Sneaking around with Wolfe had become our new normal. It had been almost a week since we started our covert operation to avoid the paparazzi and media. And it was working. No pictures of us had appeared on the internet since then, and my job was safe. Most days, when I was tired of staying in my room, I'd go to Wolfe's office and distract him for a while.
