Both Ava's and Amy's design philosophies were exactly the same.

Therefore, it was impossible to tell who was the original creator.

Freya pursed her lips. Naturally, she had faith in her own employee.

However, Amy had flawlessly copied Ava's design and philosophy.

Selena triumphantly smiled. "I produced this skirt first. Julia only put it for sale after us. It's clear that you copied our work, so don't bother wasting your energy. Just apologize."

Freya raised her eyebrows.

Her gaze fell on the galaxy skirt in the cabinet.

Then, she smiled. "Since both of you are original creators, give us a draft design based on this skirt right now."

"You are just playing for time."

Selena objected to it.

"Are you scared?"

Freya believed that the person who copied would definitely have holes in their story.

If Ava had plagiarized, she would naturally not protect Ava.

Of course, if Amy had plagiarized Ava's design, she would not forgive Amy either.

The two designers sat back at their stations once more, and started designing a new outfit.

Freya held her head up high as she coldly retorted.

"You're talking nonsense. The skirt was clearly designed by me," Amy shot back.

"Well, since you claim it's your own design, let me ask you this. How many stars are there on the galaxy skirt?"

"25, no, wait. 26 stars," Amy replied, stammering.

Her forehead was covered in sweat due to the anxiety.

She had copied Ava's design at Selena's insistence and had not bothered to count the number of stars.

Thus, Freya's interrogation flustered her.

"25 or 26?"

Freya insisted on getting a clear answer.

Amy was desperate and turned to seek help from Selena.

Selena, seeing her helpless appearance, was so furious that her whole body was trembling.

She angrily said, "Enough! What can a few stars prove?"

"It can't prove anything." Freya smirked then turned to Ava, "How many stars are there?"

"There are a total of thirteen big stars and fourteen small stars. It's a wish for a lifetime of love with the man the wearer loves,"

"Well said!"

Freya shot Ava an admiring glance before turning to coldly sneer at Amy.

She held the skirt up and walked around the audience.

A few members of the crowd counted the number of stars on the skirt. It was indeed as Ava had said.

This could be considered a real slap in the face.

Some of the crowd felt Selena's behavior to be shameful.

"Selena really does plagiarize."

"I can't believe I trusted Selena so much. I will never shop at Selena's store again."

Some of the spectators had been wearing Selena's clothes, but they all took them off and threw them on the ground to stomp on the clothing.

Selena was insulted.

She glared hatefully at Freya, but then looked at Amy with disappointment.

How useless.

However, she knew that once this matter was exposed, someone had to come forward to take responsibility.

That person absolutely could not be Selena herself.

Before she could finish speaking, Selena interrupted her.

"As a designer, how could you do such a thing? All of Selena's designs are original. I cannot allow a thief to tarnish my reputation. Now, you can go pack up your things and get the hell out of the store."

Amy could not believe how ruthless Selena was.

Selena had shifted all the blame onto her even though Selena was the cause of the whole incident.

She looked at Selena in distress, grabbing her arm and pleading, "No, you can't fire me."

"Behave and confess. I will definitely reward you later. If you try to drag me down, there will be no mercy," Selena whispered into her ear.

Amy's body trembled violently.

She had worked with Selena for five years, and now, in order to clear Selena's name, Selena was turning against her.

Amy looked at Selena with distress and reluctance.

Leaving meant admitting to the plagiarism.

However, if she did not leave, what could she do? The design was hers. Who would believe her?

Amy knew she had no choice. She could only choose to trust Selena to not be as ruthless as she could be.

When Freya saw that Amy was going to leave, Freya sighed. "You truly are willing to do anything for profit, even sacrificing your own people. Selena, your trick to clearing your name is quite clever."

Selena was stung by the sarcasm, causing her to feel embarrassed.

Still, she forced a smile. "It's not a trick. Plagiarism is not allowed in my team. Amy took it upon herself to plagiarize from Julia's. I apologize to everyone."
