Chapter 530 Publicly Seducing Her Husband

Freya chuckled. "Jasmine will also be there. If I don't go to meet her, how can I stir up trouble? Besides, with Lucy's birthday gala being such a big event, the Logan family will surely attend as well. Don’t you want to take this opportunity to properly deal with them?"

Although she had no interest in such parties, the chance to confront Jasmine was too tempting to pass up.

Back at the villa, Ella immediately sent Freya what information she could find about Leah. As Freya sat on the balcony, perusing the details, an interested grin formed at the corners of her lips.

Leah, the international supermodel, was actually Jasmine.

She was supposedly a noble lady from a musical family, skilled in singing and dancing as well as being proficient in music, chess, calligraphy, and painting.

Upon reading this, Freya coldly chuckled. A "noble lady"? Jasmine was just a counterfeit. No matter how shiny and beautiful she looked on the surface, it could not change the dirty heart she housed.

"Where did you get all this information from?" Freya asked.

"I did a quick online search," Ella replied. Holding her phone up.

Freya glanced over and said in a dark voice, "We need a thorough investigation to uncover her true identity."

It seemed Jasmine had gone to great lengths to forge a new identity, but if she had truly wanted to start anew, she should not have used the name Jasmine.

Inside the hotel, Leah anxiously paced in the lobby. Just then, there was a knock at the door. She hurried to open it, and a man wearing a duckbill cap walked in. As soon as the door closed, the man eagerly embraced her and showered her with kisses.

"Baby, did you call me over in such a hurry because you missed me?" he asked.

Leah pushed him away and straightened her clothes as she coldly retorted, "What's the rush? I need to discuss something with you."

"Can’t it wait a while?"

He tried to move toward her again, but Leah coldly pushed him onto the bed, grabbed his tie, and asked, "You’ve encrypted all traces of my true identity, right? Are you sure no one can uncover it?"

Her biggest concern was data leaks. If Freya became suspicious, she would certainly dig deeper.

"Don’t worry, it’s as secure as you are. Airtight," the man said in an assuring voice before glancing meaningfully at her abdomen. His eyes turning a deep scarlet.

Still feeling uneasy, Leah asked, "What if someone hacks into the database? Can they not crack your password?"

"Not unless they are the top hacker, Poppy. No one else can break it," the man confidently answered. Poppy was a world-renowned hacker who was known for her unparalleled skills in infiltrating and stealing data.

The man's name was Seth. Although not well-known internationally, his skills were on par with those who were publicly ranked. Leah was his client, and as their relationship developed, they became lovers.

He helped Leah maintain her false identity while Leah provided him with companionship. They both got what they needed without either losing out.

“Anyway, you must help me protect the information. If you do well, I’ll make sure to reward you,” Leah said, pulling off the man’s tie and wrapping it around his neck before slowly climbing onto the bed.

Upon seeing this, Seth flipped over and pinned her down against the bed.

“Don’t worry. We’re allies. In return for having you, I'll keep your information safe,” he said, tearing off her clothes.

Time passed quickly, and soon it was Lucy’s birthday gala.

Lucy showed up to the party dressed up with heavy makeup and red lips, attracting the attention of many men. They came over to congratulate her. The men praised her beauty and elegance while women flattered her.

Lucy was basking in the praise with a satisfied glint in her eyes.

Until Freya appeared on Bradley’s arm.

Instantly, all eyes shifted to them. Freya wore a red dress with her hair piled high, exuding an extraordinary charm and liveliness. She quickly became the center of attention.

Freya ignored the gazes of the men in the room as she scanned the crowd. A few moments later, she spotted Leah moving gracefully among the crowd, looking like a natural aristocrat.

Feeling overshadowed, Lucy tightly clenched her fists. She then grabbed a glass of red wine from a waiter and walked toward Bradley.

"Leonard, you’re here."

Bradley’s gaze remained fixed on Freya as if he had not heard Lucy calling out to her. His face unchanged.

Unable to contain herself, Lucy called out again. "Leonard..."

It was only then that Bradley lazily glanced at her and nodded.

"I have business to privately discuss with you. Shall we go to the adjacent lounge?" Lucy asked, ignoring Freya as she extended an invitation to him.

Freya narrowed her eyes. Was she being treated as though she was not there? Was Lucy publicly trying to seduce her husband?

Bradley soon replied, "We can talk here. Otherwise, my wife might get jealous."

Freya was speechless.

When had she ever shown signs of jealousy?

Lucy glanced uneasily at Freya and said, "It’s about the royal family. We really shouldn't discuss it here. Considering how many royal family members are here, it might cause rumors..."

Just as Bradley was about to speak, Freya interjected, saying, "Honey, I have something to attend to while you have things to do, so no need to wait for me."

After saying that, Freya let go of Bradley's arm. With a glass of red wine in hand, she walked into the crowd.

Wherever she went, passionate whistles rang through the air. It genuinely discomforted him.

It seemed Freya would always be the center of attention. The way the men looked at her with obvious interest made him even more uneasy.

Freya, oblivious to the jealousy brewing in him, walked through the crowd to Leah’s side and softly greeted her. "We meet again."

Leah, who was in the middle of chatting and mingling around, quickly turned her head around upon hearing the familiar voice. The sight of Freya’s face caused her fingers to tremble, nearly letting go of her glass.

"Leah, is this your friend?" The socialites curiously asked upon noticing the unfamiliar face.

Feeling guilty, Leah said, "I don’t know her."

Freya raised her eyebrows and smiled. "My name is Freya. Yours is Jasmine. We share the same surname. Perhaps we are long-lost sisters."

At Freya’s words, the socialites were stunned.

Sisters?

Leah was the only daughter of a musical family. How could there be a sister out of nowhere?

Given the tense air between the two, there was clearly more to the story.

In the world of the rich and powerful, scandals were commonplace. Many began to gather around to watch the unfolding drama. To everyone’s surprise, Freya stepped forward, took Leah’s arm, and started whispering in her ear.

"Jasmine, even if you changed your appearance and identity, it doesn’t change the fact that you are the stepdaughter of Bruce Lawson."

Leah’s face immediately turned ugly.
