stay together forever."

Patrick, dressed in a white shirt and black trousers, was holding a folding fan, elegant and refined. He blended into the crowd with an otherworldly charm.

"That's a pity, I didn't bring Madeline. She should have come to accompany you at a time like this." Freya said with a smile.

"Ahem, these are all rumors, can't be taken seriously. Besides, the nature of the Flower Festival has changed now. Look at the people coming and going, men, women, young and old, all kinds of people." Patrick replied cautiously.

"Why are these people here for then?" Freya asked curiously.

"Peach blossoms bloom several times a year, so it's not a rare occurrence. But today is special because there's a performance." he explained.

"What kind of performance?"

"You should ask the Sir!"

He didn't dare to continue the conversation, as someone's gaze was fixed on him, full of warning.

Freya turned to look at the man beside her, blinking.

Bradley remained silent, leading her into Peach Blossom Garden.

As soon as they entered, she saw a large bronze statue.

Freya squinted, curiously examining it for a long time.

She noticed that everyone who came here would kneel and worship the statue, as if worshiping a Buddha.

Whose statue is this? she asked.

The founding king of Solterra, King Richard.

"Is he from the Newman family or the Logan family?"

Freya was completely lost when it comes to the history of Solterra.

"The Newman family and the Logon family are actually distant relatives. This relationship originated from the time of King Richard, but later King Richard passed the throne to the Newman family, which caused dissatisfaction from the Logan family and led to the estrangement between the two families."

Bradley then explained the history of the founding of Solterra.

Freya listened with rapt attention.

But she concluded one thing: Bradley had to address Kevin and Ian as "Uncle."

"Let's go, the performance is about to start.", Bradley said, squinting ahead.

With his undercovers everywhere, he wasn't worried about any danger here.

Freya held Bradley's hand, happily strolling through the peach forest.

The three of them were exceptionally good-looking.

Plus, there was a cold and aloof Shadow accompanying them, attracting attention wherever they went.

Along the way, many girls couldn't help but gaze at Bradley and Patrick.

Bradley always appeared cold and unapproachable, discouraging strangers from approaching him.

And with him holding a beautiful woman, no girl dared to entertain thoughts about him.

On the other hand, Patrick was gentle and refined, holding a folding fan. His handsome face was adorned with a faint smile, and his peach blossom eyes were extremely charming.

One bold girl approached and handed him a peach blossom.

Patrick politely declined.

He already had someone in his heart.

Moreover, with a pleasant companion like Freya nearby. If she went back and complained to Madeline, he wouldn't have a good time in the future.
