I nodded, not willing to say it out loud until we knew for sure who was being her kidnapping. Lucas hadn’t said much, but I had my suspicions.

“Let me go with you,” Mason begged.

“I need you to put the saddle on me,” I told him. “I don’t trust anyone else to make sure that it’s secured.”
