Chapter 546 Pregnant?

Freya's pupils constricted as she turned to Ella and said, "Help me bring the computer over."

Soon, Ella fetched the computer.

Freya logged into Poppy's account, directly infiltrated the Traffic Management Bureau's data room, and stole the surveillance video of the traffic accident between her and Jasmine on the day of the kindergarten autumn sports day.

Sure enough, it was the same car.

In other words... the woman who came to pick up Clara today was Jasmine!

No wonder she found the voice so familiar.

But, weren't Clara's parents someone else? Why did they still call Jasmine mommy?

What exactly is the relationship between these two people? Freya felt more and more uneasy, her hand supporting her head as she sank into contemplation.

Ella saw her so entangled and said, "Is there a possibility that Clara only regards Jasmine as her godmother, or... Clara's biological mother is Jasmine, and Clara was fostered in someone else's home?"

Upon hearing Ella's words, Freya frowned even deeper.

Godmother?

Fostered?

Regardless of which possibility it was, she had to investigate thoroughly.

Freya turned and invaded the nursery's information room, retrieving Clara's background information.

Unfortunately, the result was the same as what Ella found. In the parents column on the record, it was clearly not Jasmine.

Really considering her a godmother?

Freya carefully recalled her conversation with Clara today. When the issue of her parents was raised, she hesitated for a few seconds before forcing a smile and answering.

If they were her biological parents, why would she be so troubled?

One by one, the questions lingered in Freya's mind, feeling that something was not right.

"Ella, investigate this matter thoroughly, I need to know the specific relationship between Clara and Jasmine!"

If she is just the godmother, it's fine, but if Jasmine is her biological daughter, then things get interesting!

Bradley has been wrapping up things in the southern country recently, but due to the impending international fashion design competition, he entrusted all matters to Gabriel.

On the night of the competition, the two of them flew back to the capital city on a private jet.

Imperial View Villa.

Several days ago, Frederick and Rosa received news that the two were coming back and had been waiting by the runway early on.

Upon seeing the plane land, Frederick hurriedly exclaimed, "Rosa, look, they're back, they're back."

"Yes, they've finally returned!"

The cabin door opened, and Bradley walked down holding Freya's hand.

Rosa quickly greeted them, tears of joy streaming down her face, "Master, Madam, welcome back!"

"Rosa."

Freya broke free from Bradley's hand and rushed into Rosa's embrace.

"Good child, must be exhausted. I have prepared food for you, come home and eat!"

"Mmm."

Freya nodded vigorously, and the four of them rode back to the villa.

In the blink of an eye, nearly half a year had passed. Now, stepping back into this estate, familiar memories flooded her mind like scenes from a movie.

Rosa and Frederick were busy with the hot dishes, inviting the two to sit down.

It was clear that Rosa had been busy since early morning, with a table full of delicious and fragrant dishes.

Freya sat next to Bradley and began to eat. After all the running around on the plane, she was indeed famished.

"Madam, this is a dish of salt and pepper pig's trotters that I just learned today. Please taste it and see if it is delicious."

Rosa pushed a plate of pig's trotters in front of Freya.

The salt and pepper pig's trotters are cooked using charcoal grilling method, with crispy skin and tender meat inside, sprinkled with a layer of salt and pepper on top before eating.

Freya smelled the aroma and suddenly felt her stomach churning.

The next moment, she suddenly grabbed her stomach and started vomiting.

Rosa was shocked, "Madam, what's wrong with you?"

Freya hadn't eaten anything all night, and only had a mouthful of bitter water coming out.

"It's okay, maybe I got tired from the flight, coupled with not resting well these days, which suddenly caused discomfort in my stomach."

Rosa was still worried, quickly poured her a cup of warm water, which made her feel much better after drinking it.

"Madam shouldn't eat greasy food when feeling unwell, so have some soup instead and rest early later."

Although Freya had not been with Rosa and Frederick for long, they had already treated her like their own child. Whenever she felt unwell, they would get extremely worried. Rosa quickly served Freya a bowl of soup. Freya frowned deeply and asked, "What kind of soup is this?" Rosa replied anxiously, "It's wild carp soup." Freya gagged at the smell, clutching her stomach and dry heaving. The heaving wouldn't stop, almost making her feel like she was going to vomit out her internal organs, but nothing came out, only feeling extremely uncomfortable as if her stomach was in turmoil. "Master, what's wrong with the madam?" Rosa also didn't know what was happening. Was it because the food she made didn't suit her taste?

Bradley's brows furrowed deeply, he didn't know what was going on.

Just now on the plane, she had been sleeping the whole time, looking very tired. He thought it was because they had stayed up late the night before and she was genuinely exhausted.

But now, seeing her lack of appetite and constant nausea, it was truly puzzling.

Rosa, seeing her continuously vomiting, worried that something was wrong, hurriedly asked, "Madam, what's the matter?"

Freya's face turned pale, her brows furrowed tightly. She dabbed at her mouth with a tissue, took a deep breath, and then said, "It's nothing, I just need to take a nap."

She had no appetite either, feeling nauseated at the sight of the food on the table.

She got up and started walking upstairs. When she reached the railing on the second floor, she asked the people downstairs, "Rosa, do we have any oranges or sour plums at home?"

Oranges?

Sour plums?

Madam, do you want something sour?

Rosa suddenly realized something and looked incredulously at Freya.

So... Madam, are you pregnant?

Rosa wanted to say something, but Freya had already turned and entered the bedroom.

Seeing this, she looked at Bradley with joy on her face. "Young Master, Madam is most likely pregnant. I will prepare some sour plums and oranges to help with morning sickness."

Bradley's expression changed instantly upon hearing this.

Pregnant?

As he recalled their recent encounters, it seemed like they hadn't been using protection...

No wonder she looked so tired, no wonder she felt nauseous at the sight of pork trotter fish soup.

So she is pregnant!

With this thought, a strong excitement spread in the chest.

He didn't even care to eat, and got up to follow upstairs.

Downstairs, Rosa's voice was heard giving instructions to Frederick, "Lao Ming, tomorrow go buy a chicken to make soup, the madam is expecting."

"Buying just one isn't enough, isn't the backyard turned into a farm by Master Bradley? I'll ask a friend to buy around ten to raise them!"

"That's fine, it's best to buy some hens that can lay eggs, although Master Bradley isn't short of money, but nowadays nothing can beat naturally grown produce."

"Yes, that's settled."

Rosa said joyfully, but she was actually calculating how to ensure Freya's pregnancy.

The first trimester is particularly important, with a need for balanced nutrition and extra attention to the lady's rest.

At the thought of a little one soon joining the estate, Rosa and Frederick were indescribably happy inside.
